The HP Headset (below) that you sent me is apparently defective. Its speakers (ear pieces) work but its mic (mouth piece) does not work. The other party (callee) cannot hear me. I have tested it on 3 calls on two different machines (laptop and a desktop). Other headphone (my old one) works on both machines.
Can you please replace it asap?
