I WAS CHARGED FOR SHOES I ORDERED IN SEPT. 2010 ON MY CHASE CREDIT CARD. THE
SHOES WERE TOO BIG AND I RETURNED THEM IMMEDIATELY. THEY JUST SHOWED UP ON MY CREDIT CARD 10/22/10 AND PAYMENT IS DUE 11/13/10. PLEASE CREDIT MY CARD FOR $55.49.

I don't use this card. Its an old business check card that I was about to close and it had only $3.00 on account. Now someone charged me and I will get charged for non sufficient funds for $35. I'm disputing this and have contacted Amazon to ask them how they got this account number.

A charge of $48.00 has occured on by credit card with Amazon.com/bill WA listed. We have no idea what this is about. It looks from my investigation there have been several such fraudulent charges. Should I cancel my account? DOes someone have access to my card? Thanks for any help. Mary RUth Higgs

I recently checked out several months items on my Target card and am ashamed to say that there were MANY mostly small charges to my card that I had somehow not noticed and were not made by me. All of them were for AMZN.com/bill, WA. I would like to know how to deal with this situation aside from canceling my card

Cancel NOW, get a new card, and have the fraud team investage. This will stop the charges, and get your money back. I have had 13 charges but 1 was 380.00 I can't take to that. Also call one of the credit Co and have them put a fraud alert on your SS#. It is kind of a pain but has to be done. I have read alot but no one has said who is maling the charges. Hope this helps.

I just noticed a charge on my Bank of America MasterCard from AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTS for $24.99. What are these people doing??? This makes me not want to order anything from Amazon...EVER! I have disputed this charge, but if it's like other charges, they won't do anything. How do we stop this from happening?

I have just received a charge on my Visa card for $7.58. While I realize that this is not a tremendous amount of money, I have no verification for this bill including a confirmation email from Amazon. It was posted on 11/29 and the transaction date was 11/25/10. The reference # is 2469. I have tried to find it on your site and it doesn't come up as a charge. Please contact me ASAP and let me know what the charge is for.

$172.94 was charged eroneously to my American Express card. I was in an airplane flying to Los Angeles when this charge was made.

Not sure what was purchased if anything — Account Charged

I have a charge on my card the same day as a charge from anther company. I am not sure but it may be related and the charge from the first company was a mistake as well.

It may be from a company PDF.UBILL.COM

Please advise me of this and if this is correct how did I get charged for this. I don't want the product in the first place.
