need a credit that was purchased on12/20/10 ref :ccexznd1mdn 244.98. I need assistence on how to receive a credit from a prior purchase. I never received emails regarding this account due to using someone elses computor.

i placed in order. never got a confirmation email. yet im being charged for it on my account!. and according to amazon there is no history of me placing this order! than why the hell am i being charged for it!

In prep for 2010 tax submission, noted an AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTSAMZN.COM/BILL WA was charged against my Amex Card. How do I go about discovering what this charge of $25.02 was for?

I am trying to track down a receipt for a purchase that was made by a staff member on 9/03/10. Can you tell me how to go about getting this information?

In reviewing my cc statement I noticed a charge of over $ 1300 for AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTSAMZN.COM/BILL WA!! From the previous posts I can see I am not the only person to whom this has happened! Currently on the phone with my cc company now...how can this continue without some repercussions?!!

Amazon MKTPLACE — two unauthorized charges on visa card

In December I purchased a massage chair for my daughter as her christmas gift. The product was $49.99 plus shipping and handling which the total was approximately $72.45 which has been already paid. Sometime after this my daughter submitted a survey about the product and was contacted to be informed that she would be getting a credit for $20.00 due to the fact that the rating wasn't exceptional. In reviewing my bill for February the credit for $20.00 was rewarded on 2-01-11 and then two additional charges 1/10 $32.41 and 1/11 $59.36. Needless to say I am very disgruntled about this matter and will no longer purchase anything from amazon.com. Times are hard and I'm a senior citizen that doesn't want to be taken advantage of. These charges should be reversed into a credit immediately.

I'm going through my CC statement for tax reasons and I came across 3 extra charges from Amazon under the heading AMAZON MKTPLACE PMTSAMZN.COM/BILL, for $43.53, $18.10 and $22.74...they coincided with things I purchased but the prices are different so this isn't a double charge. WHAT is it and HOW do I get my money back?

Amazon — Charged Debit Card

I was charged 79.98 on my Debit card for ???? I did not want this or ask for this I want it removed. Ruth MacDonald
