[Resolved] American Express Bank, India — Unable to contact AMEX | |||
I am unable to contact American Express Bank as they do not provide email address for addressing complaints. Their so called 24hour online service are a pain in the neck and you can never put across your problem? My credit card has been debited an amount without my authorisation but I am unable to bring it to the notice of AMEX for last more than one week. Is this the type of service they provide in India or is it the same all over the world? I have to take recourse to an external channel to communicate with them as they have not provided a direct communication channel. It is about time Reserve Bank of India took notice of this deficiency in service by a Bank in India. Was this information helpful? | |||
