[Resolved] American Express Credit Card — Charged incorrectly | |||
I was sold an American Express Credit Card after persistent pushing by a front-line sales exec from Amex. The card was to be a no-annual fee card. To my surprise, I have been charges a Rs 4000 annual fee on my card. I have disputed this but am not getting arefund and am going to close this card. However, I would like to get this refunded. I am having American Express Corporate card, when the same was issued by the banks agent, they charged me some Rs.2800.00 as a one time fee and assure the same will be adjusted in future transactions, forget adjustment, they charged me annual fee again, as i was out station and not carrying my card even, the bills, late fee and interest piled on, on my return i tried all the sources, via mails, many calls till the head of the department, every time i got the assurance that the same will be rolled back and their executive / account manager will call you in 24 hr. its been 4 months, i am calling again and again, but till this date did not receive any mail or call from them . Its actually a strange behavior of bank of such repute. I personally rate the one of the top but this time i am shocked . May i request some one hear from AMEX please.
