[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Amount deducted through debit card | |||
I was complaint about internet banking transaction password yesterday after that one call call has came he said he is the costumer care executive of Andhra bank and he asked all details of of A./c activities etc, and he asked about debit card No. also. Then I asked him what need of debit card. He said this is for information about your self you are the correct person or not this prove your self actual account holder .then I said I don’t remember card no. card is in my home .we will get back in evening you must tell me the card No. I said ok ...After some time I was try to login net banking then login password also not worked then I will try to reset the password by providing forget password facility when I submit the user id and registered mobiles no OTP has to be come but OTP is not received upto 30 minutes I wait for 30 minutes during this period web page will expired then I get back to reset it but web page shown as you exceed maximum attempts after that I post one more complaint in consumer court about login password and OTP processes after some time at evening one again called from that person who said I am the customer care executive of Andhra Bank we was trying contact you but lines are busy and asked that you got the card No. and all details . I said yes the he asked about card No. validity cww No. name on card etc at lost time he asked about transaction amount last done I said I don’t remember then he asked Balance in Account I said that also not remember exactly approximately I can tell you. He tell me I said I think above Five to six thousand he said ok all information is done you will received your password tomorrow I said login and Transaction password both will receive He said yes these will receive on your registered mobile only ok .I said ok Finally I asked What is your Name Please He said Om Prakash yadav, Andhra Bank Customer care executive is No. which received calls is [protected] all 3 to 4 times he called with this No.only …After 9 Pm night I received 5 messages from Andhra Bank “MD-ANDBNK” all transactions through card First Transaction for Rs.10/- Second for Rs.500/- third for Rs.4000/- fourth for Rs.500/- fifth for Rs.500/- so total amount Rs.5510/- this is miss use of that person who will see my complaint about transaction password in consumer court and react me as costumer care executive of Andhra Bank. I think that response of taken the consumer court against my complaint and forced to connect with Bank costumer care service they asked question and I gave answered and cheat me for Rs.5510/- from my A/c who is responsible for my lose my self, who post the complaint for help, consumer court who display posts or Andhra Bank ……..I don’t expect it when I consult the consumer court for help to improve Bank services I will lost my money from cheaters this is so ridicules I need my money back from the Cheater all information I provide the phone number which is used No. is not incoming facility please take a serious action against these kind of Cheater who is using consumer court also...
