[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — ATM Complaint

I have been holding a savings account with Andhra Bank, Tirupur branch for nearly 10 years.

On 04.05.09 I tried to withdraw cash of Rs.11,000.00 with Andhra Bank ATM (outside the branch), but was rejected. Hence I tried to split and take this amount. Hence withdrew Rs.5000.00 first. Again I tried for withdrawing Rs.5000.00 immediately, The transaction processed but the amount did not come. During this time the security was also present at the scene.

Immediately I contacted bank staff and informed about this. He assured that if the amount will be credited automatically, but it was not done immediately.

On repeated mails and visits to the bank, this amount of Rs.5000 was credited into my account on 27.08.2009.

As per RBI's notification, this amount should have been credited within 12 days, but it took more than 114 days and as per RBI notification this particular bank has to pay Rs.100 per day as compensation and i have been mailing to Andhra Bank frequently, but till date no response. Can anyone guide me???

Dear Friends

I too have faced the same problem. Once this type of things happen to your ATM card, just go to your bank and note down the transaction number and send a complaint through mail to your branch manager with a copy to there 2 id's [protected]@andhrabank.co.in & [protected]@andhrabank.co.in
This will help you for a speedy remedy.

Andhra Bank — Unable to pay tax online

I have opened a savings acct with Andhra and further I recd the net baning user ID and Pwd recently. When I try to login to my andhra bank netbanking service with the user ID and transaction password it is showing transaction password has expired you have left two more trails. Kindly solve my problem. My User id is 16642487. I have made complaint through toll free number every time they perlied to mail the query and i do so. But from 3 months iam unable to pay tax online please get it soled my query immediately or advice me on this issue.

Am Srinivas an account holder in andhra bank... am wrighting this complaint to inform you about the problem i had and have with the atm transaction. on 21/02/12 i tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.400/- from SBI atm at lad Bazar, but after entering pin number and amount, i recieved message saying " LAST TRANSACTION CANCELLED" and received receipt " Sorry unable to process " then again after 10secnds i again tried to withdraw Rs.200/- but again the same mesage i received on the computer screen and received receipt : "Sorry Unable to Process" but immediately after a minute, i received 2 message s on my mobile saying amount withdrawn Rs: 400/- and Rs. 200/-... and showed the balance after dedcutions.. I immediately called up the customer care on :[protected], they said when i showed on screen " transacton cancelled and i received" my amount will be credited in next 24hrs then i can check... but today i have taken the mini statement, which i still showing that those 2 transactions has been made and i have not received my money back... when i called the above number again and explained the same, he gave me other no:[protected] and asked to inform them... the person who took that call did not tell his name and not at all bother to listen my problem and simply hanged up... CAN ANY ONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND WHOME TO CONTACT ON WHICH PHONE NUMBER...

ANDHRA BANK is worst Bank in the WORLD service is Worst my friends do not open account in Andnra bank i never seen even branch manager behavior at MLpuram FCI x crossroad NTPC, Godavarikhani
I have requested so many time via E-mail and on phone to post my Internet Banking Password to my address as per bank records .They are not at all bother the customer request and branch manager behavior is worst better to shutdown the bussiness instead of giving pain to customers i am upset and feeling very bad even i don't know what they are thing about there services
