[Resolved]  Andhra Bank Phirangipuram Branch — MISBEHAVING WITH CUSTOMERS

ON 10th OF MARCH 2010. I WENT TO ANDHRA BANK BRANCH TO HAVE MY TRANSACTION.ITS TO ENCASH A SELF CHEQUE OF RS.3500/- BELONGS TO A LOCAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION "MORNING STAR COLLEGE". THE SAME WAS SUBMITTED TO THE CONCERN COUNTER FOR PAYMENT, A LADY STAFF PERSONNEL ASKED TO SIGN ON BACKSIDE OF CHEQUE AT HER PRESENCE, WHILE I'M SIGNING THE SAME, SHE WHISPERS AND MURMURING THAT,WHY UNAWARED PERSONS RUSHED TO BANKS FOR TRANSACTIONS AND MAKE RESTRAINT TO BANK FUNCTIONS AND STAFF PRECIOUS TIME. TO HAVE MY TRANSACTION WITHOUT CONSTRAINT I STAYED SILENT AND SIT AT THERE WHICH MEANT FOR CUSTOMERS. I DIDNOT GET CALL TILL AN HOUR, I QUERIED ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE CHEQUE.BUT THE CHEQUE MISSED AND I INFORMED THE BRANCH MANAGER THE SAME. THE BRANCH ALSO FAILED TO DO SO AND HE TRICKLY ASKING TO SUBMIT THE ACCOUNT DETAILS OF THE CHEQUE ISSUING AUTHORITY. HOW CAN IT POSSIBLE, I LEFT THE BANK WITHOUT HAVING MY TRANSACTION COMPLETED ALONGWITH TOKEN BADGE. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ENQUIRE INTO THE MATTER AND ESTABLISH CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT AND RURAL BANKING INSPIRATION BY PUNISHING THE PERSONNEL WHO HAVE NO INTENTION TO PERFORM DUTIES IN RURAL AREAS. THEY HAVE TO GIVE REFRESHMENT CLASSES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPING . IF NOT THE BANKS AIM MAY GET DESTROY AND THE BANK CANNOT STAND IN THIS CORPORATE COMPETITION.
HOPING APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE PERSONNEL, I'M ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST IN THIS PROCESS. I JUST WANT TO DRAW MY SUM OF AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY, WHICH IS IN PENDING. I'VE TOKEN WITH ME.
