I opened (Last month 4th week) SB A/c in Andhra Bank, i applied same day for internet banking till now[protected] i am not received user name & password for internet banking .

I have an SB account with Andhra Bank vide the account number [protected] and applied for internet banking.
I tried to open the internetbanking and typed the correct user id & password near about 5 to 6 times. Finally it lapsed.
i requested for another LOGIN PASSWORD as the transaction failed. it has been nearly two months since i applied for a new login pass word
i received a net transaction password again but not my login password.

Kindly help regarding the two problems.

Andhra Bank — ATM card used amount not received but amount debited in my account

I mohammed Afzal Siddiqui Andhra Bank a/c no;[protected]/ ATMcard no;[protected];card used at SBI Atm Shaik pet/toli chowki/hyderabad/ap; on;21/09/2013.at18.50 hours./491HEB[protected].ATMWDL Rs;3000/- amount not recieved ;But amount debited from my account.

Andhra Bank — bankers name correction in my dividend not done since 2010

since 2010 we have been complaining that the bankers name in the dividend is wrong and it has to be corrected even we have send the orginals for correction we have communicated by post, mails ( copy attached ) please do the needful and oblidge thanking you zikriya sait qadri

I tried to login AndhraBank website https://www.onlineandhrabank.net.in/BankAwayRetail/(S(mbuhcu45lywru2rcur3zlc55))...⇄

But it throwed error "Application setup error - To contact Administrator ".I have tried in all browsers but I have got same result.Any problem with the website and its maintenance.
Previously There were also hyperlinks for mobile banking services which didn`t open and when I tried FD and external payee section.They didn`t work.I have written a complaint via mail.

The site doesn`t work consistently and properly when compared with other bank websites..


Any solution?
