AS WE MISSED ANDHRA BANK ATM CARDS 3 NO.'S(DEBIT CARDS) IN TIRUPATI ON 29th ,NOVEMBER 2011, I CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO BLOCK THREE OF OUR CARDS 1. MY MOTHER'S 2. MY SISTER'S:2 NO.;S ... THE CUSTOMER CARE ANDHRA BANK , THE OPERATOR OR THE PERSON ON DUTY AT THAT TIME ASKED ME TO HOLD THE PHONE FOR A MINUTE AND HE STARTED ATTENDING ANOTHER CALLS AND DOING HIS TYPING WORK.... I WAITED AND WAITED....AFTER SOME TIME HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL.... THIS HURT ME AND I WAS UNABLE TO DO THE PROCESS..... Was this information helpful? | |||
