Hi This is Danish Ali ex employee of Angel Broking my employee code is E36729. my provident fund. Which is not yet credited in my account. refund mys pf amount
Provident Fund — PF not credited to my account yet
Dear Sir,I had left my previous company "Melody Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., based in Tarapur industrial area" in the month of March 2008 and submitted the PF form in the month of November 2008 to the company. If almost 8 months completed but PF amount not deposited to my account yet. Whenever I enquire with PF Office they said that they haven't found any record regarding my PF.
My PF No. is - MH-210131/41
Please do the needful.

I worked with Firstsource from July 2nd 2007 to November 17th 2008.The PF application form was submitted to Mumbai office in the month of February.My PF # is MH/46430/35698.Its past 6 months now but there is no response .
I request u to check the status of my PF account & credit the amount to my account.
Please send a positive response as soon as possible.

I-Process — provident fund yet not credited in my account
Dear Sir,I had left the organisation [I-process__employee Code C01353] 12th July'2008 & my PF withdrawal was submitted by Deepika Shriyan [HR Team] in the month of Feb'09. My PF account no. is MH/47808/4345.
Please provide the status of the same. & please confirm by when my PF amount would be credited to my account
