[Resolved] Ansal API — cheap quality construction and post purchase support

i have purchased a villa in ansal sushant city, jaipur. before 18 months it is been handover to me. but the quality of products used in the building is cheap.
1. the wood used in windows is very cheap quality.
2. no proper water and electricity supply.
3. there is sewage and leakage in whole building.
4. no proper security.
5. lack of post purchase support.

please help. its a big mistake that i have purchased a house here.

Ankit Construction/Building — Not handing over flat

Dear Sir,

I am purchased flat in 2006 and handing over date was 2007 march, But it was not handed over yet and
not returning the money also, i have taken loan from bank and bank will also supporting to bvuilder and given many payments without my consent. what should i do.

I fully agree with the complaint of Mr. Rahul. The quality of construction is so poor that I also purchased a villa in ansal sushant city Jaipur. The walls are cracking, electricity connections are faulty, water is logging in Bathroom and kitchen, no sewage disposal. After slaes servce is non existing/ They only kow how to bag the money from inn ocent customers who think ansals as big name.

I am disappointed.

I can understand the complaint of Mr.Rahul. I have bought a house in Ansal Golf Link Pari Chowk. After sale services are very bad in Ansal. No maintenance . Not adequate security.
They are not relaible builders.We should refrain ourselves from buying in new projects of Ansals.
