[Resolved]  APDCL — non-credit of amount

Sir, On 27th day of September 2013, I made payment of 3 nos. of electricity bill through online from IDBI Bank online banking facility, but the process was failed, then I made the payments in cash, but after 10th day the debited amount has not been credited back in my bank account.
