(3)TWO TELEVISION CAN BE RUN BY JUST PAYING THE RENT OF ONE TELEVISION,THAT TO BY CHANGING CHANNELS, FOR THIS INTIALLY JUST PAYING RS.500/-, TOWARDS LOCAL SET TOP BOX, WHICH IS ALSO NOT THERE. THESE WERE THE THREE MAJOR CHEATING POINTS, ALSO IAM QUITE SURE THAT THIS HAPPENENING WITH PERSONS ALSO

rep of above said co.Sajeed khan mobile no.[protected] visited our office and gave us detail of channel list so I gave payment rs 4170/-for 3 connections and told us to give rs 200/- each to their engineer at time of connection after 7 day we got connections but in 1st connection they put another party smart card and in 3rd connection they activate other pack there is no our channels when we complaint to customer care they told that you purchase this type pack only why you not consult that time us and in that connection they put another smart card is change but not activated till today nobody is ready to take responsibility .I want to go consumer court . the name is big t.v.but actually worst and fraud t.v and cheating us .the person who talk with us at activate time his mobile no [protected] and the man who came for install, big t.v. his mobile no [protected] but no body is ready to reply and not lifting the phone

The representative of APPCO Marketing India P Ltd, Mr.M.Murugesanentered into my office with brochures and booked two connectections, collected the cheque amount for rs.2980/- with a say that the connection would be installed in 5 days. Even after lapse of so much of time no body has turned up till to day and the phose nos given by him are not working. He switched off his mobile phone no. this company is cheating the people. Hence all general public are hereby causioned not to entertain this compamy and get cheated to the core.
I am SUNDER SHAM AHUJA FROM NEW DELHI. On 15th Jan 2011 Mr Venkatesh Singh of Appo Marketinf India Pvt Ltd, building No 5, 3rd Floor, Laxmi Garden, Oppsite Metro No 338, New Delhi-15 for Big TV connection and I have booked 3 set of Box for Rs 4470/- on 15/01/2011 vide HDFC cheque No328087 dt 16/01/11. Now I have requested them to cancell this booking as my mother is not well, I have to leave for Punjab to look after her and it will four to five months to come back. I approached for refund of payment. Manager of this company ( Mr Sandeep) says no payment will be refunded. Now I am making complainst to Police then I will file the case in the Consumer Forum. I advise the people not to entertain this company in future. If you want deal, pl deal directly company out let/ store.

All postings are 100% Correct. Don't book Dish TV connection through APPCO. It is a cheating agency. Police should enter and arrest the management immediately.
BIG FRAUD BY APPCO Marketing
Your Mr. Anuj ( Mob. No. [protected]) visited our residence at H.No. 1615 A, Maruti Kunj, Gurgaon on dated 29.05.11. and a cheque was given to him of amount Rs. 1490 (which is encashed by you) against connection of Dish TV at the Name of Atul Wadhwa. We are trying to contact on his mobile No. since last 10 days but he is not picking the phone. Enven though we are trying to contact at your Mumbai office board nos. No body is responding.
If this is the kind of response from your side in such an initial stage how will be the response for providing services only God knows.
So you are requested to send our Money back immediately. We are not interested with such kind of Service provider.
Your early response in this regard will be highly appreciated and will gauge your attitude for Customer.

CHEATING BY APPCO MARKETING
I am MANJUDEVI P LADSARIA from Ahmedabad Your representative Mr Sunny ([protected]) visit our residence on date[protected] for big tv connection I give him a cheque of amount Rs 1490/- Canara Bank Ch No 450636 in favour of appco marketing . I Trying to contact since lasr 15 days but nobody receiving phone. I contact to Ahmedabad office at panchvati MB No [protected] they not responding to me. so please I requested to send my money back.

So please response me as early and give my money back. I an not interested such kind of service provider.

    I have paid Rs. 1490/- to Appco Marketing India Pvt. Ltd. for Reliance Big TV, and received one phone call for confirmation. I'm not received any instruments, the executive mobile phone is switched off. Some action is necessary against the company.

      An Appco India marketing executive visited us on 26 March 2010 and made an offer for RELIANCE BIG TV. Based on some errant explanation by the executive and with an urge to get a BIG TV connection at favorable prices we initially agreed to the proposal of paying INR 1490 for the connection. However we rediscussed the issue on the same day evening again with the marketing executives and clarified our doubts/ understanding.

      On 27 March 2010, morning we informed Appco Marketing of our decision not to buy the connection. However our cheque was still encashed. We now continue following up for more than 4 weeks to get back the payment.

      Furthermore, the sales representatives approched other households in the same apartment and gave a wrong picture of our acceptance and has also duped them. Many of them still continue following up for payment.

      The sales representative (Ms Vashali) is not responding to our requests for refund nor are the telephone number provided working. The addresses are not clear.

      I hope this information will reach all buyers and also RELIANCE to look at this marketing setup carefully.

      I am also looking to address this at a consumer court to claim due compensation for metal trauma, financial loss and lack of service. I welcome any suggestion/ procedure to take this to conusmer forum.

      Hi,

      I am also facing the same issue. I booked a connection and talked to them atleast 100 times. Everytime they come up with some bogus excuse and one lady even said that because there are so many requests we are running short of stock :).
      Its very Surprising that they are taking name of reliance which is such a big firm and I have seen similar posts on many other links. Hasn't any guy from reliance ever came across any such thread?
      Can't we do anything about this ??

      I was surprised to see so many complaints on internet which show they
      are either involved in CHEATING business or somebody totally useless is
      heading the company here.
      When so many complaints are on internet & u are also not aware means u
      are responsible for this bungling to some extent.
      My request is to read seriously what is being written on internet &
      take immediate action to check this rot& refund money of persons

      87289 on 12 th SEP 2010.Inspite of 50 complaint calls I did not get my
      BIG TV installed. Then ms POOJA just swiched off her phone no

      months black out of TV viewing of my family.
      Then I searched internet for address of the company & could not find it
      but saw ur website.
      Hope u’ll get me back my money or I’ll have to take legal action.

Pvt Ltd. came to my residence and he explained about BIG TV and taken a cheque for Rs. 1490 (Cheque No. 410591) and he promised to instal the connection in 5 working days.         I am facing the same problem. One of the representatives Mr. Rishikesh along with his two other colleagues had visited my home on 4th July 2010. He had promised me that Service Engineer would visit my home within a period of 4 days on realization of cheque. But noone has yet turned up. I am getting the feeling that I am cheated by the representative and in turn by Appco Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd.

        Further three phone numbers given on their letter heads are not working at all and noone is picking the other two numbers.

        yes they are a big cheat a person named rakesh khandelwal turned up around the evening offering me a reliance big TV connection for rs 1990 which costs around 4000 rs . he told that it was a one day offer and they were giving to 11 families in every locality after buying the connection i got dissapointed as i only received services worth rs 1790 and after calling the customer care of reliance big TV they concluded by saying that i will receive only worth rs 1790 and not worth 4000rs for the halfprice of rs 1990 appco and rakesh khandelwal is a big fraud

          Beware guys!! This Company Appco Marketing India Pvt. Ltd. and Support Direct both are fraudsters. If you receive any email, phone or happen to visit timesjobs.com, be careful and don't apply to this company. They don't pay any fixed salary, it is only compensation. you will have to go door to door begging for donation or selling one of their client's products. It is like "sophisticated begging". you will have to pay for your own transport & food say about 200rs daily. so even if they show you big dreams like you will earn 35 thousand every month is . you will have to kick your before you can earn that money, work 14 hours daily even on weekends.
          In short, don't fall for their talks. BE CAREFUL!!!
          It is a big racket because the money they collect from the donors a percent (huge one) is taken by them plus the an amount of 300rs goes to the executive on per child. in my experience I did not even receive my money. my owner Amit ate my money. what a fraudster man. but such people wont survive for long.
          we all should put a stop to this company and their operations in India. what say??

          ya yaar thanks sundar for telling us this as i am from jaipur and i dont know a thing about mumbai and the good employers so i was going to go to visit their office in Andheri east. but now i have changed my mind i will not join this company. infact i will caution other people around me to save them from this trouble.

            ya Andy i received such a mail. thanks man i will not go in for this company.
            I have worked in appco for nearly a year. Though i knew this whole setup is a big fraud i kept working in it as i wanted to learn how to convince people in real clean business. These people first cut some portion of your COMMISSION calling it as bonds then when you leave, they dont return it. Big time fraudulent approaches they have for apartment entries and other campuses. Can also cause a serious legal issue. I myself was a part of one minor legal issue once.
            I insist innocent candidates not to fall as a prey to these fraudulent companies and carry on a successful clean career.

              On 24th jan 2010 one Young man Named Yougandar Singh(his contact no :[protected] and his emp code is 00088) came to my house & introduced himself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing of BIG TV of Reliance. He breifed me about the package costing Rs. 1490/- which would be activated within 7 working days. I gave check Rs 1490/. After 20 days still they not installed . I called to Yougandar Singh many times but he is not picked up the phones. I don't have any faith this Appco Marketing India Pvt. Ltd pune branch.

              My name is " Narinder Singh Rana" and my BIG TV customer ID is "[protected]" I had bought BIG TV in beginning of Dec 2008 but by 24 of Dec the service stopped and I got a message of "No Signal" on the TV, I thought it to be a temporary glitch and waited for 2-3 days but when the issue did not get resolved I called up customer service and logged an complaint on 31 of Dec 2008 and was told that the compaint number is "84497531" I did not get any responce for that complaint after that i called up CC again on 13 Jan and they gave me a complaint no "85749444" but nobody came to repair the connection again on 17 Jan when I called they gave me a complaint no "86071961" this process has been going on for more than 45 days now. I between some one from BIG TV Engg. team would call me up, verify my address and say " We will come tomorrow to solve your problem" but nobody turned up.

              Please recommend all your friends, relatives, neighbors to stick with your conventional cable because thought it is of lower quality still you at least get to see it in case of DTH service you will only see dish on your roof but no signals in your TV
              Bibhu even i have faced worser problems with this company. they are pathetic and this company should shut down. they give all wrong information and fool customers. strict action needs to be taken. if i dont receive their call or any reply i will go ahead and sue this company.
              NON INSTALLATION OF RELIANCE BIG TV:- I booked Reliance Big tv through APPCO MARKETING (INDIA) PVT LTD on 16 Sep 2010. He promised to install under one week but till date not installed. Provide land line number on application form[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] of Mr Anil & Shweta. During booking we gave the SBI GOLIBAR MAIDAN, PUNE cheque NO-090684 amounting 1490/- dated 16 Sep 2010 and paid by bank on 21 Sep 2010 in favour of APPCO MARKETING (INDIA) PVT LTD. Rep of APPCO MARKETING (INDIA) PVT LTD Mr. Sarmad gave his mobile number [protected] ([protected]) for contact.Now this mobile number is switched off.

              On August 2010 one Young man Named Sameer Lohakare(his contact no :[protected] came to my house & introduced himself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing of BIG TV of Reliance. He breifed me about the package costing Rs. 1490/- which would be activated within 7 working days. I gave check Rs 1490/. installation . I called to sameer and customer care many times but he is not picked up the phones. I don't have any faith this Appco Marketing India Pvt. Ltd pune branch. Very poor services from APPCO and Reliance BIG tV, no signal clarity and the device get hung many times in a day .
              I paid Rs 1490/- on 12 th Sep 2010 to ms Pooja of Apco mkting. She promised me that the Big TV kit will reach in one day & installed within 7 days. But now even after passing of 55 days and about 50 complaints to the mkting co & big tv call centers, and as many assurances of them that soon it will be installed, the BIG tv is no where in sight. Now Ms Pooja says she is fallen ill & not attending office.
              Very poor service of Anil Dheerubhai Ambani.
              Previously also I had paid abt Rs 1500 for Share trading connection to ADA group & they neatly consumed it without giving me any connection.
              I think people should not pay Anil dheeubhai cos any money in advance & pay only after getting product in hand.

Is it any responsible person available for this company ? if yes, solve all complaints within 5 days & apolize all custmers through phone.

              It seems APPCO Marketing is not in BIG TV business but in CHEATING business. It seems there are many more such cheated persons.

              But ur name is being tarnished by ur sister company APPCO Marketing I

              I was surprised to see so many complaints on internet which show they

              I have also faced the same problem. I have paid 1390.00 on 25.11.2010 I was told that I will get 4 months subscription free from the date of installation. I confirmed that i need installation in the month of jan 2011. The person told that no problem. I have to tell the required date of installation to the service engg who will call you for the installation.

              Accordinly I told that person that the date of installation I need is in january 2011. But within few days some other person called me and told that i am not going to get that four months subscription free offer. So i requested that person to cancel the connection and refund me the amount. I was told that refund will be credited to my account within a month. However nothing has happened. When I called bigTV call center they did not entertain me. Refused to give me the address of BigTV office in pune.
              I am not able to know how to get the amount refunded. Help me please.

              Even I have faced similar problem. A person Shivaji came to my house and told me about the BIG TV Set top box. I paid him but I recd the box after 10 days. They installed it but after 5 days still activation is pending. Whereas it takes hardly 4 hrs. No body knows what's d problem nor anybody is bothered to solve it. The office staff is also arrogant when we call. I think they want to only fool people. I will definately drage them to Consumer Court.
              On 3th march 2013 one Young man Named Adinath(his contact no [protected] ) came to my house & introduced himself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing of BIG TV of Reliance.                 I am regretting for not googling for a minute before opting for this Big Tv service through APPCOM marketing (India) Pvt Ltd. Though I got calls from Big TV mumbai branch after two days of applying, I found that most of the promises done by the agent (from APPCOM) were totally false.

                Even after asking four to five times about Pogo and Cartoon Network channels availability those channels are not in the 3 months free package which the APPCOM agent had promised. For sure nobody would be able to reach any of these APPCOM agents mobiles. I think they purchase a SIM and use for one day and throw it off.

                Its very very sad that even after so many complaints Reliance Big TV is entertaining these guys. Also there is no clear publication of channels list from Reliance Big TV in their website.
                Finally its a big foolish and false promises deal :(

                BIG TV — False promises by the company.

                When I purchased Big Tv I was promised a free subscription of one year on most of the channels.
                But ultimately when I got it installed it was mostly the regional channels which were free. The company in their brochure had Colors channel. But it is unavailable till date. When I tried to contact Big Tv they told us that it will start in week. But 2 months gone that one week hasn't arrived yet.
                i purchaged big tv set up box with 2690 package on 24/10/2008
                but they are not showing the channel which is under the package of 2690 for that i contact lots of times to the the costumer care but still there is no respnse what i can do

                  I bought a BIG tv connection through appco marketing Pune brach named Stallions Run by some Neha Gusain. appco is marketing for big tv,later i canceled my connection after 2-3days when i called the executives they neither picked my calls,after searching for thier number in business directory i came to know that their office is in mumbai,when i called them they says the cheque has been sent and gave me their other executive number in bangalore,she neither responded to my calls she use to tell the cheque has been sent through courier and after 15-20days when i tried to call here again she started with a drama saying am not able to hear you please call me later,and later she blocked my number as well.

                    Mr. Pawan, Executive (Mobile no. [protected]) visited my home in Septemeber 2009 for promotion of Reliance Big TV. In responce to his demonstration I agreed to pay him an intial booking amount subject to verification of services in the locality. Mr. Pawan promised me to refund the amount in case I refuse to accept the installation offer. As a result an amount of Rs. 1499/- (vide cheque no. 383929 dated 14.09.2009 payable at Punjab National Bank, Lodhi Rod, New Delhi) was paid by me. However, after verifying the service record of Reliance Big TV in our area I decided to cancell my booking and requested Mr. Pawan and his superior Mr. Sudarshan ([protected]) and also their Local area manager for refund of booking amount. The company is not responding to my request, the cheque had been encashed by them and all the above execuitves of Reliance Big TV are not traceable as they have switched off their mobile nos. I am seeking out the option of presenting my case to consumer court and other leading newspapers.

                    I am in Bangalore and Same thing happened to me also. now the sales representative who booked the order is now not at all answering my tel.calls. However yesterday(17.11.09) the Appco Mumbai office has promised me that I will get the refund with in 3 days and now I am waiting for the refund. I will also go to consumer court if the refund lis not received

                    I am also victim of the fraudulent activity done by the representative Mr. Harsh (Mobile No. [protected]), who had visited my office on 22nd April 2010, and informed me that he is representative of APPCO Marketing India Pvt. Ltd. and doing marketing for BIG TV and I paid him payment of Rs.1490/- through cheque no. 228400 dated 22/4/2010 drawn on State Bank of India, Meera Bagh, New Delhi for installation charges.

                    Since then, the mobile no. [protected] is switched off all the time.

                    It appears that APPCO Marketing India Pvt. Ltd. is using name of BIG TV and defaming it by such fraudulent activities.

Mr. Amarjeet Singh (Mobile No. [protected]) came to my house on 13/11/2010 and gave the presentation for getting the big tv connection. I paid him the amount of Rs. 1390/- through cheque dated 13/11/2010. I was promised that within a period of seven working days installation will be done, however, installation was not done till 26/11/2010. It was only on 26/11/2010 that a call came regarding installation. Considering their initial poor response and the kind of poor service BIG TV was having in our area (Shalimar Garden Ext. - I, Sahibabad, . Ghaziabad) i told them that I do not want to get it istalled. Since then I trying hard to get the money back, However neither Mr. Amarjeet Singh nor the landline phone of APCO is getting picked up. I do not what these people are up-to. I am surprised that such a big group like ADAG is not concerned about their reputation. I talked to the representative on the BIG TV toll free number and I was told that since I had paid the APCO people who are from marketing I should approach them only. As such no real help was forthcoming from the BIG TV set up. I want my hard earned money back, how to do it can some one guide.

However, after verifying the service record of Reliance digital TV in our area booking and requested Mr. The company is not responding to my request, the cheque had been encashed by them and all the above execuitves of Reliance digital TV are not traceable as they have switched off their mobile nos.                       On[protected] noon a one lady Named preeti gaikwad came to my house & introduced herself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing of BIG TV of Reliance. She breifed me about the package costing Rs. 1490/- which would be activated after verification within 5 working days and on installation to pay the person Rs. 212/-.

                      i gave her the cheque for the full amount and arranged funds accordingly in the bank.on 21sep. Verification call came and they told me it will be installation will be done in 3 day's .

                      The next day i tried to contact him/her. but there was no response, then i try a land line number no answer at all. I used to call on the number given to me and after a week the phone was attanded by one Ms. Archana & she told me intallation will be done in 2-3 day's today is 4 sep still intallstion not done.i am continuosly trying to contact the same number but nobody has a courtesy to attend.
                      this company is a complete fraud. they are doing similar frauds in pune delhi mumbai nagpur ahemadabad etc cities

                        I have also had a similar experience with the company. I purchased a BigTV connection on 13th September, 2009. It was installed on 21st September, 2009.. After two days some preferred channels went off the air and a sign came up which said I should subscribe to the channel. Complaint made to the customercareservice, on the e-mail address given on their letter head bounced back Attempts to maake contact with their customercare prove futile for their is always a busy signal. Some action is necessary against the company.

                        One fine saturday evening a lady Named Olivia came to my house & introduced herself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing of BIG TV of Reliance. She breifed me about the package costing Rs. 1490/- which would be activated after verification within 5 working days and on installation to pay the person Rs. 100/-.

                        At that moment i did not have cash, however gave her the cheque for the full amount and arranged funds accordingly in the bank. The next following sunday, two persons with all the material came in for installation and informed me that the package which i want will be charged Rs. 1000/- instead of 100/-. I told them not to install the package & immediately contacted Ms. Olivia and informed her about the matter to which she told me that she will look into the matter.

                        The next day i tried to contact her again but there was no response, I used to call on the number given to me and after a week the phone was attanded by one Ms. Archana & she introduced herself a Boss of Olivia & Olivia has been sent for training. I repeated my story to her & was informed that she herself will check and get back to me. But even after 2 working days there was no response. I started calling the same number and luckily after four weeks the call was attended by the earlier lady Ms. Olivia saying that Ms. Archana had to fly to Australia due to domestic problem & now she has come from training and we check with the authorities and get back to me within half an hour. After that i am continuosly trying to contact the same number but nobody has a courtesy to attend. At last i went to the reliance gallery for their details but they said that they could not help as it is APPCO's case I will have to lodge a complaint with APPCO. I also tried to speak with the customer service but the service is highly unprofessional the people in customer care do not know how to handle the customers. Every now and then whenever the cell phone was attended both the ladies tried to show that my problem will be resolved within no time but after doing all this excercise i have come to a conclusion that APPCO Mktg. is bull . In today's business world if this company is fooling around with direct consumers this way, there is no time this company will last in long term.

                        Now 45 to 50 days have passed but nobody from APPCO is interested to look into the matter because they already have got their money in advance. this same msg will be posted on the orkut if no action is taken immediately in my case which please note.

                        Appco Marketing India Pvt Ltd, is the most fraudulent Organization, We have paid Rs 1490 /- 2 months back and the payment is cleared, and still the installation is not done . and the person who sold it to us, is not responding, and phone is switched off permanently.
                        This firm will be sued in the consumer court for sure.
                        BIG TV has nothing to say about this .Very irresponsible on the part of both parties.

                        with my case is they promissed me 128 channels for 90 days free, but after
                        30 days most of the channels got discontinued. Now when i call them
                        they say we will look into the issue. I think the problem has started with me

                        I have also faced the same problem with this company...i gave the cheque of 1490/- and was told that Rs 215/- should be paid to the engineer who will come for installation. I got a call from Mumbai office after 10days(installation was suppose to be done in 7 days) that the person will come for installation but instead of 215 /- you have to pay 415/-. I told him that i dont want your connection and refund my money. Now the cheque is cleared and no one is answering the phones also the email has bounced back. This company is a BIG FRAUD. I request everyone not to take any thing from them.
                        I have also faced the same problem with this company...i gave the cheque of 1490/- and was told that Rs 315/- should be paid to the engineer who will come for installation. I got a call from Mumbai office after 8days (installation was suppose to be done in 5 days) that the person will come for installation they said that you will get the limited channels if you want all the channels need to pay 420/- pm i felt that in staid of taking this connection i can continue my cable only. I told him that i dont want your connection and refund my money. Now the cheque is cleared and no one is answering the phones also the email has bounced back. This company is a BIG FRAUD. B'cos I've got a big tv connection three months back through appco marketing india pvt company which is situated in chennai, this company is a very good company, they are giving right details about bigtv and they are giving correct information about channels, customer service is also good.
                        Appco marketing is one of the best in service..they contacted us at night time also and made me happy with the service they gave..so guys there may be a positive and negative in ccompanys..so have some patience and they will surely help for connections or what ever it is...have a nice day...

                        Even i am having a very bad experience with appco. They came to my flat promising us a host of things like a single dish if 8 or more people took the connection. My question was if i moved out, how would i still get the service. The person, Azariah promised me that i would be given a smaller dish at no extra cost. I gave him the cheque and when the confirmation call came, i asked the person if i would indeed get a smaller dish if i moved out for free. He clarified that i need to pay the charges again. when i tried calling Azariah, he said he'll check and get back and from then on has either been avoiding my calls or says he's in some meeting and so cannot call me. Yesterday he was in a meeting till 10 in the night because it was the beginning of the month. If they cheat customers like this, they'll surely achieve their targets, but not for long. I had requested by cheque to be returned, but have not heard from them so far. Thankfully i could issue a stop payment, before it was sent for clearance.
                        Big Tv sold us by appco marketing saying we will get all channels and fooled my old parents at home in our absense and din't even show them the broucher they love cheating people please stayaway from Big Tv Channel instead go for Tata sky which is more reliable.

                        In our society, about 50 plus people have bought your Big TV from APPCO marketing (I) pvt. ltd. and hence I thought I also will buy it from you only. On[protected], I called your Mr. Kaushal (his mobile no. is [protected]) and requested for the same. He came on[protected] to my home. I told him that we have Big TV's common dish on the terrace so separate dish may not require. Against this, he said NO, it is already occupied. You must need separate dish. We said OK and asked him about price for Set top box, dish, and package of Silver + Zee TV + South Plus + Kids. He informed us the total amount Rs 2119 (Rs 1490 by cheque and Rs 629 by cash). Accordingly we paid to him, immediately.

                        On[protected], your engineer came to our home and said that separate dish is not required and we can take connection from common dish which is already there. We really shocked. We informed your engineer that your Kaushal said separate dish is required, they denied this. Now I have three issues.

                        1. What about the amount I have paid to you against dish? I would expect you would return to me.I have tried to contact Kaushal so many times for this but he is not accepting my call. When it was time for buying, you were very eager and now you are avoiding us. This is really frustrating me.

                        2. The channels what we selected during the time of buying are not active. Only Silver pack is active. No kids, no south plus. Why this is so?

                        3. You said system comes with three months free. then why your people took Rs 629 extra and that is in cash? We asked them but it was all rounding answers. Can you please justify it.

                        I request you to please pay your attention and resolve my these issues at your earliest. Please make sure there should not be a feeling generated in my mind that Reliance Big TV cheated me.

                        I came 2 know that because of more number of connection people took its taking time to install. Then i came 2 understand that many of the people took it its a good DTH service. Its not mistake

                        Even we must understand sometimes because of some reasons it get dealy guy wait and see don't blame any company just like that.
                        we have to take some action accordingly and shut down the company ans please i do not want to join that kind of fake and cheat co which spoil my carrier because customer is like god i[censored] all do not please your customers then you have no right to do business...

                        On 26th January 2010 two persons named Mr.Thaiju (Mb. No. [protected]) along with his manager Mr. Uday (Code No. BABT[protected], Mb. [protected]) visited me and told about the marketing strategy of APPCO Marketing India Pvt Limited, a Mumbai based organization at No.6, Standford Plaza, Veera Industrial Estate, Anderi West, 400056. Mr. Uday explained the advantages of BIG TV of Reliance which product is directly marketed by this organization, gave the package costing Rs. 1490/- and collected from me a cheque bearing No. 611094 dated 26.01.2010 drawn on Indian Bank, M.G.Road Branch, Bangalore 560001.

                        After two weeks, I contacted Mr. Uday and got the confirmation that the said cheque issued by me in favour of APPCO Marketing India Pvt Limited was encashed and installation of the BIG TV of Reliance will be done shortly. However this never happened even after one month. Therefore I started calling both Mr. Thaiju and Mr. Uday to know the status and reason for the delay in installation. Mr. Uday started making false excuses and gave name of one unknown person whom I never met as being responsible for the delay. Later I came to that APPCO Marketing India Pvt Limited is a fraudulent organization and indulged in collecting money from people across India to cause wrongful loss to them. Thereafter, I browsed the net and had seen 39 complaints against this organization from people of different places. Surprisingly, Reliance with a brand name is not aware of these acts of APPCO Marketing India Pvt Limited.
                        Now I have a good reason to approach the Consumer Forum at Bangalore on a complaint and get the relief.

                        i have also paid Rs 1490 thru cheque to Mr Hemant M (+[protected] on sunday 14 mar 2010 and it is cleared and now no body is answering the APPCO nos. given on the sheet. I called toll free no of Big TV and they say they are helpless. I now find on the net that this has been going on for last several months. Can the Big TV not take action on APPCO and relieve us, poor customers, please. I purely relied on the corporate image of Big TV and the I-card Hemant showed as a representative of APPCO being a certified Big TV marketeer.
                        i also got into the trap of this company.They never keep thier word.Gives an appointment and breaks that as per their wish, making the customer a fool.None of the customer care numbers are responding and their mail id is bouncing. The marketing guy never picks up the call and if picks up, cut the phone in between .

Nothing against the executives but it is the customer service at Appco Marketing India that really sucks. They don't pick up their phones and even if they do they don't know how to speak. they are so freaking rude. Most of all, they never solve your problem.

I got a call from some Dinesh mishra's office in delhi.                         I completely agree with the above complaints. I also bought a BIG TV connection and the channels promised to me by the marketing executive are not coming. I am still looking for the person who came to my house for selling the connection. Authorities should look into this and take adequate legal action against the company.
                        I am just waiting for few days if the promised delivery is not made I am going to lodge a police complaint on Appco and Reliance Big TV for cheating. I have also faced similar type of problems, the sales man does not pick up the call and the emails are bouncing.
                        APPCO Mrktng India does seem to be a fraudulent organisation. I totally agree with the above complainants. I have also faced similar problems with the authorities. The customer service people do not know how to talk to a customer and the same mobile number is attended by 10 different people at the same time. Even when the head office in Mumbai had sent an Urgent directive for the device to be installed, it has not been done. i am very unhappy with their service. It is also to be noted that they do not have the courtesy to even inform their customers about these delays.
                        Seems APPCO is con... they are frauds who are cheating Indian citizens throughout the country. They came to our apartment and we gave them a cheque of Rs. 1490 in advance for installation. Its been more than 2 weeks they have not installed BIG TV in our house. Cheque is already cleared so we have lost our money and these poeple dont respond to our phone calls. They are cheating the citizens in the name of a big brand name - BIG TV...                         on 30th May, 2010, one of the sales representative of Appco Marketing, who is dealing with BIG TV DTH connection, he collected a cheque for Rs.1490/- each from me and from Cousin (N.Narayana Rao & Anjaneya Sarma) the representative Name is Sunil, his reliance cell no. [protected], both of our cheques encashed by Appco Marketing till now nobody came to our place installation of BIG TV DTH connection. on 31 st may i got call, and the same will be installed with in 5 working days, but nothing is happened. and the representative who visited our place his mobile no. is now tempararily out service. in view of the above i feel the appco marketing is cheating the pople.

                        Let me tell you Appco are worst people. I had booked 2 reliance big connections on 1st June 2010 & was assured by them that i will receive them in 7 working days. Then sometime on 18th june they came to deliver only 1 connection & they said you have paid only for one, whereas i had issued 1 cheque for Rs.2980/- on 1st June. Today on 24 June they came with 2 connections but when i saw the plans they were totally different than they had committed, also i was told i would get the connection for Rs.165 as monthly subscription for Silver Plus pack & 50% discount on the other connection. i.e. Rs.85/- which they are now refusing to give. When i asked for refund they say it will take 10 to 15 days to issue the cheque, I have confiscated their material & have told that i will return it only when i receive my money back.

                        I have purchased the Reliance Big TV (Diamond Pack Scheme) on 19th May, 2010.

                        Within a month of this purchase I am not happy with the service. The channels went off totally on 20th June, 2010 and this is a continuous process from then.

                        When the channels show up (sometimes) it appears in Black and White color.

                        The executive named Vinit Naik from APPCO Marketing from whom the same was purchased on Door to Door Sales Marketing is also un-contactable on his given mobile number [protected].

                        I also tried calling the Call Center No. [protected] but the hold time was always more than 10mins on several instances and could not get through anyone. Do they really exist?

                        I have written to them twice but not a response to my emails.

                        APPCO Marketing is cheating customers. Reliance Big TV also should be held equally responsible as it is their product and they just not interested in retaining their customer.
                        On 18th July, 2010, one of the sales representative of Appco Marketing, who are dealing with Reliance BIG TV DTH connection, collected a cheque for Rs.1490/- from me. The representative Name is Ankit Verma, his cell no. [protected], my cheque was encashed by Appco Marketing and till now nobody came to my place for installation of BIG TV connection. I called Ankit Verma on 31st July he told me that within 4 days my connection will installed, but nothing is happened sofar and now the mobile number of Mr.Ankit verma (representative) is also now tempararily out of service. Therefore in view of the above i also feel the appco marketing is cheating the poples.

                        As already discussed with you on telephone no. [protected] on Monday the 2nd July 2010 regarding Reliance Big TV connection at my house. (Vanisha, Plot No.20, F- Rd, Mahatma Ngr, Nashik – 422007.)
                        As promised by your Mr. Pawan who had visited my house on 17/07/10 at the above address & collected two cheques of Rs/ 1490/- each for two Dish TV. I had not been given two Dishes & two Set up Box though I had given two chqs. from my Mrs. A/c. He had asked us to pay 300 cash to the installer. Three hundred cash has been paid to the installer Mr. Shaik who was also very rude. He refuses to give two dishes & connection which he had confirmed from his boss Mr. Patil. The same was conveyed to you on telephone on Monday the 26th July 2010. You had also told me that two dishes can not be given & promised to send back my extra payment of Rs. 1490/- by Wed. the 28th July 2010.
                        Please note that till today I have not received the cheque of the balance payment. It may also be noted that neither your engineer Mr. Shaik explained about the scheme available with you nor he gave us any broucher regarding the details of the scheme & pay channel in spite his promise to bring the same immediately. On the 2nd day i.e on 26/07/10 also my Mrs. requested him to give the broucher, but till today I have not received the same.
                        This is the type of service you, your agent & service people are giving.
                        In view of the above I request you to please arrange to send my balance payment of Rs.1490/- immediately without any further delay. If I do not receive the payment with in max. 1 week I will proceed further for action in my own way. After one week this will be requested to Reliance & if necessary to the consumer court.
                        While talking on telephone today at 3:10 pm you confirmed that the dishes have been cancelled & you already dispatched the cheque for Rs.2980/- then in that case collect also the 2nd dish which you have installed.

                        I have also faced the same problem with this company...i gave the cheque of 1490/- and was told that Rs 345/- should be paid to the engineer who will come for installation for 3 months charges @ Rs.115 per month. I got a call from Mumbai office after 8days (installation was suppose to be done in 5 days). 3 months everything was fine. then messages started coming into my TV and to my cell phone asking to pay a huge amount. This company is a BIG FRAUD. I request everyone not to take any thing from them.

                        One fine friday evening a person Named Ravi Kumar Mobile No. [protected] came to my house & introduced herself as Marketing Executive of Appco Mktg. & told me that they are doing campaign marketing of BIG TV of Reliance. he breifed me about the package costing Rs. 1490/- which would be activated after verification within 5 working days but no installation had done till date i.e. 29/12/2010. kindly install BIG TV immidiately.

                        I have given cheque for Rs.1490/- on 05 Dec-2011 for installation of Reliance Dish but till date nor the dish is installed nor the refund was sent to me. When a party of two came to my residence for installation of Reliance Dish, they informed me that Dish cannot be installed because of face of your house is towards North whereas the Dish can received the signals from South side only. Hence refund will be sent to you within two weeks. Unfortunately till date i.e. 12 Feb.2011 no refund have been received. There is no response on mobile numbers. May I request M/s Appco Marketing India Pvt.Ltd. to take suitable action in this regard or I will be compelled to take the case to the consumber court. I feel M/s Appco Marketing India Pvt.Ltd. is much more responsible company and will avoid such cases. I hope will hear from you very soon.

                        This Company is a SCAM alright, no one bothers to pick up phones as well in their mumbai office. it is supposed to be a group company of a UK group, wonder if this the image they want to potray... It is more than a month since I paid them by cheque.
                        on 24th Feb' 2011 a person named Sarath Chandra (mobile no [protected]) bluffed himself as guy from Big TV. I booked HD DVR and given cheque for Rs 3990 as it is promotional offer for corporate customers. I got to know he is from Appco marketting only while writing name on the Cheque, for which he said appco is direct marketing company for Big TV. The cheque was cleared on 1st March and there was no communication at all. The installation is not done and the person is not picking any calls.

                        I had given a cheque for Rs.1490/- for installing the Reliance Big TV DTH on 12.3.2011. After many persuatation the engineer visited my premises yesterday(02.04.2011 at around 1 p.m.) only to install the same with the assurance that the system will automatically be started at around 5.30 p.m. on the same day. But till now I have not got any message from your side as told by the engineer. Moreover, when I am trying to contact the engineer as well as the representative both have switched off and not picking up their mobiles respectively. The engineer had also given me an I.D.                         I too had a bad experience with Appco two marketing person came to my house stating that they were executives for Appco they Promised me in 2980/- 2 connections and at the time of installation i should pay the engineer 200/- i got the installation after 8 days but the channels which were proised were not present so called them back and asked the reason for it they told me that i will have to pay more if i need the extra channels and also some of the channels were not available with BIG tV.And the marketing person were not aware of it. So i told them to cancel my Services and pay me back but now they say that teh services cant be cancelled and if you dont want to use it you just need to unuse it till 30 days then the engineers will come, unintall the Dish and i want be paid anything for it
                        i guess there are pros n cons with every product, people need to b patient, m very much happy with their services and i have searched they sell approx a lac big tv connections annually, so few complaints against them does not make them a fraud company
                        Except few I think your concepts are not clear. because appco is marketing company which is taking care of product promotion by giving discounted offers to their customers. All the complaints regarding late setup and not response of their service are happened just because of giving wrong address or half address. If you'll confirm the address which you have gave to the executive. He will further send those details to the reliance office and they will again verify by calling the customers, if the number is right. Only then according to their area pin code they will make work order and send their engineer for the installation at the given address. So i[censored]'ll give right address and contact number, only then the product will be installed with in 5 working days. And those who has the complaints of not responding to their calls is just because these sales executives move one place to another for a week in a month for the marketing the product. but i[censored]'ll call them after 10 days they will definitely pick up your call and responds correctly or it might be possible that executive left the job. So from the websites you can call to the appco customer care number from their official site.
                        APPCO Marketing India Pvt Ltd is one of the worst marketing company for Reliance Big TV. I do not know how Reliance one of the big Indian reputed company is doing business with such a worst marketing agency. Neither the Reliance heads are headless or there must be some known reference through which the business is given.

                        APPCO marketing should be ashamed of giving such a worst and bad service that a customer expects in his/her life time.

I joined there oz of financial problem I was been asking for my appointment letter every after 15 days but I dint received it. They just train the executives how to full the customers? How to rob them? How to change the no. every after 15 days. When I left the job I was having my Rs. 9700/- pending with the Company Which Bharat Shah is refusing to pay, he is no. 1 beggar in the world he can sell his wife also for the Money.

                        Appco Marketing Pvt Ltd appears to be fraud.A madam named Kaveri Ambani approached me on 14/12 /2012 with a proposal for reliance digital Tv and offered me to be best service of Reliance Big TV . I purchased a connection with three lines. I had given a cheque of Rs.4470/- but it is surprised that after installation no body turned up to give any services nither from Reliance nor from Appco

He has taken a cheque for RS. 1890/- (cleared on[protected] and given a receipt on "appco groupindia" (appco marketing India ltd and the cheque was taken in favour of "UNISYN ENTERPRISES" who is a authorized delear of TATASKY.The connection ed I opted is TATASKY with standard setup Box. And he promised me the connection will be done within 7 working days instead of this they have taken 15 days without proving me connection. After 15 days, I called the executive for enquiring delay he said some unworthy reasons and asked to excuse him. After this I have changed my mind since I bought a smart LED 3D TV for this connection, I have modified my booking as TATASKY Full HD with recording facility (HD PVR BOX) for which I have issued one more cheque on[protected] of Rs. 4540/- (Cleared on[protected]. This modified booking was promised me to be done within 3-5 days but after 7 days also they are not attended. On enquiring with the customer care Centre they are telling me that only standard box is reflecting in booking and the high end box is not updated and I need to contact the appco group for updation of my booking. Now near about 1 month has over this appco people are not at all responding my repeated and frustrated calls and they are not even to listen of case and not to provide their local office address. In this regard I have rang up to their Mumbai Appco office but they are also ignored my case. HENCE THIS APPCO GROUP IS WASTE AND HOPLESS ESTABLISMEND AND I REQUEST EVERY ONE NOT TO APPROACH THIS MARKETING COMPANY AND BETTER TO APPROACH YOUR LOCAL KNOWN DEALER OR DIRECTLY TATASKY.                           Not turning up on taking cheque

                          Two weeks back (on 30/08/2009) one of the marketing agents from APPCO, Mr. Srikant came to us and explained us about an inroductory offer to give Reliance Big TV connection and a took a cheque for Rs. 1490/- in favour APPCO. Since then, there is no information either from APPCO or Big TV. When I tried to contact on Big TV customer care number, it keeps us waiting but never was I answered by a customer care representative. I was on phone...

                          on 6th of Aug 2009 appco executive came to my place and told me about airtel landline and broadband connection. he assured me to get me the connection within 7 days. and i have asked him a min of 3 times whether if airtel has the connection so there would be no delay in enquiring again. all the time he was rock confident to say me "sir aapke bajuwale wale area mein hai toh aapko aaram se miljayega connection" ( your nearby area does have a connection so you will get it within 7 days.)
                          i waited for 7 days nothing happened. no calls were made to me so i started calling him after 7 days but he was not answering my calls, i made the call day after that n the phone was coming to be switched off. so after another 7 days i.e on 18th aug 2009 i finally called 121 (airtel costumer care) they said that for the landling connection you will have to call[protected] so i did so, n i found that they haven't received my documents nor cheque. i was in contact with airtel daily holding the phone for about 20-25 min to know my status, but it was showing OPEN status (i.e my issue is still pending to be resolved). so i told airtel on 24th aug to get me a new connection n i will stop previous cheque payment issued. they agreed on that matter and said to send a executive to my place soon. On 26th aug i received a call from airtel executive regarding new connection to be given to me on fresh document. i told them to come at 7.30 pm, on 7.30 i made a call to their executive to come and collect the documents but in return they said that we wont be able to provide me with the connection as my area has never and will never get the connection in future as well. so i wrote an email to nodal officer of airtel and with immediate response i got the confirmation that i will not get the connection. so it was over, 20 days of calling my documents etc was all waste... if my area does not have any connection now n never ever in future, why was the airtel-appco executive giving the connection with great confidence and assurity ? and after the issue was settled from airtel side, i tried to contact APPCO, but they were rude on phone by saying "Agar aapka connection nai huwa toh hum apko apke documents n chk return kar denge usme itni kaunsi badi baat hai".
                          the thing is appco till date has not sent my documents n cheque to airtel n are still lying in their office, n now they are denying and ignoring my calls. so i finally have to take some legal actions on appco executive or in that matter who ever is responsible.

                              had applyed for free HSBC credit card in the month of January. I had applyed through APPCO agency.
                              my Sr No. is 5864801 and sales Executives Name is Priynka.
                              And sales Executives code is 270124.Marketing Code is DDAA.
                              The same has not been recieved till date. Please Send my credit card to me immedietly on my address
