[Resolved]  Appco & Support Direct India — MISGUIDANCE DURING RECRUITMENT

I have also received a call from Gunjeet stating that they want to recruit at management trainee level. Compensation in the probation period will be 10, 000 to 18, 000 Rs. The address is same (in Karol Bagh). I have not gone to the organization as I am not able to find the website of they company. They claim that they are a part of Cobra Group, but there is no mention of FMS Management on their website.

today i just receive same interview call for management trainee for appco sumthing with basic salary of 12k-15k monthly (ramesh garden),

I called them to fix an interview, ... bt thanx to u guys i read ur comments n nw am nt goin. they promised to give about15000rs. and said dey will make me branch manager after sumtym.

i absolutely agreed with the complainant what he has said is correct. u have to spend ur own money like travelling, lunch etc.i[censored] able to get the applicant for particular company like credit card or telecom.
they give commission is correct. but if any applicant cancel, this appco will revert ur commission., in nest applicant with 3 months times

i request strongly take action as soon as people.

This company Cobra is a complete fake, run by some guy named Tonny Fernandes who claims to be some big shot. they are into India by two primary comanies named Appco & Support direct. Suport direct is run by asha singh. and appco by some other dickhead who is a completely charsi. they fool people, specially young MBA grads claimining to be a UK based MNC. they bloody make u go to offices without appointments, or to residenatial buidldings pitch and sell 1) credit cards 2) airtel sim cards 3) charity ( 4 CRY / UNESCO) 4) Big TV etc. I know so much because my Gf works with them. this bloddy job of hers costed us our relation. Not only its a bloody morning 7 to nyt 9 pm job, but also they pay piece basis. ie if you sell you will get ur salary else no. this job fetched her hardly 7-8 k per month. moreever she was busy all days, morning 7 to nyt 9. worst they claim to make you manager. It took my gf 2.5 years to be a manager. Worst they grew differeences between me and her and we are still going through a bad phase. its a bloody liar company. ryt now she is running a brach in pune by name stallions and selling relliance big Tv connections I have met that asha singh too. The news that she is from FMS delhi is true, but she is avery cunning person. the fact that i[censored] leave her company she wont pay you and claim ur checks is certainly true. she is the reason my Gf joined this bogus company. Incidently she fools innocent people like my Gf get them stuck in jobs and then exploits and herself make money. and ya one more news she is getting married today and hosting a huge party in delhi thanks to people like you whom she has fooled over period of time.

hey guy' s they r really cheat AUM the new name choosen bhy them they just make us fool by recruiting people on the name of so called europian profile, the r just make u work on commission . i went at there office for the interview and when he ask for me to join i was agree the person (amit )told me that the have two profile 1 is indian and another is europian . but he was try to attract me by showing the growth chart and told me about his start . trust me guy;s he i bigest cheat just make money by the fresh MBA 's blood . plzz any one do some thing his address is 1/5 3rd floor near piller no 206 patel nagar the Business manager is amit and one more thing their is a recepsnist call her HR head her name is RITU sexena . she is the one who send mail to the MBA freshers, Pl ease take care of that

and pls ashish ...speak with sense... i used to consider you a guy with brains... wat u doing in that profile... thou i admit neha will promte u next... but is that life... and how much u will make...after cutting down expenses for office and admin staff and other operaional expenses u will make 40k per month for a revenues of 1 lac per month...in a city like pune... i[censored] shift to other costly city.. u operatonal expenses may increase...that much money with ur expertise, you can mint anywhere...plus at least u will have ...a weekend off... not like a 7 days work week wat u have here at appco...

hi guys this is vishal and i have also been thru this [censored]ing process of recruitment they r bunch of dickheads sitting over there.they just tell you that they r associated with uk based company called cobra n they say that they r into actually expansion mode .so thats y they will ask u to choose from european or indian profile and then they will tell u that their full fledged business head some called tony fernandes. they will tell u that they will recruit u as amanagement trainee and will pay u sumthing around 14k-30k and in some months u can be astt manager and in a short span of time in between 6-8 months u can be a business head of company and can earn about more than a lakh in a month.initially they will tell u that u will be trained as a management trainee and then astt manager and then business head.But actually they will send u to all industrial, residential and commercial areas for door to door sales for NGO's(CRY, UNICEF and HELPAGE) and other products.And the amount you will be getting will be totally performance based and it comes to around hardly sum 6-7k/month so all the MBA's this is totally a wastage of time and beware of these dogs and look somwhere else .

hi, i completely disagree with all these complaints. i hv worked with appco.
they r very hard working people and provide very gud opportunity . its just whenever people do good there r people who say ba things abt them as well.
but trust me you ll find all of them very ambitious and hardworking. i know appco will grow big in india. all the best. its just the frustration of some people who somewhere blame other people for their failures.

Sorry I completely disagree with all the complaints made, rather i agree with shruti. My name is Rohit Gulati and I have done my MBA from Australia spending almost 15 lakhs and I was part of this very company in Australia as well. I am now running my own business with the experience from this company in India. Nobody is making fool here, your expectation from ur self is making fool o[censored]r self.
The thing is this company is very straight forward and says everything on the face. I just want to make one point from the above complaints that the major frustration is that the company is not paying a fixed salary, but sorry to say no company retains employees if they are not profitable for their organisation. I ask one question to all the above complainants that if you run your own company who would you like to hire in your company the one who is profitable or the one who is only interested in a monthly salary. If you will be profitable for any company, the company will go to any extent to retain you, but the problem with you guys are that you are all loosers and you dont want to accept that, this is why you ppl are taking your frustration out and putting the whole blame on the company which is there in so many countries. Guys grow up and make the best use of this opportunity and make a life for ur self. Next time when you feel like complaining then pls write your name and mobile number so that the other ppl will also know how much genuine you are.

These companies have been started by people who want to destroy th future of their own country. It's because of people like these that our country, India, can never become China or US. The first step to development is to shun the mentality of cheating the young people who form the future of the country.
How can these companies do this? It's obvious that they have a network. I am surprised at the coldblooded attitude of the law and order in our country!
I hope that every student gains awareness about this idiotic network of direct sales companies and thrashes them every time they give a call.
Remember, Direct sales is something which is meant for only undergraduates and the 'not-so-educated'. You don't need MBAs or post-graduates for this purpose. Disgusting!

I think this company is fraud. They do not pay incentives. No system at all. very disappointing company to associate with. so watch out guys.
