[Resolved]  Appco & Support Direct India — MISGUIDANCE DURING RECRUITMENT

The Appco company is a complete fake, I had the interview me there and I got selected when i asked about the process it was a complete . Its my advice please don't waste your time and efforts. Their main work is to fool the freshers nothing more then that.

hello guys i don't knw any1 o[censored] bt u knw wat u hv saved my life god bless u all. the thing is i got an interview call from this company and i went there also aftr 2 days of interview in which they make u sale products door to door for 1 day with a trainee who's jst joined 1 month back. i mean u think the person who has joined jst 1 month back in the company is recruiting you in it i don't gt it. anyways i did clear the rounds and was selected but i din't go for it thanx to this site and u all...thanx a lot guys plz tk care o[censored]rself and ur future thank you.

Guyzz i have also received d mail that you will be hired as management trainee, remuneration will be 18k to 25 k.and you have to go through training for about 8 to 10 months. But d company is STALLIONS of APPCO Group.Its near Ramesh nagar metro station.Does any body have idea about this.Is this also a fake company.

i just got an interview call from some synture group offering me post of BDM @15, 000 INR... Upon my request that what company is into they said we do B2B marketing; I asked her to message me companies website and address it is located

this company is part of Appco Group i don't know who owns this hole company but the caller didn't mentioned it;i have already worked for Appco Group and can bet even with the owner of APPCO group that his company is the world's top worst company to work with.. I have worked with Appco and Support Direct India Pvt. Ltd., karol bagh office, New delhi managed by some Asha singh some 5 years back they fooled me and i have waisted money from my own pocket around 20, 000 for my daily allowances for my 2 months job and ended up getting a cheque of 7000 INR which was a self paid cheque which i couldn't encash those days i was preparing for my CAT exams from TIME, Noida and the money i expensed for my daily allowances in my job was my coaching fees;i was completely lost what to do as i can't join coaching back because i didn't have fees to pay and the company which promised me to pay a fixed salary of some 18000 INR per month was a big fraud.. I had only one option i gave cat exam without any coaching classes and end up with just 60 percentile not taking admission in a b-school that year...

My only request is please take some action against this Parent Company Appco Group otherwise they are capable enough to do a brain wash of teenagers ending up their lives to miseries..

Appco Support is a fraud company.They are cheating employee as well as donors.They tell that they will give 14 k to 40 k, but there is no fixed salary, it is 100% variable.They will also tell u to give manager position with in one year but it will take quite long time.The average income of there experience employee is 1k to 2k per month.The donor also cheated by telling that out of there donation 80% goes to destitude people & poor children, but 80% goes to APPCO group.I get 165 out of 1000.Then my MOMENTOUS, EMPOWER manager get 200.Then product head will get 100, vice president will get 100, Then APPCO group 200.

JUST THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY
FOR THEIR PROFIT THEY CAN DO ANY KIND OF WORK.EVEN THEY WILL TAKE THE ADVANTAGES OF POOR PEOPLE.

FRESHER I[censored] WANT TO LEARN HOW TO PUT ENTER APT & HOW TO TELL LIE.PLZ U CAN JOIN APPCO...

these people are totally fraud. i had an experience in one of its division Gravity, it is in pune located at senapati bapat road sunrise appartment. they will simply bluff you by showing fake dreams. Guys plz. dont deviate your career with such foolish companies.

what ever the above complaints these are true, they are misleading the freshers who are searching jobs, belongs to appco group so many comanies are there, if you got mail regarding interview, and suppose that compies is under Appco group dont go to interview also. Its all Fake beaware about this.

Guys yeh company fultoo fraud hai no two ways bout it & those supporting the company r their fraud workers...yeh Australia waale ko Australia se laat markar nikala hoga ya toh kahin job nahi mila hoga...it's a classic topi pehnaoing business...the subsidiary companies aren't even registered organisations and u shud see their offices...the Mumbai office (Suren road wala) is in a trucks ka shed at Andheri (E)...it is led by a super un-intelligent fraud Sai Prakash Kuckian...yeh dekho uske Millenium organization ka link http://millenniumorgn.com/index.php...khud toh yeh poora gawar hai n these pple hve no regard or understanding of neone who's an MBA or anything...the office is dirty, small n dingy...bahar uss trucks ke shed mein there is a chappra (Shed) made of tarpoline where they have their morning meetings before going out to do their direct selling...typically there is the chai ka tapri v truck driver's class which these garib log who work here drink from...office mein loo ek hi hai ladies n gentleman logon ke liye...ek woh sai ka cabin hai ek lobby cum corridor cum entry cum receptionist/ secretary 's station hai ek meeting room hai like ek small drawing room ke size ka n ek aur meeting room hai fr smeone as gawar as sai...typically they look fr pple frustrated with life losers who cudn't make it anywhere in life or clueless lambs who are lost in life...n fr all those who are excited bout getting selected trust me even ur chaprasi or jamadar can get selected into this company yehi unka rule hai no one is ever rejected or fired...who ever is 'chuxxxya' enough to be here fr as long as he/she chooses to they can these gawar bhikaris have no choice...n IIT/IIM they keep saying jab tak degree na dekh lo hw can u verify...the thing with their direct selling n multi level marketing is dat only to drive pple crazy...they are often misleading...pple who follow this business model work on building pple's hopes tht is their business they'll earn a commission outta ur work toh tumko woh topi pehnayenge so they lie but point is they probably believe their lies also...yeh sai ko hi dekh lo koi choti gadi chalake Mercedes se kum ke sapne nahi dekhega...this business survives on hogwash n pple's built up hopes point is therefore it lacks sustainability...these fools mite hve 10 selling fr thm aaj but tomm if those 10 cme to their senses toh inki vaat na...isiliye non-stop recruit karte hai...n whichever of these anpadh gawars has said sme human commercial please note it is direct selling only nothing else...n yeh uneducated jab marketing n strategy ki baat karte hai toh i feel sorry fr thm they're such wannabe's like they knw life mein isse aage toh nahi jaayenge toh kuch bhi bakwaas karo...if anyone's interested let's start a FB community to guard pple against this in fact report these unregistered organizations in fact I'm thinking of submitting a PIL against this wat say pple?

how does one get to know which company comes under appco group coz even i have been receiving mails from legion group/global vision/millenium org./nirvana

It is a fraud company, they cheat because o[censored]nemployment and less availabilty of jobs.Yes it is acceptable that for marketing we have to do field work but asking charity almost like a beggar is trademark of synture group.I really dont know whether they utilise the donation amount for childs or for the company.
