[Resolved]  Appco & Support Direct India — MISGUIDANCE DURING RECRUITMENT

they are really spoiling people life.they are disgusting. just take action against them.

These people rae fraud, cheat and they misrepresent the whole system, total fraud and making fool out of the people...

i will let you people how they work, they basically say that they are into corporate baranding, customer aquisition and brand promotion . Now they send people to work for caharity like help age india, Concern india foundation, CRY, etc .these are well known NGO'S in india and the work which these people do is collecting charity or fund raising from the people by leting people know about thge organisation in short, but they make fool of people by saying lot of crap as well so that they should come forward and do the charity, because they only get commission out of fund raised, now how it is done . Suposingly if a person does 1000 rupees charity for help age, then out of this total somewhere 355-400 goes to cobra group as commision . only 600 left goes to the organisation . so they make big money. Nd people generally do because they get 100%tax exemptions on it .so the work is no bad but there can be other ways in which an organisation can do fund raising campaign, they can form direct tie up, by sending mail to the HR department of the different companies ... INDIRECTLY THIS WHOLE MONEY GOES TO TRHERE POCKET FROM THE GOVERNMENT TAX EXEMPTIONS and there people are earing in lakhs even the top head makew, somewhere crore a year. this money should have been utilised for poor destitutes ghoes to there pocket, when they approach people they generally represent as coming from the NGO only and that is why, they are able to get the charity ... they dont say about commission and Support direct pvt Ltd..

There procedure of doin it is toatally a psychlogicaly preapred method in which they reach out for the people, and start with intro, then take entry in the house without mentioning support direct, and do slight repo building, then make small presentation aof the organisationm and keep on generating the impulse in between, then thay preampt by saying that that person gave this that much, and then close the pereson very fast .THey are trained in this every day ...

God these people are infected with PANTOPHOBIA. This Company is a real company! It works in 22 countries! These kind of companies teach you the basics of communications, marketing and gives huge purchasing power in the hands of the youths. I am an employee of this company. Work hard youngsters and stop going crazy about nothing. A lot of people in your own country and other 22 countries are working in this company and are happy. now these Appco stated to grow in pune with different name like ACME, CRESCENTE, ZEALIAN, CAMEO etc. near chatusrungi. they recruit people daily out of 50-60 guys they may get 10/12 bakare and out of them at least 5/6 will work to earn for them and ultimately 2/3 will open new subbranch after 2/3 year to make other people fool. i worked with them. i felt that, these people make common people fool. these peoples were so trained that they easily make common people fool and purchase their goods and earn commision butn u will not get satisfaction. plus u will not fix salary. no future seqeurity which will lead to fustration.
so save young generation.

i know coz somebody from above saved me. i got so pressurized, i quit. guys you have no value for ur hard earned efforts. oh common after putting 15 to 18 years of learning u work with this organisation. for free get trained to fool the people. the attrition rate is highest in the world. one day u take leave u get abused like a slave. given the opportunity i will ball bust all in this organisation. at the end u cannot be treated like a slave, it is against the labour laws . middle figer to all those who support this organisation. it is modern ### Adda in todays world . get raped every day... fk all man.

ya .. i too agree that such people are destroting the time and career of the freshers.. these company and groups just make u see big dreams...
it is really fun to see them trying to convince and impress the interviewee's in times of interviews .. i appeared almost five interviews of the same cobra/apcco/support direct india pvt limited or whatever group.. in every interview the way they talked were similar.. it means they are trained from the same place and person.. first they say that they earn more than 2 to three lakhs per month to create an impression in front of the interviewes ..

They Advertise in the name of AIRTEL, 4 CRY, and many more branded company as these companies are of theirs fathers...
I dont understand why these Companies do not take action on such kinda step..

In pune the groups are TANGENT, SYMETTRY, ZELLYONS, GRAND ADVERTISEMENT, and many more...
please beware of them friends (brothers and sisters...)

I understand when people are in search of job .. it is very easy to manupulate them, ...

These kind of groups are really against the development of the nation.. as well these people take advantage of the people who are in needed of job...

Please don't join in this company. They are mere cheaters and they don't pay the money properly. I have spent huge amount of money from my pockey more than there checks. Shew kumar singh and Aravind ( Hyderabad) are cheaters. They are fraud people. Beware of them. I will surely suck their blood. Please take action.

Somewhere in 2003 December I worked (?) for this Cobra group, APPCO, SUPPORT DIRECT or NEXUS or so many names ... I used to think that I was too dumb to fall for all this but now I can understand that it was just some desperation of getting a job after engineering. Thank god I got out of this before it was too late. These people doing this at least for last 10 years in Pune, and since then they are trying to spread all over India. We all should do something to at least save the others.

hi freind i am dev i was working with muskeeters one of the sbu of appco which was headed by a great nut of chick aman chabbra, they r the most unprofessional in bussiness and always teach u to do fraud with coustomer and i[censored] hesistate they will fire u and keep ur all earned incentive with them it self this there way of working they send people to various residential locality and teach u how to make fool of people and get check from them. they r just playing with the name of some ngo dont know why these ngo takes legal step against them, my branch head was aman i think i hv not met such of his caliber in my life so plz be aware of these cheats

There is a company called COSSACS in Pune (claiming to be an SBU of APPCO group). It is making exactly similar kind of promises and is cheating people. I got a call from it and thanks to you all, you have opened my eyes before making a blunder. Now I am working in a Fortun 500 company. THANKS A LOT..

look, people who are writing all this are just some losers, who couldnt handle the art of marketing.
i am working with appco in delhi, and trust me guys its good. they never tell you to cheat or something, whosever donates they know that we are paid for the fundraising thing.
so all the ppl hu are writing ol dis scrap go to hell. this is not your cup of tea.
yeah, salary is ofcourse performance based but its on u how much you want to earn. i am earning and saving a good amount.
