[Resolved] Apsrtc — CAT Card No. Not entered | |||
Dear Sir, Your Conductors are not entering the CAT Card No. in Electronic ticketing. Even I have to reminding to please enter the CAT Card No., but they are irregularly responding as no need to enter, i have no time....... like this. I have the ticket for proof, as the conductor entered the Zero in the field of CAT Card No. on the Ticket. So please instruct strictly to your staff to enter the CAT Card No. compulsorily. My view is to identify the customer when ever any accidents will occured, at that time the insurance is very helpful to deceased person's Family. Was this information helpful? | |||
