[Resolved]  Apsrtc — service cancelled, but money not refunded in to account

Respected sir,

Due to telangana bandh the below mentioned bus was cancelled, but money not yet refund.
SERVICE N.O : 2672 / LGPY - KKD(KMM)
Date of Journey:[protected]

I have sent a mail to [protected]@apsrtc.gov.in, and I have submitted a letter to station manager, mahatma gandhi bus station, hyderbad on 16.10.2011. No response.
