This is with respect to APSRTC function of cancelled services and the customer center behavior.
I have reserved ticket on Non AC super luxury service from Narasaraopet to Bangalore for 630/- which start at 4.30PM on January 15th,2013.
As I was sick on the day of travel , have found a better service Indra AC , hence I have cancelled the above booked ticket and booked on this bus for 1130/- which starts at 5PM. The cancellation charges were 160/-.
Before to 30 min prior to journey of Indra AC I was informed saying Indra AC has been delayed by an hour.I retunred home as I have already reched bus depo by that time.
I arrived at bus stop after an hour and was told that Indra service has been cancelled and I have to book ticket on the other non AC Super luxury bus( similar to the one I booked and cancelled) at 6PM.
The ticket costed 890/-.
I was deceived interms of money as I bought the same cancelled service ticket by paying 260 more along with paying 160 rs calcellation charges as I opted a better service as I was ill.
I was delayed with journey by an hour , late to office.
I was not carrying enough money to book super luxury as I was told Indra AC ticket refund will be done by online only as I have booked tickets online. It dropped me trouble I have some how managed .
Later, so far till the date , the money amount for Indra AC cancelled service is not refund.
I followed up with customer center [protected] and APSRTC Narasaraopet at [protected] for more than 5 times.
They always say it takes 2 days to return and they are not ready to take up teh issue on a good pace.
It is not a simple amount 1130/-.
I demand them to return my money along with interest also for all the above extra 260 I paid unnecessary.
