the new caps on your bottles are NOT old age friendly - when a woman lives alone can't even get them off !!!!!!!!!! have been buying your water for years & now done with you - I know one person doesn't matter but had to vent anyway.............. Was this information helpful? | |

I purchased a bottled water at the PX at Fort Bragg. I was in a hurry because I didn't want to be late for class so I didn't look closely at the bottle. I wish I did because the cap wasn't even cut so that it could be opened. I couldn't open it at all. I didn't even have time to stop for a drink at the water fountain when I went to class. I thought I would let Aquafina know about this so you can make sure the bottle caps are perforated for easy opening. Thank you.
