Aquafresh — RO not working properly

Hi Sir/Mam,
I purchased an RO from Aquafresh company in Feb 2012 i was promised that whenever i'll face any issue they will replace the RO with new one (Verbally told by one of the executive)
I started facing problem in RO after the 3rd day after the purchase.
First day I faced the issue was of leakage from the candle it was over flowing i raised the issue to the company then the technician came and sorted that out.
After 1 week RO again had an issue of filtering the water in access amount it was overflowing there was some fuse which was not working properly by which the problem occured again the issue was raised to the company and the technician visited and replaced the fuse.
After few days RO stooped filtering the water i have to again called the techician and he changed some part of that machine and started working fine.
But the major issue issue i'm facing now a days is that in the storage tank of RO there is some insect which i guess came from the filtered water.
I requested severaal times that please replace my RO as after purchasing it i had faced many issues but the company is not ready to exchange it.
I have a baby of 4 months who was suffering from Diarrhea from last 2 months it started from the day when i purchased the RO we were giving him the water of RO assuming that its good for health but the way we were thinking was not right.
I had words with the Manager of aquafresh regarding the issue but he is not ready to replace the RO now as well and he is not ready to accept that the insect came from the filtered water.
I request you to please look into this matter and sort it out as soon as possible.
I want the compensation along with new RO replaced inlieu with my previous RO.
I had purchased the RO in installment and I requested the bank for stop payment till the time the decision is pending.

i have 8 month ago purchese your ro but not proper service your servise
deler. in 8 month 10 time ro is not work proper .i have not satisfied your local delear.plese repply your seniur officer phone plese [protected]
