[Resolved] Aramex — not receiving of parcel | |||
I request a sample of gillete fusion on the website rewardme.com, and received a confirmation msg... stating that the product has been sent through aramex courier service, on 8th feb.. shipment id [protected], request num:92P58P[protected]EM,. they told me for any further query or non receiving of parcel to contact [protected]. i calle a numerous time they can trace the shipment id and confirm all the details but at the end of call just inform me that the parcel is handed over to the local courier(never mention the name or address... after asking a thousands time)and ensure me numerous time that they will call me back to fix this problem... i neve ever recieve a call from them... neither the parcel.... dont know where the parcel gone.... not only this parcel there are minimum 8 due parcel from this damn courier service..... but i dont have the other's shipment id so am not talking about those... but what about this one????? hope to get a proper response... my mail id- projesh.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
