i am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and i being being charged rs.10/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.10/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com. I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily. please help us into the matter, thanks Was this information helpful? | |

I have a connection of airtel No [protected] (Haryana) since last three years but there is a problem that a amount is being deduted from my account since last three-four months which gives me very mentaly tension when I need to make an urgent call. Even after calling to customer care there is no positive response. What should i do ? Should i talk to nodle officer or otherwise.

Have corporate connection (post paid) no[protected] where in the message -sim card registration failed is coming.After running from pillar to post in Lucknow on 01.06.2007 one of your office changed the sim card and assured for activation within 4 hours which did not happen.on contacting them the office was closed.Contacted your same office on 02/06 who again changed the sim and assured to activate within one hour which did not happen.Office again found closed.
I rate the quality of service as worst in Lucknow and refer the matter to our corporate office i.e. United Bank of India, H.Q., Kolkata for reviewing the arrangement.
