when we purchaserenue 2nd time they told same option or facilities will be provided that is(Holiday package free 2night and 3days in 3star hotal in india) the reason i renuedpurchased 2nd time but now artha people telling only 15% discount on the holiday packge bill). I believe no company can give 100% Customer satisfaction, but as I know, Artha is not a cheater.Please read rules and regulations to use all the coupons including Holiday pack, everything will be mentioned in the back of coupons.And still if you believe that Artha has cheated you please file a complaint in Consumer court rather than wasting your valuable time for commenting, that to which is not true.
If anybody have any genuine complaints or problem please contact on[protected] or write them on [protected]@arthahealth.com.
As everybody know every problem has its readymade solutions only the thing is before asking to solve or getting solve people are hurry to write the things and after problem got solved no one has the courtesy to thank them.
