[Resolved]  Arun Dev Builders, Delhi — non refund of registration amount of Rs 2.0 lac

I am registrant in Arun Dev enclave project ,Haridwar(registration.no-55001). after 4 years when project did not start ,I cancelled the registration in april 2012 and demanded my registration amount of Rs 2.0 lac back. but even after 4 months I am not able to get my refund.now a days no body from office of ADBL wants to reply. refund incharge mr aman sagar has switched off his mobile phones.
