I am rabi kumar, from Gurgaon, i had booked a flat in bhiwadi in adbl.i paid rs-65 thousand to the company.in the year 2011 I applied for refund, but till date nothing happened, what should I do now, mb-[protected]

I think that you should go to Consumer Court against them. I have also been their victim.

usually i dont show intrest in these kind of stuffs
but i was horrified when i read all these complaints about the company
ya i agree that the commited period is getting finished and the company is not refunding money due to some reasons, but we all know that in this period every one o[censored]s are suffering from econimic crises and the same is with the company.
i am from a middle class family and before 2 years i havent even thought of getting my own land
some how i managed some amount and booked one plot in the company at haridwar and shahpura
they have given the registery of shahpura which is still in progress for other clients and assured me that i can get the registry of haridwar in a month or 2
people will always try to make u confuse about your decisions but faith is the medicine for all harms
just have faith i am sure u will be also satisfied as i am now

On 6/4/2010 at 6.30am I boarded in 700 bus route [MH 01 LA 6373]at Borivali Station with my laptop bag.as soon as bus start, the bus conductor NO: 80035 announce loudly & arrogantly "CHHOOTTA PAISA HAI TO BAITHO".after attending few passengers conductor ask me for my destination,i said Nitin Co.,Thane, I gave him a currency note of Rupees 50/-, on that he said 'Chhootte Dya.' I said I do not have any other denomination, he instruct me to get down from bus or to give change of rupees 15.once again i said i do not have any other denomination. Conductor Mr. Kare asked driver to stop the Bus aside of road, and on his demand driver stopped bus, i refused to get down from bus, and on that Conductor instruct Driver to take Bus at nearest Police station, at Kashimeera Police Station both Conducter and DRIVER get down.[left the passengers in BUS]. At police station Constable solve the problem very politely and instruct Conducter to issue me ticket and balance to be return at or before my destination. on that conducter agreed, and he allowed me in bus.he collect 50/- rupees note from me and asked me to wait till he will get enough change.at Cadbury stop I get up from my seat to get down at next stop of Nitin Co., and i demanded my ticket and balance amount from Conducter. he issued me tickets {NO:[protected] of rupees 15 as fair charges and[protected] / 92 / 93 rupees 15 (5 rupees each) as luggage charges} and return me rupees 20. I asked him what is this luggage? he said he charged me for my LAPTOP bag. By that time all the passenger were shouting for getting late, and on that i told conducter that i want to registered acomplaint against him, he give his Number and name and told me to do whatever i want to do.I do not mind to pay official charges if there any. but i want to ask that a LAPTOP bag is under luggage catagory or to satisfy his own ego or complete his quota of luggage charges conductor Mr. Kare charged me Rupees 15/-.?

ArunDev Builders Pvt Ltd — Checks are bouncing

I had got one flat booked in Bhiwadi in 2008 jan. On booking Builder has given me in written that they will complete this project by 2010, andthey will refund our amount within 60 days in case of withdrawl. I paid the installment, booking and construction amount on time. when I went to the site in 2009 there was nothing in the name of construction and no work was going on. Due to some personal and financial problem, I withdrew this booking in 2009 jul, and after struggling many times with the builder, finally I received 4 cheques which were post dated cheques and to be cashed in 2010 apr and may (for 9 months afterwards from withdrawl date). Now their cheques are bouncing over and over again. I talked ArunDev concerned guys so many times but they are not paying heed and just diverting me from one person to other person. The concerned guys hardly pick the phone when we try 3-4 days and from different numbers.

I and my family is fed up and embarrassed becuase of their ignorance, irresponsive and hard behaviour.

I am writing to you since i think that ArunDev is a prestigious brand which has a superior quality up to the satisfaction of customer. Before I initiate any action which can damage the brand value of ArunDev, I want to state that I want the resolution and compensation of the losses.

In non response, or inability to come back to me with proper solution, I will be forced to go to media, or court.

Please let me know your feedback ASAP.

I am Mahipal singh gurjar from Bhiwadi. I booked a 200 mtr plot in their Bhiwadi project. Looking at their progress I cancelled the plot and they gave me 4 post dated cheqes of 50 thousand each . All the cheqes bounced and they did not reespond to my calls and reminders I sent them the legel notice and filed a case against them .
Now I want that no bodyelse becomes victime of them so I am always there to help them . I am also making a group of sufferers and educate the people and planning to go to all the sites of Arun dev builders .We will seek help of all the news papers and try for the national media

Kindly request to give special training to all the bus conductors to speak in proper manner to passangers as they speak to thier relatives.

I think we are Indians but specially i found that most of the conductors are descriminating passangers on the basis of state and this is what a very shameful thing. already we are divided into so many castes, creeds, religion, states and laungauges abhi aur mat badhao yaar.

mujhe pata hain k yeh complaints karne ka koi phayada nahi hain but then also i making such a fooool mistake.

If we are Indians then what is the use of making such descriminations...?

We understand the buses are not on time because of the traffic but frequency should be increased specially in the morning...it is very harrashment of bus and bus conductors too...

Nusta marathi marathi karat phiru naka marathi mansa sarakha waga premana, namrutena and adarana...hich olakh ahe marathi mansachi...

Iam Rakesh Kumar booked a flat at 612 Holy Devli chownk Yamuna Apartment, i have paid amount of 6, 14, 200 in favor of Arun dev buildcon tried too hard to get refund against my cancellation in year 2008 finally i filed a case in consumer court and court decided that M/s Arun Dev Buildcon will refund my orginal booking amount with Interest of 8% annually but no response from M/s Arun Dev Buildcon, Finally i appealed for execution of order and now Consumer Court issued Non ballable arrest warrant against Arun Dev Buildcon expected that Arun Dev Buildcon will refund my amount and avoid arrest.

If still no response from Arun Dev Buildcon then i can highlight this case to Media as well as Write a letter to Indian government for cheating with Indian public by a Builder.

what types of cheater... political safeguard ...law cannot pulls out...case take toooo longs

As far as Arun Dev Builders is concerned, they are fraud builders and never full fill their commitments. I have booked a plot in their Dehradun project and given advance of Rs. 170, 000/- but this project could not be started and then on the advise from their broker I have shifted my money to one of their project in Jasana Village, Faridabad which once again still not started.

I have mailed my issues to their top management several times but there was no response from them till now. I want my money back with opportunity loss suffered by me but they are always trying to gol mol this matter.

So, it is my request to all investors to check all property details in depth before investing money in their project. As their reputation in market is like a chor company.

Hi All,

I Booked a flat with Arun Dev Builders in 2007 in thier Shahpura Project. By Now I have made a payment of Rs, 1, 15000/- I stopped paying them as their was no construction at the site.

Today 10th July 2013 I got a call stating that my 1 room flat is ready and I can take the possession from them by paying the remaining amount which is roughly 6 lac 30 thousand.

I want to get my money back post reading above cases, please suggest should I go to the builder for refund or directly to court. What will be the charges to file a case against them.

I am also one of the victim of Arun Dev Builders' (shahpura project). My year of investment was 2006. Ever since I have invested my money I have seen no progress in their project and their comittments. So, now I have decided to take strict action against them.

They cannot run away in this way while making fool of people.

I had booked flat vide registration no-31566 and paid Rs.43000/- but no progress made in Mandawar (Uttrakhand) project. Then I submitted a request on 30/11/2011 for refund along with original receipt. I was told that within 6 mth I will get refund. But I could not get the refund even after so many calls, letters & mail. Pl suggest.

I also invested arount 50K in their jasana project but learnt the wrong doings of Arun Dev, I conformed with many people and offices nad had come to know that thier Jasana Project land doesnt belong to Arun Dev and belonged to somebody else and is under FIR.
I tried my best and got refund of 50K by greasing somebody's had with 5 thousand rupees.

Mentel harrashment is worse, so suggestinmng no to puit money in such properties where you loose your sleep and peace of mind and further health, after all its hard earned money and should be respected

I am also sufering from this builder. applied for refund of Rs.2.0lac. i think intension was good initially for this builder but unfortunately his overall planning & projects failed completely. now he has no money with him. filing a case is the only option.
