My Working Period in Zensol 1.7.2008 to 9.2.2011 and in Delhi P.F. Period 12.1.2005 to 16.2.2006

There for Requested to Plz. send my remainig Balance Amount

I No.14806914X Hav/MT Madan Singh of 15 RR BN posted to this unit wef 6/01/2012 May I requested that My pay &Allaunce regarding CLASS-III to CLASS -II already acuquired wef 15Jul 2000 vide 5231 ASC Bn Part II order No 0/288/0022/2000 and CLASS-II to CLASS-I already also acquired wef 18 Aug 2003 vide 689[I] Tk Tptr PI ASC Part II order No0/038/0018/ASC/2003 dt 03Dec 2003.But Pay & Allaounce in respect of above mentioned has not been done by ASC Records &PAO [OR], Banglore.

You are requested to look into the metter for your kind considration and farvourable action please.

With due respect I JC-641019L Sub Madan Singh would like to submit that I was retired on 31 Jul 2006 and presently getting service pension Rs 10510/- per month whereas my counterparts pre 2006 are drawing pension Rs 11970/- which is a serious anomally and to remove this injustice Min of Def vide their letter No 17(4)/08/D(Pen/Policy) dated[protected] had issued instruction to CDA that in no case service pension of post 2006 pbor should be less than pre-2006 counterparts. Since the modified parity as approved in the above order is benificial to me, records ASC was required to intimate CDA (P) for issuing corrigendum PPO. But it has lapsed one & half year since issue of above order I have not received corrigendum PPO. I am in a great financial hardship, you are requested to approach CDA(P) for issuing corrigendum PPO and arrears accruied wef[protected] may be released to my pension accounts at the earliest. My Old PPO Nos are S/023528/2006 & S/Corr/069211/2006.
