With due respect & humble submission I, Ex - No 14848393W Hav/Clk (SD) Narayan Narale State the following few lines for your kind consideration & favourable action please.
1. Please ref to your application date 06/09/2023, received me on 11/09/2023 online from DOPPW/P/2023/0008783, Grievances Registration Number of Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare.
2. It is proved on the JUDGEMENT of the Hon’ble AFT, Mumbai date 27/07/2023 that the Commanding Officer, Colonel Vikas Hooda, 533 ASC Battalion has been discharged me with pre-decided matter on malafide and arbitrary charges with the whole motive of discharging me from service without pension/pensionary benefits. The STATEMENT made by Hon’ble AFT, Mum on the JUDGEMENT date 27/07/2023 is it, ‘’THE APPLICANT WHO HAD AN EXEMPLARY AND CLEAN DISCIPLINARY RECORD TILL JUNE 2014, WAS AWARDED 09 DIFFERENT MINOR (RED AND BLACK INK ENTRY) PUNISHMENTS DURING THE SAID PERIOD OF LESS THAN TWO YEARS ON MALAFIDE AND ARBITRARY CHARGES, IN A PRE-DECIDED MANNER WITH THE SOLE MOTIVE OF DISCHARGING THE APPLICANT FROM SERVICE WITHOUT PENSION’’.
3. The copy of the JUDGEMENT of the Hon’ble AFT, Mumbai is attached to this letter as Appx –‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ please and the same copy has already forwarded to the ASC Records (South), PAO (OR), ASC (South) and Zila Sainik Welfare Office – Solapur and some other higher PENSION Departments on 16-20/08/2023, 09/09/2023, 07/09/2023, 01/09/2023, 02/09/2023 through Email and by Register POST. The copy of the all my applications and the JUDGEMENT of Hon’ble AFT has already not been forwarded/submitted to the PCDA, Prayagraj please.
4. You are requested to grant me monthly pension and provide me whole Non pensionary/pensionary benefits like Ex-Serviceman Card, Canteen Card, ECHS Card and credit all other allowances and premature funds to my Bank Account like LEAVE ENCASHMENTS/AGIF/Commutation/Gratuity/AGI Maturity Fund/AFPP Maturity benefits/FSA/ Insurance Cover/HRA/CEA/CTG with maturity benefits and arrears and applicable interest as on the date of the JUDGEMENT of Hon’ble AFT.
5. An early action is requested with folded hands please.

NON ADJUSTMENT OF PAY AND allownces

Respected Sir, My service No 6496807W Sep (ACP Hav) Aruna PG, Retd from service on completion of 17 years service on 31 Jul 2020. My some claims i.e CEA (2 child yr 2019-20), LUGGAGE CLAIM, ACCLVE (30 days for the year 2020), NRA are not credited till date (already 25 months are lrft), I m already Letter fwd to Records 3 time through ZSB (Records already send to PAO (AT), but PAO no action till date. Once again equest to pl credit my bal amount due to suffering from financial hardship.

Non adjustment of MACP

I, JC 671763N Sub/SKT Babu Singh, I got promoted in August 2017 from Hav to Nb Sub. The record asked for option certificate for increment. Which I already sended in 2018 but till now I have not received any benefit of MACP. So I request you to do the need ful. And if it is not possible then please do tell what is to be done or what all documents are required.

My leave encashment ka payment nehi mila hai sir
Sir mei Jan 2021 ko pention out Hoya lekin mera 2020 and 2021 ka leave encashment ka payment nehi mila hai aur transfer grand ka bhi nehi mila hai mene record mei complaint Kiya tu unnone bola hai ki pao ko objarvation Dene kiliya tu sir eak sal hogaya kab milega

Non receipt of macp arrears on ppo.No.F/na/010064/2009
As directed in your letter No.7202/MACPRev.Cell/NE&PG I had submitted my 1st page of the pension passbook to facilitate the credit of MACP arrears on[protected] itself. But for the reasons unknown, the said arrears is not credited till date. The Corrigendum PPO is also yet to be received. Therefore it is respectfully supplicated that the MACP Arrears may please be credited at an early date.

Non credit of macp

I JC-667341P Sub CSD Shyamdutt Vashisht was retired on 31 Mar 2016. My MACP arrears was to be credited on 19 Feb 2021 but due to account closed, the same has been returned by bank.
I had written 4-t times to ASC Records as well PAO(OR) and given an RTI, but no action has been taken so far.

not getting pension
I am 14809574L Ex Hav MT (MACP) Sanjeev Kumar Singh Retired on 31 March 2019 from last unit 504 ASC BN PRAYAGRAJ and I am not getting pension after the date of retirement.
I have also complained to records talked to CPPC PRAYAGRAJ and they told me that they have not got depensive role and any other documents from ASC records South Bangalore.
Please see my problem and help me so that my pension should start because now me and my are facing a many financial issues.

for starting of my pension
Sir i am 14809574l ex-hav (Mt) sanjeev kumar singh retired on 31 march 2019 from my last unit 504 asc bn prayagraj and from that date of retirement i am not getting my pension due to which me and my family are facing so many financial problems.
I have also contacted to cppc prayagraj and they told me that they have not got any documents from records due which they can't do anything and also my bank has not got any documents from the records
Kindly see to it and help me it's an humble request

Sir, i jc-642221l ex sub maj kailash singh has received my pcda (P) allahabad coorigendum e-ppo[protected] dt 06 jun 18 vide asc records letter no jc642221l/rev cell/sp dated 26 jul 18. More than four months have been passed awaiting pensionary benefits. My due amount as per ibid e-ppo on account of commuted pension rs 10, 87, 180/- and on account of gratuity rs 1, 60, 215/- still not received inspite of repeated requests to cppc, new delhi. No response received from you and cppc, new delhi. Please intimate present status.

I, Ex-JC -662865M Subedar (Honorary Captain) Dharam Singh retired from Army Service on 30 Nov 2011. During finalisation of my account, PAO (OR) ASC (South), Bangalore has retained a sum of Rs 69, 855/- vide their letter No LG/III/HHA002/JC 662865 from the amount admissible to me at the time of retirement due to lack of knowledge and policies available with PAO.
2. At the time of retirement, complete documents including station order signed by Station Headquarters, Delhi Cantt were handed over to both PAO (OR) and ASC Records (SOUTH). Now more than 22 months have been passed but the amount withheld has not been released so far.
3. Complete details of the case are as under :-
(a) I was posted to 34 RR Bn in Counter Insurgency Operation from HQ 2 Corps (Peace area) wef 19 Nov 2007 with 57 days annual leave and journey period and after availing leave I reported to my new unit in Counter Insurgency Operation on 18 Jan 2008 and on reaching there I applied for Separated Family Accommodation to Station Headquarters, Delhi Cantt to shift my family at Delhi which was entitled to me and which was finally permitted by them wef 12 Mar 2008 vide their letter No 202/Gen/CILQ/Q5 dt 12 Mar 2008. Accordingly, normal CILQ was published wef 19 Nov 2007 to 12 Mar 2008 and outliving CILQ Wef 12 Mar 2008 when Station Headquarters Delhi Cantt permitted to make my own arrangement to shift family at Delhi and to claim outliving CILQ and the same was published & adjusted correctly by the PAO (OR) ASC South Bangalore. But at the time of my retirement difference between outliving CILQ and normal rate of CILQ for the period wef 12 Mar 2008 to 10 Apr 2010, ie the date of my posting out from 34 RR Bn amounting to Rs 69855/- withheld by the PAO ASC Bangalore.
4. Now, as on date even after reminding by ASC Records to PAO ASC Bangalore vide their letter Nos 6501/Clm/Comp/R-476 Nov 11/NER dt 10 Dec 2011, 12 Jan 2012, 15 Mar 2012 and 09 Apr 2012 no action has been taken by PAO ASC Bangalore to release the withheld amount.
5. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and take an appropriate action to release the withheld amount.

I am retired soldier(31 July 2007) and my service number is Ex-6388061F Hav/Clk Ravi K. ASC Records Bangalore and PAO(OR) Bangalore are the controlling group of our pay, allowances and other service benefits. Though the arrears first and second instalment has paid to all service personnel in service, I have not received the first or second instalment of arrears as per the government orders on the subject post sixth pay commision report. It will be a great help for me and like affected people if PAO(OR) ASC Bangalore and ASC Records concerned to speed up our grievances.

I fully agree with the complaint submitted by Ex/Hav Ravi K. I am an Ex-Sub of ASC retired prematurely from the service wef 31 Oct 07. I bring it your notice that the arrears of pay and allowances i.e the first instlment of 40% has already been distributed in the MADRAS Regt and SIGNALS Corps etc long time back. In the Case of ASC retirees, even after the lapse of two years, the PAO (OR) has not taken any steps to clear the 40% arrears of pay and allowances. On today i.e 26 Aug 09, I read it from the leading news papers that the Central Government has issued orders to pay the second instalment of arrears i.e 60% to all retirees. Therefore it is my humble request to the authorities concerned to take immediate steps to clear the arrears of pay and allowances of all retired soldiers of ASC (Sup) immediately

I have also not yet received first or second installment of arrrears of pay. I have retired from Service on 31 March 2007. My No is 6389338F.
Army No 6382023P Ex Hav/Clk (GD/SD) Shaikh Najirmiya Dulemiya retired on 31 Aug 2006. Original PPO No S/030028/2006 (Army) dated 10 Jul 2006. On logging in PCDA Allahabad website for knowing pension status, NO PPO of such name has been issued in the above name and Army No whereas I am receiving pension regularly. On contacting to State Bank of India, Branch Yeola code 0505, Dist-Nasik, Maharashtra, it is said that "ABHI TO UPAR SE KUCHH NAHI AYA HAIN, HUM KUCHH NAHI KAR SAKTE". However, I have NOT yet received either 40% or 60% arears of 6th CPC niether received any corrigendum PPO for arears of revised commutation, graduity or any arears of pay and allces for the period of 01 Jan 2006 to 31 Aug 2006. Though the workload on ASC Records South is high, it is requested that benefits of 6th CPC be reached to all retired personnel at the earliest. Sir, I am No 6391649N Ex Hav/CGD Rahul P from ASC and have retired from service wef 30 Sep 2008. Everybody has got high regards about the efficiency of ASC Records (South) and PAO(OR)ASC (South), but off late it is obsrved that their performance is slowly deteriorating, specially ASC Records (South). There may be many reasons which I do not want to elaborate but one thing is for sure that ASC Records (South) is lacking experienced clerks which is getting reflected in its performance. I was discharged from service on med grounds (being LMC Cat BEE(P). Though more than one year has passed since I retired, I am yet to receive my disability pension. I have sent so many letters/reminders to them but they simply did not bother to reply me. I don't know what the supervisory staff and Record Offrs are doing. They should not treat a retired person as untouchables after all we were also part of this vast Org and still feel proud for our Corps ASC. Therefore, the authority concerned are requested to release the claim amount of twenty days commuted against LTC for the years 2008 and 2009 with out any further delay please.

I, JC-640770M Sub Maj - Hony Capt Awadhesh Kumar Singh (Retd), retired on 30 Nov 2009. My original PPO No S/029947/2009 (Army) dated 04 September 2009 was issued in the rank of Sub Maj-Hony Lt. The details given in the PPO are as under:-
(a) Last Basic Pay - Rs 18320.00
(b) Grade Pay - Rs 5400.00
(c) MSP - Rs 6000.00
(d) Pension - Rs 14860.00
(e) Residual pension - Rs 7430.00
There seems some problem in fixation of my Last Basic Pay and later on it was notified in my PPO No S/CORR/037659/2010 dated 15 September 2010 Rs 18290.00 per month. Accordingly PCDA Pension, allahabad is deducting the amount from my pension and paying approximately Rs 9000.00 including DA per month for last eight months. My Grade Pay Rs 6100.00 for the rank of Hony Capt (granted on 15 Aug 2009) has not been taken into account while issuing the above corrigendum to my Original PPO.
My pension should be fixed as per the details given below:
(a) Last Basic Pay - Rs 18290.00
(b) Grade Pay - Rs 6100.00
(c) MSP - Rs 6000.00
(d) Pension - Rs 15200.00
(e) Residual pension - Rs 7600.00
One thing more I would like to submit you that I was due for the increment on 01 Jul 2009 in the rank of Sub Maj-Hony Lt which had not been considered. May I request you to intimate me the rule position on subject.
I therefore request you to get amended my PPO at the earliest and refund the amount so far deducted from my pension at the earliest.
