[Resolved] Asian Paint — poor quality paint | |||
Dear Sir, Under Mention complaint was marked to asian paints but till date(more than one month) they have no given any resolution to my compliant only provided complaint number-Reference No:- [protected] So i request you to plz help me to provide my charges of paint & paniter charges back. This is to your reference i made complaint against problem faced by paint used by me in my house to your customer care on 17-March-2010 under complaint no[protected],then after approx two days later your TSM visited by premises to check issue he commited that he will look into the matter & he will try to rectify same or he will try to get our expenses back & revert me after two days but he did not revert me then i again called your customer services to know about my complaint they said your complaint has been closed i asked thm on which basis you closed my complaint without updating me & i asked that lady to transfer my call to senior person but after some holdshe said to that TSM then i called to Mr Depender Kumar(TSM) ALT NO-[protected] he told he is out of station & he will come to my premises after one or two day but still i have not recvd any revert for him till date if this kind of services is providing your company then i am sorry to say anything. So plz look into the matter as i want returns of my expenses of paint,labour charges. I would like to share my bad experience for asian paints purchased by shop M/s J.P.Jain, Clock Tower, Old Subzi Mandi and work executed by Tekedar Hukum Singh. Hukum Singh is inexperienced, has bad unskilled labours. He usally use duplicate paint material. On complaining he dont turn up and rectify the problem. He will agree for the entire work for a certain amount and once the work will be completed he will fight and create a dispute and also demand more amount. He has applied the mix material on walls which is asian luxury shine + asian tractor distemper. And after wards blame the labour and us. He always repeat one thing "aap ke samne kaam ho raha ha, aap ki desire se ho raha ha". Please beware of him. Tekhedar's H U K U M S I N G H 's number is [protected]..

I agree that the quality of asian paint is not good it migth be Delars are pushing duplicate Asian paint to market.
I want to share my expirence with you that M/S DEEPAK TRADERS sec 14, Gurgaon sold me duplicate paint. When I have seen that its finishing is not as expected I visited to him he said the I didn't sold this but I called to Customer Care and they told that the batch number mentioned on paint box is not in there records. After some investigation is found that was duplicate paint.
Asian paint was not able to take an action on DEEPAK TRADER becuase i didn't take the bill of that purchase.
So request to you all that please take bills of yours all purchanses and do not step to DEEPAK TRADER he is fraud.
