Delay in finishing the painting work. In one of the wall the texture painting is sill pending. The BHS team of Asian paints is keep rescheduling the work from last 1 months now. Hence we want the issue to be highlighted to the higher authorities so that a proper action can be taken against the team

Worst service.10 years warranty gave on paint, now two years visible fungus. Customer service not responding on compalint. Very bad quality paint. Worst customer service....

I have given 20000 Advance Money to local person known to be as Asian Contractor. After getting money they just work for 2 days and then disappear. they stop taking call and no respond even after several contact. after almost 3 weeks person came back and asking for continue work which i denied and asked my Advance back.
Now they are deducting huge amount from my advance which they have not done. As i have no choice but i have to agree whatever they give so i have taken this space to showcase Fraud is happening within Asian Paint Services.

PLEASE DONT EVER GIVE ANY ADVANCE TO ASIAN PAINT PEOPLE. They will do all drama and spoil your work schedule of your dream home.

They is clear cartel between local dealer and local contactors. they have not even register my details in Asian Paint and not even signed any contract. Even though I have called Asian paint customer care but no help. they have surrender to Dealer and local contractor and asking me to settle with whatever they give.

I would simply dont ever recommend Asian Paint Service as They have no control over their Dealer and Contractor.

Unprofessional workforce. No concerns towards consumers. They didn't do work on time. One of the workers was just spitting again and again on floors. No workmanship. Really disappointed. Won't recommend Asian paints to anyone. Total harrasment.

Experienced worst service from ecommerce order from asian paints website. I had order a product from their website on 25 sept 2020 which is prepaid. Its 7 oct and till not the product is yet been shipped by the company. Everyday they assign shippment to shipping company and at the end mention that pickup failed shipment not ready. This is happening from almost 2nd day of my order. Neither their helpline number is reachable nor they are properly replies mails. When we tag them on social media they always says that we are escalate tour issue and we will contact you shortly but after 5 days also not a single person bothered to call me. Either you cancel my order and give my paid amount back or deliver it. This is such a frustrating thing a customer can ever face
Please understand and take a proper action and help it in delivering as soon as possible🙏🙏

Detailed matter

I booked an appoint on asian paint website. An asian paint representative visited my new flat and we enter into deal for painting of my flat.
As per the payment terms, i paid 50% of contract amount as advance. As per the terms of quotation i was supposed to pay 30% on half completion of work but dealer insisted on balance full payment and at the same time they had already removed all there labor from my site without communicating me. They were demanding payment from me whereas they have already removed there labor without even my communication. I stay away from the site, i gave the contract in good faith in name of asian paints which latter turned out to be a clear case of fraud which had taken place.

They just took away my 50% of contract amount in name of asian paint and flew away from my site without even informing me it is clear case of fraud which happened in name of asian paint. I would like to file a complain on above incident which took place in name of asian paint. I gave the contract relying in name of asian paint and now my work has been left in between because of which i had to suffer and it led to delay in completion of work.

Very worst service by asian paints so far. Have given the quote for 37k and now asking more than the quote while the work is on. So why and what they analysed before sharing the quote and very bad support throughout now. Many contract support people come and go but not sure who they are/ roles, and all of them are very bad at work since they don't seem knowing work as they all look unprofessional and motive is only money. They wasted my 3 full days with their unplanned works and talks. I need my refund since quote was entirely wrong and the amount keeps increasing once the painting is started. Why this discrepancy, and what their sales representive are up to? They do not know abc of painting but they come for analysis, share quotation bases on discussion what basis they shared? Yes they don't live up to their promise. I am cheated badly, need refund from asians paints because of their unprofessional behavior, and not on quality work but behind only money

I was given a colour combination showcasing catalogue by asian paint dealer when my order for off white enamel paint he supplied ivory color. The dealer was clearly told we do not want ivory color.
Based on the catalog given i ordered for candle wick color but again got ivory shade.
When complained asian paint representative mr. Balakumar for kanyakumari visited and said the dealer had supplied what ordered.
He said need to go to the shop and order seeing chart there.

Then why did asian paint dealer gave me showcasing catalogue to me?

Why did asian paint dealer took order from me over phone when he knows that i have not seen the mandatory color shade card for ordering?

Why did asian paints dealer supply the ivory shade paint which i had already told that we do not like?

Why asian paints representative mr. Balakumar not addressed these issues after explaining to him

Sir i had contacted with area service provide at panchkula (Hr). It is very sad to say that firstly at least 02 months taken by the contractor to complete the work whereas it was cfmd that only max. 15 day will take to complete the work. Work which is completed is also not upto the mark/contract. Even more work was completed on 5/5/2016 but i had not received any final billing fm the company.

We ordered home solution for our home from Asian paint, BP number[protected] and its serial number was KTJ.

sales person pushpender visited us when we called at toll free number of Asian paint and his local dealer name was kandarp traders in Jaipur.

he had charged us 14000 as advance and now not picking call and when pick up he give lame excuses that will come tomorrow which never happens, payment was done on[protected] .

I have used Asian Paints colour consultancy service on 5th of oct i send them my home image also through mail. They said need 7 working day to process the image. but nothing happened, i sent a mail to them no reply. Then i contact online consultant he replayed need more 7 working days, i waited, nothing happened. Again i contact online consultant, immediately they processed the image and sent back to me. When i say the image am totally disappointed with their service. It is a complete waste use of service and got NOTHING in return. I waited more than 3 weeks for nothing.

I have purchased 2 buckets of 20 Litre APEX ultima paint from M/S Hurla Hardware on 20.12.12 vide cash memo No 3402. Just after 2 weeks the paint has been changed into flakes. This defect has been complained to the toll free no and complaint was attended by the company representative on 28.1.20013. He has seen the defect but as usual is blaming the consumer for not using the Primar before painting.
Sir my building is thirty year old and so many times the wall was painted. The defect occured only in the top portions due to hail storm in Dehradun in the first week of January. The lower portion of the walls are ok. The paint has not sufficient strength to work in disastor condition where as company gives guarantee for seven years. The paint has not worked for 15 days and company is giving wrong excuses.
I request the company to arrange the repainting of the defective portion or bear the loss incurred by me in connection with the work to be done.

i had wished to get my flat painted and contacted the dealer of asian paint. they were prompt enough to assign a sales executive named hitesh sharma who was supposed to visit my flat and give quotation. now, this hitesh sharma is just not made to be a sales guy. he is making some lame excuse or the other and he has missed the dead lines on several occassion. first, he took one week to visit the flat, then another week to take the measurement and one more week has gone by and he is yet to submit the quotation which he was supposed to submit last monday. is this what we expect from asian paint and its sales team???

I am purchase the asian paint arylic distemper paint on 11/03/2011and on 17/03/2011 there was a spot on my wall so i have clean the spot by soft wet cloth but the colour was gone.I cannot understand it is washable or a spotting colour.

i had very bad experience in paint royale shine. i ts having very bad texture. the website is pathetic if you try to log your complaint thru website then it will shoot error after sent button.............................................................................⇄

Under Mention complaint was marked to asian paints but till date(more than one month) they have no given any resolution to my compliant only provided complaint number-Reference No:- [protected]

So i request you to plz help me to provide my charges of paint & paniter charges back.


This is to your reference i made complaint against problem faced by paint used by me in my house to your customer care on 17-March-2010 under complaint no[protected],then after approx two days later your TSM visited by premises to check issue he commited that he will look into the matter & he will try to rectify same or he will try to get our expenses back & revert me after two days but he did not revert me then i again called your customer services to know about my complaint they said your complaint has been closed i asked thm on which basis you closed my complaint without updating me & i asked that lady to transfer my call to senior person but after some holdshe said to that TSM then i called to Mr Depender Kumar(TSM) ALT NO-[protected] he told he is out of station & he will come to my premises after one or two day but still i have not recvd any revert for him till date if this kind of services is providing your company then i am sorry to say anything.

So plz look into the matter as i want returns of my expenses of paint,labour charges.

I used asian paint worth INR 80,000 ... but was a bad decision. when it comes to service / customer satisfaction, they are all same whether it's a national brand or local one. The color on the main door is not matching the other apts in my community. Showed the difference to the area manager, but he is in complete denial.
He is in fact stating that it's my community's mistake that they are thinking the color is not matching.

For the business of Rs 200, he says they dont mind loosing a customer worth Rs80K.Feel sorry about state of their affair / complete customer ignorance.
