Submission Date (from my company near about): 2-3 month before

Dear sir/madam,

I had submitted my pension form near about 2-3month before but I it's not cleared upto now. My company(Asian Paints Ltd) says that your Pension form send to the the Noida PF office.
My account no is [protected],SBI University of Delhi, Delhi-110007.

I am not able to do any thing please help me in this regards.
