[Resolved] ATM — Withdrawel of cash from canara bank atm and transaction declined | |
Dear Sir I used my icici atm debit card bearing no. [protected] in canara bank atm on 8-9-09 at IST 8-.4 PM at canara bank atm in Balkampet for Rs 2500 and the transaction was declined and my account deducted Rs. 2500 then i again used my Dhanalakshmi atm debit card bearing no. [protected] at the same canara bank atm in Balkampet for Rs 9500 and the transaction was declined and my account deducted Rs. 9500 i have lodged a complaint with ICICIBANK AND DHANALAKSHMI BANK please check your atm details of Balkampet Centre in Hyderabad at IST 8-04 and 8-05 PM on 08-09-09 and pass on the details to my concerned bank as early as possible and the maintaince of atm centre in Balkampet in Hyderabad is in pathetic situation please improve the situation so the this kind of problem will not crop up thanking you Yours faithfully B. Canara Bank — DECLINED TRANSACTION OF ATM
RESPECTED SIR,WITH DUE RESPECT MY SELF RAJDEEP SINGH HAVING ACCOUNT WITH YOUR BANK BRANCH AT DIST. GURDASPUR, STATE PUNJAB( ACCOUNT NO[protected], RESPECTED SIR , I HAVE LOST SUM OF RS 3000/- THROUGH ATM DECLINED TRANSACTION (ONE TIME 2000/- DATED NOV 11,2008 AND SECOND TIME 1000/- DATED DECEMBER 10,2008)
I HAVE LODGED COMPALINT WITH MY BRANCH , THEY HAVE TAKEN MY APPLICATION , I HAVE MET THE BRANCH MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES, BUT UP TO TILL DATE NO ACTION YET BEING TAKEN . I AM VERY MUCH ANNOYED WITH THE SERVICES OF YOUR BRANCH , THT'S WHY AFTER ALL I HAVE TO LODGE COMPLAINT WITH THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES , I REQUEST YOUR HONOUR TO HELP ME OUT OF THIS , SO THAT I CAN GET MY EARNED MONEY BACK.
