[Resolved]  ATM — atm complaint

Respected sir,
I am account holder of omalur branch, salem district, tamilnadu. On 11th january 2008, 10000 rupees was putted in my account. But still iam not received my money. Atm mini statement shows the money withdrawed on same day. But i am not received. I complaint this to thiruvanmiyur branch with letter on 22nd january and also to my branch. I promise you that i am not disclose my pin no and atm card to anyone. Now iam working in chennai. My account no is [protected]. I have receipt also. my phone no is [protected]. Please kindly do the needfull. very urgent money. thank you very much

I am account holder of icicibank udupi branch, udupi district, karnata. On 23th dec[protected] rupees was putted in my account. money withdwed Atm BANK OF BARODA 26-DEC -08 IN DWARKA 10000rs no money withdrawed day but tranjaction showing complet But i am not received.secand time ofter 5 mints 2 time complit the tranjection withdrawed the 10000 RS, same day 1 st tranction reversed the same day ofter 2 day withrawn 14000 rs in bharuch that time ledger balance is 1094 rs .cr .ofter 11-jan-2010 dedited to my bank a/c 10000 rs that is i am no withrawed complaint this to callcenter[protected] co. no .[protected], 2 time hubli branch with on 28nd january and also to branch i give to note -- 5846/1 FDDWA01/[protected] CM HAS Withdwawn ATM from atm he has not recievied that ath of 10000 rs it has reversed immediately in his a/c but again the same amt with same tran id was gain debited to my a/c 11.01.2010
But banker say -- this transaction is clamed by acquiring bank as sucessful transaction .hence we are unable reverse the same .
I promise you that i am not disclose my pin no and atm card to anyone. Now iam working in hubli . My account no is[protected]. I have no receipt amt also. my phone no is [protected]. Please kindly do the needfull. very urgent money. thank you very much

Please help me on dt 3/3/10 i had tryed to withdraw a sum of Rs.10000 from one of the SBI /ATM Named - RAIL COACH FACTORY at BHUBANESWAR /ORISSA by using Union Bank of India ATM card, That amount of money is not delivered by ATM of the above adress .The problem is that Rs 10000 is debited from my a/c No [protected].
My ATM card No is - [protected].I had ladgued a application to my UNION BANK, SAINK SCHOOL BHUBANESWAR BRANCH . BUT THE SAME 10000 IS NOT cradited to my a/c. So i am requesting to you please take nessary step as required.

Dear sir,
I have a SB in indian bank at chandani chowk . My a/c no :[protected] and my ATM Card no :-[protected] . On dated 05/05/2010 I visited atm of Cannara bank at Jheel Chowk for withdrawal cash .
I was withdrawing Rs 10000 from my account(savings) from the Cannara bank ATM at Jheel Chowk but I did not received any Amount & same amount is debited to my A/c.I have my account in INDIAN BANK ACC no.[protected], Branch- at chandani Chowk, New Delhi-06 . I also complaint in same indian bank which is managing ATM, but they didnt take any action, so sir plz do the favour in this matter .

which is very near to our home.
As usual she went to see her balance in ATM on 26/04/2010 and taken mini statement and came back to home. After that she did not used ATM for a month ,Then she went to draw a money from same ATM she suddenly shocked by seeing that 30000 RS is deducted from her account.when we enquired in the local branch they are telling that we only drawn the money on 26/04/10 which is not true. In this issue the bank people are putting allegation on us only they are not at all willing to co operate and behaving rudly with us. So we are very upset about this and we asked them show the videofootages of that date when she done the transaction to confirm that wether somebody used her card or she only taken.For that branch manager told us to give a complaint regarding that.So we given the complaint on 29/05/10,before taking complaint the Lady clerk who is incharge of the ATM card is behaved very very rudly with us. She is refusing to accept the Complaint. After some clash of words she accepted our compliant and given a ack and aksed us come after week when we went after a week she was on leave for a week, then we went to her on this tuesday,she is once again started war of aords and allegation and told us come next week.
So we are very very upset about the way she and the BM treated us. Based on this Know we decided to write a mail to you.
And also one more information this is not a single case in malur ,we can see some more same issues,when these suffers went to your BRANCH to complain they are talking and threatening and asking them to complain to police.
Know the question is How we can trust SBI ?
Your employers co operation is very very rude, Now we lost a faith in your SBI
If you are not taken any action we are thinking to lodge complaint in RBI and also considering to go Media.

So please consider this issue as serious and take a necessary action on the Same and allow as the See the Videofootages.
If any body from our home used the card then we are ready face any action you people want to give.
We want justice.

I am account holder of punjab national bank, premnagar branch, dehradun, uttaranchal. On 3rd june 2010, i withdrawed 15000rs. but i recieved only 14000 from that. Atm mini statement showed that i withdrew 15000. then i went to prem nagar branch & concerned to manager. Manager assured me that i'll get my money but i din't recieved yet. Ten Thousand Only )and I received same only, but entered of Rs, 10,000/-in My Account is realizing two time withdrawal of Rs, 10,000/- on the same date.
So, Kindly do you needful and reimburse Rs, 10,000/-in My Account on prunty born.

I sent this latter to SBI Atrauli dated on 07/09/2010
Earlier I was having Current Account No. is [protected]. Thereafter, I had closed the said account and had got opened new account vide No.[protected]. In my account I had applied for obtaining ATM Card and it has been issued to me bearing No.[protected]. Howvever, with great regret I am to state that though I have already closed my old account refered above, the ATM card is issued to me in my old my account. On being contacted, the SBI Main branch, Junagadh has informed me that the new account will have to be linked with the old account and thereafter, the ATM card will become operative in new account. I am compelled to state that even after lapse of one month, my new account has not been linked with old account. This situation does not allow my ATM Card to become operative in my new account. I, therefore, request you to expedite the linkage of my new account with my old account so the the ATM card issued to me becomes operative.
Dear Sir, My s.b.a/cNo.[protected] and my ATM card No.[protected]. On 15/09/2010 by 10.55 am approxly., I have drawn Rs.20000/- from SBI (Main), Bellary, atm after waiting even for sometime I have not received the amount no slip also. then I cancelled the transaction and by the side machine I once again drawn Rs.20000/- now I received the amount but in a/c slip Rs 20000/- is deducted twice ie., totally for Rs.40000/- deducted from my s.b.a/c immediately I went to the a/c holding bank ie., SBM (Main), Bellary.and gave a written complaint the bank officials said the process may take 12 days but even after 15 days also I have not received the amount. On the same day I phoned to helpline NO [protected], he told that within 24 hours the amount will be credited to ur a/c daily I am Checking the a/c till now i have not received.Please HELP me in this regard. I have to pay the education fees of my children.

ATM — Overbearing oppressed by Officer

I am Walmik Suryabhan Wagh . from Yeola, District :Nashik.( Maharashtra ) My Account is in SBI Yeola Branch.After my request,I have received new ATM card of SBI @ Dt. 12Nov.2010. Then next day ( @Dt.13Nov.2010) I have gone in SBI's Yeola Branch for taking pin number from Bank; But The Manager told me to come after 10 days for this minor issue.Then I contact with customer care on toll free no.[protected]. Customer care Representative told me that ,'Your pin no.already sent to bank @[protected].& its dispatch bill No. is - EA[protected]IN, So please go in bank and tell them this dispatch bill number.Then they will give you your pin no.' After this I had gone in bank,but there is one officer (named-Joshi) told me to contact with peon & bear me with very overbearing oppress.
So my question is-
Why Bank Manager & Staff Can't co-operate with customer?
Please, tell them that, 1) Bank workmens/Officers Are not the owners of Bank 2) Behave with customers as A Customer,Not Beggar.

ATM — unusual deduction of money from my sbi atm

sir i am, avanish sharma .i have already put my complain dated[protected],but there is no action has been taken by irctc.please give me detailed about unusual transfer of money from my atm dated[protected].and tell me the name of person and their address who bookoed ticket dated[protected].i have also put FIR.

Dear sir, my Uncle was running a business of tyre in Mint Street (Chennai) he had deposited money with Birla Tyres Kotappuram (chennai).Suddenly my uncle expired and his running business come to an end in the month of may now i deepak i am taking care of his business.In the month of june ending i gave the letter and neccessary document to the birla Tyre for the repayment of the deposit amount but from past 6 month i am calling them for the cheque but no response i think even they have not submitted the document to their headoffice.While calling them they saying that cheque has to come from kolkatta Headoffice when i am asking for the phone number of there headoffice there were saying that they will call us and give the cheque no need to call H.O you will received the cheque in 2-3 days..

now i need to sort this issued please suggest me for the same
