[Resolved]  ATM — atm complaint

Dear sir,

My self is gyaneshwar kumar my a/c no.is-[protected], with dhampur branch, dist.-bijnor, u.p. pin-246761.

sir, on 30/01/2011 i want to withraw 4000 rupees from the atm of pnb.located at delhi shahdara rly.station at 1:35, by using my sbi-atm card no.[protected].

sir, i dont get the money and there was no slip come out by atm machine, but the machine flashed the massage that your transaction is done.

when i try to complain to pnb helpline they told to complain with sbi.& when i try to complain at sbi help line the custmer care officer told me that he can registered the complaint only after 24 hrs.

please help me & registered my complaint regarding this matter or advise me accordingly.

State Bank of Indore — ATM money reducing

Dear Sir/Madam

I have lodged following complaint at SBI(STATE BANK OF INDORE), ITARSI Branch as well as I have talked to your CUSTOMER CARE associate 10days passed and my COMPLAIN TICKET NO IS- AT[protected]. and also contect my branch. but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.900/- from UNION BANK..

I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transactions of Rs.900/- from UNION BANK YESHWANTHPUR BANGALORE(KARNATAKA) ATM 2th March 2011 on time 19.22pm. Unfortunately ATM screen show message that your transaction TIME OUT and no Money any a/c slip come to ATM. After that i had withdrawal 900/- to PANJAB NATIONAL BANK and when recipt come then in this total 1800/-Rs minus to my account. 900 to panjab and 900 to union. My previous Account Balance was 13715/- and after 900/- withdrawal to panjab my account balance was 11915/-. have already complaint in contactcentre of transaction. But nothing is still being done till date. so it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

ATM — reissue of ATM card

when i was goes to bank.and i say to branch manger about my problem of atm card.who not reissue atm card.i had many times visit to branch fo atm problem.i have lost my atm card. i have FIR paper. i have more need atm card.please reissue atm card.

I withdrawn Rs 3000/= from FBS 0084 Atm counter at Calicut Railway link road on 04/07/11 morning ( about 10am) but didn't get the amount and retry also failed. I didn't get money but my money in my account was reduced and i didn’t got that receipt printed as WITHDRAWAL and TRANSACTION DECLINED...
I complained to the branch. The manager said that is a net failure. So it will be credited automatically.
