I have a saving account no.[protected]in Punjab and Sind Bank, Branch address-K.M. Chowk, Sector-12, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, Phone No.[protected]. An amount of Rs.29, 000/- have been withdrawn from Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM-I/D-1628, Location-MBTRO on 06.07.2008 (Rs.10, 000/- +Rs.10, 000/-+Rs.5, 000/-+Rs.4000/-) showing remarks "indispense". Thereafter, i received a SMS from the bank that the aforesaid amount had been deducted my account. As i have not received any payment from the ATM, after waiting some time, i have complaint to the bank on 17.07.2018 for non-receiving of above said amount, On 18.07.2018, I received back my Rs.4, 000/- . Rest, i have not yet received my Rs.25, 000/-. i went to bank many time but nothing has been done, even i have gone to next level complaint which was advised by the bank, but nothing has been received back from the Bank.
Again on 23.07.2018, an amount of Rs.11, 000/- (Rs.5, 000/-+3, 000/-+3000/-) have been withdrawn from Citi Bank ATM Rs.5, 000/- and Kotok Mahindra Bank ATM of Rs.3, 000/-+3000/- at Ashirwad Chowk, Dwarka New Delhi-110075, had also been stuck, showing the same remark (indispense). Thereafter, i received a SMS from the bank that the aforesaid amount of Rs.11, 000/- (Rs.5, 000/-+3, 000/-+3000/-) had been deducted my account. As i have not received any payment from the ATM, after waiting some time, i have complaint to the bank on 14.08.2018 for non-receiving of above said amount. I went to bank many time but nothing has been done, even i have gone to next level complaint which was advised by the bank, but nothing has been received back from the Bank.
I request you to please look into the matter, kindly arrange for reversal of Rs.36, 000/- transactions. regards,

Cleanliness and Security Problam of Danilimda Canara bank ATM

I am not Account Holder of Canara bank but this ATM Cleanliness is very bad. No of 2 Air condisnor but both are not working, Tube light is not working for last 6 month and lots of dust in ATM also a door is always open. So pls solve this Problam.
