[Resolved]  Atm Card — WRONGLY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT

With reference to the above mentioned subject as on 28.08.2009 (Friday) I had a balance of Rs.8877 and I withdraw One thousand rupees from The Corporation Bank , Oppanakara street Branch ATM Centre, Coimbatore by using my ATM Card between 6.30 - 7.00 p.m and inadvertendly left without taking the ATM card from the machine and collected my card from The Corporation Bank after proving my identity on 03.09.09 . Then I checked my balance in the SBI Bank and I then came to know someone had withdrawn Rs.5000/- from my account as soon as I left from the ATM Centre on 29.08.09 . Regarding this I gave an complaint to The Manager of the Corporation Bank, they informed me to get the withdrawal time from the State Bank of India to proceed further . I asked in the State Bank of India , Chidambaram branch on 19.10.09 they informed me they don’t have any facilities in finding the withdrawal time and informed me to get help from the Corporation Bank itself . Both banks could’nt received my complaint letter. Inspite of repeated reminders I haven’t received proper action from both banks kindly do the needful in this regards at an earliest.
