Sub: Non receipt of ATM cum Debit card Dated 2ndJuly’2009 Dear Sir, I am a new SBI account holder bearing account number [protected] at The State Bank of India, Paona Bazar Branch, Imphal, Manipur since[protected]. I had not received my ATM cum Debit card till now. I had repeatedly written to the concerned Branch Manager on the subject at least six times (repeat SIX times). I, therefore, request you to kindly look in to the matter at the earliest. Your prompt act shall be highly appreciated. With regards. Debit card — Non receipt of debit card
My debit card have been dispached by HDFC Bank through your courier Vide # ZB1031840. But your represetive has return it without going to mailing address by giving remark that he didnt found me.
