Auto Rickshaw — No fixed fare

Address:West Bengal

Sealdah to Canning Street does't have a fixed fare, They charge Rs.15/- from new customers, and who knows the exact rate they give Rs.10/-.

I think police should interfare and take the extra income earned by them, because auto rikshaw drivers are just making the customers fool.

Today only one driver took Rs.15/- from me, when I told him I travel daily and I pay Rs.10/-, then he started arguing and forcefully took money from me abusing wrong words.

Sealdah to canning street route Auto No.- WB-9564, I think this is enough to track this auto rikshaw, because this number auto in this route is only one.

Chandigarh Rickshaw rates must be regulated. There is open loot going on and the drivers are charging whatever they like. eg From sector 4 panchkula railway colony to DT mall its Rs 30 one way. Its not even 1 KM. They all answer the same "this is what we charge". Do they really get to regulate the rates? I guess in Chandigarh THEY DO.
