[Resolved] Automobiles — Net transfer did not take place in spite of confirmation | |
On 02.07.09 I transferred an amount of Rs.22671.93 to pay my citibank credit card. I also got the confirmation advice. Now, I received my latest credit card statement showing outstanding of previous amount and they also added Rs. 2475.93 as intrest, late fee, ser.tax. overdue amount etc. I checked my HDFC account statement and foud the money was not transferred to CITIBANK credit card account. It is therefore requested to compensate my loss of Rs.2475.93 which I am going to pay to CITYBANK because of HDFC Bank's fault. Was this information helpful? | |

AUTOMOBILES — interest,late fee,ser.tax,overdue amount
I had paid my last bill amounting Rs.22671.93 through electronic transfer from my HDFC bank account on 02.07.09 much before due date. I had also received confirmation of the transfer.Yesterday, I received my latest statement showing non payment of my previous bill and therefore included intrest, late fee, ser.tax and overdue amount (total Rs.2475.93)
If you see my previous record, I have alwas paid my dues well in time.
I would take up the matter with HDFC bank for this laps.
You are requested to please remove the Late fee & Over due amounts.
