I had not received neither bill copy nor sms against pspcl bill.
Now i have checked my bill history online and its showing that meter reading done on 13.02.2018 and due date was 28.02.2018 for cash or online.
We were not informed by your department it is 100 % your department mistake and why we will pay surcharge....

On 02.07.09 I transferred an amount of Rs.22671.93 to pay my citibank credit card. I also got the confirmation advice.
Now, I received my latest credit card statement showing outstanding of previous amount and they also added Rs. 2475.93 as intrest, late fee, ser.tax. overdue amount etc.
I checked my HDFC account statement and foud the money was not transferred to CITIBANK credit card account.
It is therefore requested...
