My mobile no.is [protected]. Initially I was customer of Vodafone; but due to poor network, I ported to Idea. Now network of Vodafone has improved and Idea has vanished. Now I am again coming back to Vodafone by porting out from Idea to Vodafone. Initially I applied for porting on 13th of August at the local shopee Ankit Electronics, Urjanagar, Chandrapur Maharashtra 442404. After fifteen days when nothing happened, I went to the Chandrapur which is 15 kms from my home to enquire what went wrong. There, after wasting more than two hours, I found that instead of normal seam, I need winback sim of vodafone. Accordingly on 25th August, I was issued winback sim and new request of MNP was sent. Till date nothing has happened. No action has been taken from Vodafone company. After enquiry from local officer Mr.Kapil of Vodafone care of Chandrapur, he asked me to enquire the next day. Even Mr.Shrivastava of Vodafone marketing division of Chandrapur is not responding to phone calls. If such is the case of service before coming back to Vodafoe, only God can save such company from such employes and such services. I am contemplating to knock the doors of consumer court. Still I request you to initiate action against the defaulter,may it be the retailer or your employee. Instead of convenience, I am put to inconvenience by your Vodafone company. I also had experience of deducting charges for the services I never opted for when I was initially Vodafone customer.
