Respected sir,
My broadband is not working since 8 days and nothing is being done to rectify the problem. This is happening almost every day during this month. The jto durgapur says it is due to breaking of cable but nothing is done to prevent.
I opted for ftth. Services began on 19.12.2019 but discontinued on 20th due to breaking of cable and again on 21st at 4 pm. Till now i. E. At 1:36 pm on 22.12.2019, ftth is not restored....

My mobile no.is [protected]. Initially I was customer of Vodafone; but due to poor network, I ported to Idea. Now network of Vodafone has improved and Idea has vanished. Now I am again coming back to Vodafone by porting out from Idea to Vodafone.
