I am Haneesh Hillary, taken a ULIP in Aviva - Life save plus policy no: LSP1813910.
One of the Advicer in Aviva has told me that the rider is free of cost for the Life Saver Plus. That was a wrong information, they have charged for the Riders. so I have cancelled the rider. For cancelling I have to submit my policy document. I have submitted it on Dec 2008. Still I didn't recieve the policy document. So I have mailed to the customer care for the same. They are saying that the Address is incomplete. But I have provided my complete addess to them. That's Y I got the olicy document first time (before cancelling the rider). Now only they are saying that still the address is incomplete.
I don't know how to proceed with this. Thought of cancelling the Policy itelf.

Aviva Life Insurance — No Information
Hi dear'sI taken a policy of Avia but as i taken it i have not got any information from company about my policy & no further communication to the company . Policy No PBWTW3059867.
When will next premium will submit. there is no intimation or communication .
