[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance — Poor, irresponsible service!

as am dam disappointed with your responce for your customers .
i have given 2500/-Rs cash,my photo, all required document including my permanent address proof to yoy representative Mr Jaidev pandey who sits in Sec 18 Noida at the Beginning of last month. but now your representative is saying that your policy has been hjold by the company and reject by them. but still i have not received my 2500/-Rs as well he has not given any proper reason .

i need my full amount or immediate resonce else i have to follow another way.

thank you for your prompt reply . i am giving my complaint in brief as under:-my birth date is 17/04/1958and iam not your existing customer but i had applied for the policy thrrough your mumbai agent mr. anil posteand payment is to be made by my husbands credit card with abn-amro bank whose emi is rs. 3,000/- (total amt.is rs.18,000/-it s as per your tie with the said bank as it is assured by yr. agent after confirming with yr.office but when my husband made first emi of rs. 3,000/- we come to know that my policy proposal was declined/rejected by your office (ref.policy/proposal no. aviva life ins.-[protected])and we are receiving daily harassment calls from abn-amro for balace payement towards the policy which we never received .till i sent you email complaint your mumbai agents were deceiving us that their h.o had already spoken to abn-amro bank for reversing the said amount of rs.18,000/- and aviva will pay us back our first5 emi of rs.3,000/- which was paid to abn-amro bank due to yr. mistake pl. check details with your mumbai office mr. anil postemob. no.[protected] and his sr. mr. mhendra mob.no. [protected] email anil [protected]@sales.avivaindia.com if you do not take corrective steps immediately i would have no choice but to approach proper legal forum for this disgusting treatment from reputed concern like aviva?shubha a. gadre &advocate anil s. gadre

insurance from aviva. the insurance executive told me that pls take policy and
we will provide 34% growth in a year .its save income tax and double
your money in 5 year .but he missguide me and now i paid two year premium
and iam in loss of rupees eight thousand .then i call in the aviva
callcenter pls give my money back i dont want to countinu this policy .she
told me i cant cencell this policy for three years .and after three
year they deduct 25% amount from my account .the aviva executive didnt
told this also .iam totally fedup pls help me .pls help me sir i need
money .my policy number is WSG1432542 .iam waiting for ur reply .pls take

TAKEN A POLICY FROM AVIVA NO RPG1516476 IN 2007. SEC PREM DIPOSITED IN MAR 2008 RS 45000. I HAVE RECT AND BANK STATEMENT. ON 06/11/2008 .A LETER FROM AVIVA, THAT MY POLICY LAPCED DUE TO NONPAMEMENT .IS IT POSIBLE .ZAIDI LUCKNOW
