You are requested to go through the same and do the following - 1) You need to send us your acceptance to the “net payable amount” mentioned in the settlement sheet, through mail to Varsha Kathuria / Chaudhary Waseem at (varsha.[protected]@avivaindia.com / chaudhary.[protected]@avivaindia.com). In reply mail please mention that “I Accept the Full & Final Amount mentioned in the settlement sheet”. 2) “Net Payable Amount” does not include pending business reimbursement i.e. Mobile, Local conveyance, Travel exp etc. Pending business reimbursement, if any, will be adjusted in “Net Payable Amount” and will be transferred directly to respective Salaried bank accounts.
