[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance — Harrassement & Delay in refund of Insurance Premium

Dear Sir,

On the above subject, please refer my letter dated 15.06.10 in which I had categorically mentioned that though I paid the amt. of Rs.35,792.00 vide Ch. No. 062151dated 30.03.10 for issuing a policy yet the same has not been handed over to me inspite of various reminders on customer care centre & in writing.

In your latter dated 23.06.10, you indicated that the policy was delivered to me on dated 19.04.2010 through Blue Dart. This is not based on facts since policy was never delivered to me by Bluedart. Copy of the POD in this regard has also not been made available for my satisfaction. Further , you mentioned that duplicate documents were sent which were also not received at my end till date.

Needless to mentioned here that in the month of May,2010, your agent had informed that my original policy has been received back in your office & the same will be delivered within a week’s time but it has never been delivered to me.

The result, it is evident that the services of your company is not upto the mark & I am fed up to remind you again & again about my grievance of non-receipt of my policy & hence keeping in view your services, I am not interested now to obtain the policy.

If in the beginning such type of hardships I am facing to get the policy what would be the fate of my claims if arise any in future.

Above indicates that the company is involved in unfair trade practices & not providing satisfactory services to their customers.

I am not in position to waste my valuable time to refer the matter time & again hence request you to please refund my paid amount of Rs. 35,792.00 paid vide Cheque No. 062151 dated 30.03.10 without fail otherwise I will be compelled to take alternate action again the company.

I hope that company will take a prompt action in the matter to avoid any further harassment to me.

There are so many cases like this and the same thing has happened to me. Misselling of products, giving wrong information and iam also cheated by their agent Mr.Lenish. All these happened, iam still paying the policy unwillingly else i will lose the money i have paid. NO 1 cheaters

The same was happened to my LLG policy also, even though i complained to Aviva, no favourable result. There should be some one who can control them
