We would like to assure you that we have thoroughly investigated your case. Your policy was inforced basis the details mentioned in your proposal form.
All policy features like the policy tenure, premium payment amount, etc have been extracted from the proposal form and have been effected in the policy as per the proposal form. Your signed consent on this document was understood as an agreement to the features of the policy.
We would like to inform you that as per the terms and conditions of your policy, the customer is provided with 2 years re-instatement period. However, if the premium is not received within the 2 years time-frame, the policy is Autofore closed and the surrender value is paid to the customer . We have sent a mail to you with all the details.
