I HAVE A AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE PLICY NO WLG 1502677 .I HAVE PAID THE THREE PEREMIUM FOR THIS @ RS. 50000 PER ANNUM TOTAL RS. 1 50000..I WAS TOLD BY THE AGENT WHR WAS FROM BANK OF PUNJAB.THAT AFTER PAYING 3 PERIMIUM I CAN REFUND THE AMONT WITHOUT ANY DRDUCTION. AFTER 5 YEARS ICAME TO KNOW THATE MY POLICY HAS LAPSED WITHOUT ANY REASON.ON ENQUIRY I WAS SHOKED THAT I WILLGET ONLY APPOX. 50 PERCENT OF MY PREMIUM PAID. WHERE AS IWAS HOPING FOR THE IN MY AMOUNT PAID.

All policy features like the policy tenure, premium payment amount, etc have been extracted from the proposal form and have been effected in the policy as per the proposal form. Your signed consent on this document was understood as an agreement to the features of the policy.
We would like to inform you that as per the terms and conditions of your policy, the customer is provided with 2 years re-instatement period.
