My axis bank debit card expired on the 31st of July. Today it is the 23rd of August and I a yet to receive the new debit card. I have called the customer care 5 times by now. My last 2 complaint numbers are: 5417261 and 5402672. Apparently they are high priority compaints and have mentioned a call back from the branch. I am yet to receivve any call back from any branch what so ever. every time, every customer care agent says the same thing ' you will receive a call back from the banch, you will receive your card in 4 days, i understand your problem'. However, the problem remains unresolved and I am the sufferer since it is my only account where I receive my salary. I am having to borrow money from others and spend since I cannot withdraw it. My cheque book hasalso finished and I had sent a request for new cheque book from internet banking, but never received the cheque book as well.

This is simply propesterous and I will probably have only one solution , that is to close the account, in case I do not receive any sort of call from them immediately. I cannot think of any other way. May be I should cal the newspapers and tell them, since they are always eager to help citizens.

My AXIS Bank debit card no. [protected] has expired on 31.12.2009. Till today I have not received the replcement card. In this Connection, on 01.1.2010 , I personally met Md F.A.Mansur, Executive Operations, Axis Bank, at his Office at Kolkata Main Branch and appraised him the problem. He had assured me that he would intimate me the status either at my cell no. or at my e mail. But, even after expiry of five days, I have not received any informations in this regard. If this is the attitude of Branch Officials, then how customer can get a better service?
MY NAME IS RAJESH ACHARYA HAVING SALARY SAVING ACCOUNT NO. [protected] IN VASHI BRANCH AND RESIDING IN AMBERNATH.I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY DEBIT CARD FOR WHICH I HAVE COMPLAINED ON 27TH DEC 2010,BUT I RECEIVED THE PASSWORD FOR IT ON 4TH JAN 2011.I ALSO COMPLAINED TO TOLL FREE NUMBER AND THEY GAVE REQUEST NO. 4678920.I TELEPHONED MANY TIMES BUT STILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT ANY VALID REASON FOR NOT RECIVING THE CARD.SO PLEASE REVERT URGENTLY.
hi madhu sree u dont have the facility of sending money through the internet banking .
i think u have .u r requesting cheque book through net.i[censored] have fund transfer facility now u can send ur money to ur friends account solve problem temporarly
which is what I have done...however, it is irritating to ask friends everytime to withdraw the money and give. It is a huge inconvenience.

    We have a Current account at Axis Bank, Lok Vihar and I was astonished to see some unauthorized withdrawl of Rs 2,499/- from my account on 2nd March, 2011. When I checked, I found out that this was against a chq of Rs 999/- issued to Yes Bank for installation of a new credit card machine at our premises.
    When I called the person who had collected cheque from us, the phone no. was found to be De-activated. I immediately brought this to the notice of my bank branch authorities. One of their personnel, Mr Ritesh confirmed this to me by evening that the chq issued by me was encashed at Axis Bank, lajpat nagar on 1st day itself and the scanned copy showed that 'a chemical' had been used to erase the beneficiary name and the amount too. They claimed that they had put the bank account of fraud under lien and assued me that my money would be returned to me within a week. They also advised me to close my current account and open a new onw which I did.
    But these were just 'delaying tactics' from bank. I don't know what they are doing if they can't check for such major changes on cheque. They are only postponing things and I want return of my money as well action against fraudster.

      I have been asking Axis Bank people to change update my mobile number for NETSECURE. It has been 30 days,... talking to their customer care ... changing it on ATM... even went to bank to submit paper form with updated mobile number ! But still they have not been able to change it ! This is ridiculous !

      unfortunately this problem has happened with me too...ATM shows a different mobile number and netbanking has a different number...i am really frustrated...

        I have a Savings A/c ([protected]) in Axis Bank, Saket Branch.
        I gave 3nos of Account payee Cheques (no. 157541, 157542, 157543) to a person called Mr. Arif for LOAN Purpose. Later on when i tried to withdraw money from the Account i found there was Withdrawal of Rs. 5000/- by Cheque No. 157542 on 07/04/2011 from Axis Bank in Yamuna Vihar branch.

        I want to know that the cheques given by me were a/c payee cheques then how can anybody withdraw money by writing SELF on the cheque.

        kendly help recovering my Money.

          Dear Customers,

          I am banking with Axis Bank Ltd From past 14months,with 2 Lakhs average quarterly balance.
          Whenever i tried to login to my account ,i used to get an error message." LOGIN ERROR,TRY AFTER SOME TIME".After repeated mails and calls regarding the same,i got no positive reply.

          Finally i opened my fresh a/c with HDFC bank ( Kengeri satellite town branch) and am very happy to do my transactions with the new bank.

          So i kindly request new customers,not to go with Axis Bank and not to get fooled with the false promise what they give.

          I am running my saving a/c with Sec-18 Noida branch and my customer id is[protected].
          My Internet banking service has been blocked from last one months I sent 100 email 1000 phone calls (ISD) Till no update--I am not able to visit branch otherwise********** because i am out of India
          I never seen such worst bank and there worst quality of service please don't open your a/c with such worst bank.
          I have applied for the online banking before 2 months in the axis bank. But still now i didn't received any kind of notice regarding it, even my id and password. why?
          Nothing related to my complaint

          I have been using Axis bank since how many years I forgot. Along with Axis bank I have HDFC, Kotak and ICICI. Only Axis bank internet logging in is a problem. They do not resolve the issue at all. After much of trying I could connect to a customer service lady who said, you should try after some time. I tried after some time... and after few days also. But it shows the same error. What a rubbish internet service...
          Dear sir, yr service is not at all good, i am trying to contact on customer care nobody is help, i unable to connect internet banking, it is not showing any message, i am going to close my saving & direct trading account soon.

            In axis bank they charge rs 850, without information, if we asked they said, u have to maintain rs 10000/-

            in time of opening savings a/c they told zero balance account, after that they charged, just informed to all

            do not open account wiyh axis bank.they cheated me, so that is my advise

              This is in relation to one of the Axis Bank Power Home Loans that I have applied for a Site that I have picked up from the Builders (Galaxy Projects - Rajalakshmi Builders), Bangalore, Karnataka
              Axis Bank is affiliated to provide loans for this property, all seemed well until the process of the loan (with as usual issues with documents requirement that the bank comes up every day) was carried out by the Bank. But once the loan was sanctioned and the processing fee debited out of my account (Cheque provided at the initial logging of the loan documents), the bank now is wanting 5 blank cheques to disburse the DD amount to the builders, Galaxy - Rajalakshmi builders are supporting the bank as well. The interesting part is not the Bank asking for blank cheques for security but they are denying to provide any written request to obtain so as well as not agreeing to provide an acknowledgment for the blank cheques. Something is really fishy here as usually the banks across promote not to provide any blank cheques to anyone in any form whatsoever. If I inisist to get a written request or acknowledgement the bank is threating that the loan will be rejected. Please help here as this is a malpractice as well as illegal requirement that the bank is trying to posses.

              It is natural for the bank to ask for few cheques for their safety ( even though ECS is opted ). But it should not be a blank cheque. Rather it should be in the name of the bank and also, it can be written in the bottom ( in the open space near where you sign ), as "Not more the xxxxx amount " where xxxxx is the principal amount.

                I have taken Home loan from AXIS BANK LTD on Dtd[protected] for 25 years.

                I have received Loan statement from the bank showing the Installments period[protected] to[protected]. That means the loan installment has been increased to 52 years. I do not understand how the installment has been increased for 52 year. I have called many places but no one is answering.

                My Loan A/c no. is PHR[protected]

                Please help me to get the answer from the bank.

                Axis Bank — HOUSING LOAN TENURE

                I HAVE SIGNED AGREEMENT FOR 20 YEARS HOUSING LOAN. BUT I RECEIVED LOAN
                STATEMENT (SOA) BALANCE TENURE IS 700 MONTHS (58 YEARS) AND NET PAYABLE
                REF. 47 LACS. (ACTUAL LOAN TAKEN 7.96 LAC)

                i'll recommend you to highlight this issue by reaching to the local newspapers and getting this matter published so that people like you who may not be able to speak or facing the same problem may come up or you can also take the help of Jaago Grahak Jaago sangathan by mailing them or by calling at the toll free no.
                When you had took the loan interest rates must be around 8-8.75% but now interest rates have gone upto 10.25%. so either you need to increase the emi amount or bank will increase the loan tenure.

                This is quite common and almost every bank does it. Some banks strictly ask customers to increase the emi amount not tenure.

                If interest rates will come down then tenure or emi will also come down.
                I do understand the your logic. The interest has increased 8.5 to 10.5 that means just 2%. The 2% will effect from 20 year to 52 year? Something is wrong in the calcualtion. Please provide your calculation.
                yes its that 2% which is causing all this problem...check this out..put your approx principal, current emi and
                interest rate and see the tenure...then try to increase the emi and see the impact on loan tenure...

                when you had initially taken the loan, at that time emi design was like that you will pay interest and over it some 2-3K on principal. if you follow this schedule then loan will be over by 25 years.

                Now interest has gone up but you are paying the same emi so each month very less money is going to your principal...may be just some 600-700 rs instead of 2-3k causing tenure to rise.

                use simple interest calculation principal * interest * time

                remember right now loan amount is huge so by changing interest of 1-2% it increase upto 2% per month.

                first put your loan duration as 25 yrs and old interest rate...then put same interest rate
                you will see how it automatically change emi to keep tenure same 25 years...
                finally generate for 52 years...

                let me know if you have more questions...simple solution of current problem is either increase the emi or do a part payment of 50k or 1L.
                I would like to go same duration so please let me know the new EMI. Also kindly send required documentation do for the same.

                    I had made an online transfer for a sum of Rs. 2,20,000/- from my account maintained with SBI to the account maintained in AXIS Bank T.Nagar branch on 02/08/2011. While making the online transfer I had mentioned payee’s name incorrectly . The amount has not yet been transferred to the account or been reverted back to my account due to name mismatch. No action has been taken by SBI or AXIS so far. When questioned no proper answer is given. I had emailed almost everyone in axis bank. It is very frustrating when online payment goes missing.

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that i had already filed a complaint regarding my blocked internet banking user id and requested to get it enabled. After speaking to the concerned person i was ensured that the id would get enabled within 2 days. but till the date it has not been activated and the internet banking officers are showing a careless and irresponsible attitude towards my complaint. My complaint reference no. is 5312130. i am feeling that this banking company is just unaccountable and careless and turn a deaf ear towards their customer complains once they associate with them.

                              Hi,

                              I am holding an AXIS Bank Credit Card [VISA] (Card No: [protected]) which got expired last year.

                              I was working outside India in last 2 years and not using this card. Also, I was not receiving any statements by mail so couldn't see this statement in time.

                              But my surprise, when I came back, saw the statement which indicated that I have made a transaction on 5th July, 2010 with transaction base currency as GBP and transaction amount as GBP 23.46.

                              In addition to the above transaction amount, lot of charges have been applied as the above said amount is not paid back and the total outstanding amount came to INR 6172.51 today.

                              Transaction dispute details:

                              Transaction Date: 5th july 2010
                              Transaction Amount: GBP 23.46 pounds (INR 1731.30)
                              Transaction Location: Dominos Pizza, Rotherham (UK)

                              I was never been to the location mentioned above.

                              I raised this issue with Axis Bank and got the response as below:

                              "We wish to inform you that, as per visa regulations disputed transaction is beyond timeframe to initiate any dispute with acquiring bank. Hence, we regret our inability to process your request for the said disputed transaction."

                              Please let me know the way to resolve this issue.

                                I Am axis bank credit card user my cradit card number is [protected] 2 months ago my payment was due 19540/- Rs which i have cleared after that i have applied loan from BAJAJ finance on 8th june After taking documents they told me loan can not b approved due to you name is in CIBIL Reason Overdue Payment For credit Card i have called axis coustomer care they told me that its bank plicy i said ok then it must remove from cibil as now there is no overdue on my card i have asked for cibil statement they said they will send on email till yet i didnt get any email regarding statement now i ahve applied again for loan from bajaj still same they told me that name is in CIBIL due to Credit Card Overdue on saturday i called costomer care they told me system's are down we will arrange call back i didnt get any call back yet though i have called again now again they are giving explanation no answer from them why my name is in CIBIL they told me to keep on hold We will Transfer Call To Our Superviser But After Few MIn ON Hold Call Disconected From Their Side Now Tell Me Who Is Responsible For MY Loss In Buissness CIBIL OR AXIS BANK 2 Billing Cycles Gone But They Didnt Remove My Name From CIBIL Yet? And NO Answer From Them Tell Me What Should I Do Now Should I Move For Legal Process ? Or They Remove My Name From CIBIL

                                  I Bhagat ram s/o Kundan Lal r/o - flat no. - 8 famna aptt. sector - 9 Rohini Delhi - 110085 have lost my share certificate of axis bank folio no. UTI - 023801 . I have already intimate already 2 times before sending of this mail. i have two problems


                                  1. loss of share certificate
                                  2. loss of dividend year[protected]


                                  But from your reply you have mentioned only about loss of dividend year[protected] .
                                  so please i humble request to you please send me the necessary documents required to reissue the share certificate. u can mail the papers required tomy mail id

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    In month of June ,I have submitted my Axis Bank credit card (Card No-[protected]) payment on 10th of June in morning & same should be credited in card account on or before 14th June,but cheque was not credited in my card account .I have logged complin with bank on 16th June that payment not credited .After my complain payment was credited on 20th June.There was 10 day delay from bank end.Due to this delay, bank is charging late fees.To reverse the late fees I have logged the complain with bank & bank has rejected my request.Again I have logged the request with Bank to cancel my credit card but bank has rejected that request again.Agin bank is charging late fees in month of July.
                                    Please help to get revrse approx 650/- rs late fees on credit card or cancellation of credit card.

                                      I have been requesting the credit card division for a settlement of account for the last one year but have been rebuked and abused instead by the banking staff. In addition to these I have been made false claims by certain so-called banking staffs with false assurances to settle my account but of no help. Since I have pressed for settlement I have been receiving irregular bill statement.
                                      I wish to be relieved of these trauma as it is telling upon my mental and physical health.

                                        I have home loan A/c No.[protected] from Axis Bank.

                                        Axis bank has not communicated me any change in my EMI

                                        and accepting my old EMI which is covering only their interest

                                        and my principal amount is not going to deduct.

                                        When i called to them at Bhandarkar Road Pune branch and ask

                                        that why u have not inform me the change in EMI ? So their executive

                                        says its ur duty to come here and ask about EMI. Is it the procedure?

                                        I have got loss of interest and mental harasment due to all of this.

                                        Actuallly they have to inform the change in EMI.

                                        I'm also sending them notice through my advocate.

                                        You are requested to ask them about this.
