Axis bank customer care service is THE WORST, they dont respond to any of the queries and provide invalid information.
All the phone numbers provided on their site are invalid and if we visit the branch, staff is too rude and not ready to serve their customers.
They dont even post any bank statements reguralry even if we pay for the service.

If you want to escape from all such problems i will advise not to choose AXIS Bank for banking.

Respect Sir,

With profound regards, I can not operate my account actually it was a salary account open with GC Chemie Pharmie Ltd, 5/c Laxmi Industrial estate, New Link Road, Andheri (West) as a salary account where I was working as Assistant Manager HR and Administration. This account is non operational and I have not made transaction from this account since February 2007. So I want you to kindly update the address below and telephone number +91 - [protected] and +91 [protected] respectively and email id [protected]@gmail.com. I have attached the PAN CARD for verifying the name, signature with a specimen in JPG file which can be verified from the NSDL Office and from ICICI Bank records. I want you to provide the transaction statement since the time it has become the Axis and provide me with the Passbook and ATM card as soon as possible.

I am hopeful that you will take appropriate action according to your esteemed wisdom. I will be really grateful for you kind regards shown on the above-mentioned subject.

Please note that I had done 02 transfers (Power Transfer and Visa Money Transfer) on 04 May 09 from my Axis Bank NRE Account (Mohali Branch) to my ICICI Bank NRE Account (Mohali Branch). I have given certain calls to your bank to know the updated status of the transfer as one of the transfers are still not refelcting in my account.

Eveytime I was informed that it would be refelected into the account by the end of the day. But today, I was surprised to know that Axis bank does not take any responsibility for any of the transfers done. It was really disturbing to know that from your NRE Section. The agent gave me the email address - [protected]@axisbank.com and asked me to mention my concern to you.

The WORST and MOST PATHETIC Customer Care and Support for Times of Money which is their remittance. I had the most TERRIBLE experience dealing with these guys. They are DUMB, INEXPERIENCED and Totally Naive who does not know what they are doing and why they are doing. I have a remittance account with them just to activate took 2months for me so tell me when should i send money and how long it will take. When I emailed customer service people they reply as if they don't care about customers and their valuable time. They simply don't seem to understand what customer is facing. When you call their contact number there is no one to tell customer the wait time he has to wait you should just wait for half hour and more than that too WIERD MUSIC will be played which is even more ANNOYING. I waited for 15mins and no response and then i again called after 10mins then there is no response either. DAMN SCREW you GUYS for wasting my time. WAKE UP and learn how to deal with customers instead of simply sending time waste emails.

I would never use it and never recommend to anyone. Stupid service. If you really want to save your time just DONOT deal with AXIS. I put most of the words in capitals just to let them know how annoyed I am with their IDIOTIC service.
We are one another unhappy customer here. Service is very poor and pathetic, not only in one branch but I guess all have the same working culture as I have visited 4 branches for 6 different service request. You ask one thing to do and then you run after them minimum 2 or 3 times. After all the frustration I decided not to use it all. But then after some time I went to close the account, I was told you can't close as your account is inactive. OK then I gave the application to make it active and was waiting for the sms to confirm. As usual no information came, so again the process of follow up started from my side, and now I am struggling to close my account...Will advice people to please refrain from Axis Bank.
I entered my Debit card pin wrong twice while making an online transaction and I left it to try later as third time would have blocked it temporarily.
After that axis bank called me just once while I was in a office meeting, I could not receive it due to the ongoing meeting.
They simply permanently disabled my card without my consent. They could have done it temporarily until they have a talk with me but no. They simply called me once and then blocked the card permanently.
I called them and asked to send another, but they said it will be charged. Why should I pay for their mistake? Plus till now I have not received my debit card. It has been 2 years since.
I am transferring the amount every month in another family member's account and using their debit card.
This is pathetic.

    Loan Foreclosure

    Dear Sir,
    I am a customer of AXIS bank (Loan A/c No. [protected] and have availed a loan of approx. Rs.1, 00, 000 from the bank in Sep'07.

    Later on, I wish to foreclose my account with the Bank and wish my loan to be taken over by HDFC for which I have deposited a balance amount cheque with your bank.

    However, in spite of submitting an application on 11.03.2008 and writing today i.e. 19.03.2008,...

    Hi,

    I am using a credit card of axis bank from almost one year and few days back I called- up the credit card department numbers given on the papers recieved but there was no response which is not at all appreciated.
    If noone is there to pick up the phone..then why you have given those numbers to customers.Hence that was a pathetic customer service in my views.

    Hi this is Vamshi,

    When ever i do any Axis Bank Online transaction or purchase any item. Some amount is getting debitted(Cutting) from my account, Something like this "TIPS/SCG/DT.01-JUL-09". For every transaction it is cutting around Rs. 26.7/-. What is the reason? I even contacted Bank Persons in Gachibowli, They asked me to contact Customer care. I tried many times but i didn't get reply. Can any one help me. I have sent mail thru online to RM Alerts(Mail option avialable in Online) they replied me to contact Customer care are nearby Branch. But i didn't get any reply to my query.

    last i have ministatement of my axis bank account which was salary account of my last employer

    not bank cut 600/-...Only from the account without any reason and also cut around 1500/-...Only last year...

      when I have applied for Axis Bank Credit Card, I have been told that it is free for life at the lime of first Credit Card Statement Rs. 998/- was added in the statement with the head of Joining Fees and Annual Fees and Service Tax, I many time called to Customer Care and informed to Customer Care Executive about the said issue of Joining Fees and Annual Fees and Service Tax. I have requested to Customer Care Executive for Degradation of my Credit Card & reversal of the Joining Fees and he assured me that it will be done in 15 working days and gave me Request Numbers which are 59481, 59482, 39058 & 159618 but yet no action is been taken on the abovementioned issue and further debit interest levied to my account. On calling to Customer Care one of the executive answered that my card cannot be degraded and I have to pay the said amount.

      Meanwhile I had returned my Credit Card Bearing No. [protected] duly cut in four pieces to the bank and also hereby requestedto reverse the amount which levied to me unnecessarily. I assured that i will make payment on reversal of the said amount of Joining fees, Annual Fees, and other late payment charges and debited interest.

      No action has been taken yet.

      UTI Bank credit cards — levy of overdue without sending statement

      Dear Sir,
      I was issued a UTI gold card [protected] in June 2007. I made clear my apprehensions in regard to the billing to the banks representative at the time of application as I was being consistently persuaded. Wherein, i was assured of prompt service.
      After 4 months I dont recieve any statement, physical or email both of which i used to recieve earlier. when the visakhapatnam Axis Bank branch was approached they were of no help. They have provided a phone no at Hyderabad which proved futile as they promised to send the statments by email which never materialised.
      Now, I recieve sms on my mobile that the card is overdue. There was never an sms that the bill was generated.

      I fail to understand why I stand to lose for the mistake by the Bank.

      Axis Bank — bad service adding extra charge

      I am MANOJ MANE using the AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD for the period of 7 month but from when thy issue this card I am not getting any good service

          I have taken a credit card from Axis bank, I and also I have a saving A/C with the same bank, they put lien on my saving a bank A/c for the amount which I have to pay for my credit card any time they want. This put in serious financial problem Lien on my A/c is still there and my Credit card is also not operative. Therefore I am not able to use any of services they offering but still I am being charged for that.
          I was trying to get resolve thru their customer care no but it was not possible because it was an STD call to me even if it get connected they are putting me on hold for half an hour which was resulting me loss , then I was in touch with local bank people for the same they were tried there level best but they could not resolve , even I got a call from customer care Bombay office Ian I said them to deduct the same from my A/c and put of the lien but that also did not work
          Now I need your help in this matter to resolve it

          Dear Sir,
          I have taken a credit card from Axis bank, I have purchased some item of Rs-10,069, and also I have a saving A/C with the same bank, they put lien on my saving a bank A/c for the amount Rs-13545/ then I gave them chq for Rs-10100 of dated 20.12.07 of same A/c on lien was there to revoke the lien, but they return my said chq and directly deducted the Rs-11352/- from my A/c and also deducted the Annual charge -300 and then service tax 37 and debite interest Rs- 145.57 and service tax Rs- 17.99 and still they are claim that I have to pay them Rs-4674.52. Lien on my A/c is still there and my Credit card is also not operative. Therefore I am not able to use any of services they offering but still I am being charged for that.

          To know your statement detail you can do the following things:

          1. Directly talk to costumer care of axis bank mumbai, if you not have there contact number then just see it on the back of your credit card.

          2. You can also send e-mail to there help desk at customer.[protected]@axisbank.com, they ask for your personal detail so re send them and you will get your statement detail in 2 working days.

            On 10 Oct 2009, i have applied for debit card but still i didnt get any card and its more then 20 day's.

            Sir, On 01.11.2009 at 5.30 pm, I was going in the market, there very rush, then anybody pick my pocket. It has very important cards, like this debit card & my other cards, I mean losted my debit card.
            Therefore I requested to you that please block my debit card and issue a new debit card very soon.

              This is regarding my credir card (no.[protected]) which i have got 3 months back.

              During the application of this Credit card i was told that this card is absolutely free,so i applied for the same. But after getting the card i came to know that there is some joining fees. At that time only i called up yours customer care and requested for the cancellation of the card. After taking the request that customer care executive told me that for this year my joining fees will be reversed. For this year i wont have to pay any joining fees.

              But after all these i got the first statement which entirely consists of the joining fees, then service tax over this etc etc and for every subsequent months i have been charging the late payment fees over these charges, which has become currently Rs. 1026.24

              In the last 3 months i have sent 4 mails to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com regarding the cancellation of this credit card but nothing has been done.

              Please have a look at this issue and help me to cancel this card.

                Hi,
                I had complaint about axis bank.Over the period of 1 year i sent request for check book in many ways ( ATM request, Internet banking request, Filling up the form in branch also ).
                As i told above i sent many request for check book in 1 year. As my account is at Ahmednagar(Maharashtra)branch and i am working at Pune I sent these request many time online(Internet/ATM).
                Also once i went to Sahakar nagar branch ( Pune ) and Fill up the check request form and submit it.
                But I am not getting check book.Hence i take a one day leave and went to ahmednagar branch for inquiry . When i meet the Asst.Manager there then he told me that " Your account is student account and we are not giving any check book for student" . But the actual situation is the student account scheme is closed more than 2 yrs. back. and that time Bank convert the student accounts in normal saving accounts without personal intimation.That time bank take fine amount from me Rs.500 /- +
                for balance is less that 5000/-
                Please advice me how will i get help .because bank is granted my account as per there benefits ( Student acc. to give check Or Normal account to take the fine )

                i gree with you, ...axis bank did the same with me.

                without even informing me they syarted charging me for keeping the balance below Rs.5000/-

                however they had not informed my that i had to convert the student's acc in to a saving's acc...so i went to the branch manager and asked him to reverse all the charged that were levied on me, because i was not regularly informed about my account.

                thankfully he did...but very rudely he evn added that either u close ur acc or convert it to a normal savings acc.
                i hate this attitude of the axis bank.
                AXIS BANK should the student's acc operative for those who had opened it initially. they should not force the customer to change it like this.

                      Hi,
                      My name is T.Hari Prasad. I have applied for an AXIS Bank Credit card a few weeks back.I did receive timely SMS messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days time, etc. And one day I received a SMS saying that the card had been returned back giving no reasons why. My application no. is 1106624. Today I received the PIN no.through post. I don't know what is the use of the PIN when the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the Customer Care but the line never gets connected.
                      Can anyone help me through it?

                      Axis bank/credit card — Credit Card did not received

                      I, Mohd. Nadeem want to draw you kind information at my Serious problem.I applied for credit card of Axis bank in the month of Oct.2007.But till today i did't get any card.They have confiremed my personal information 5/6 times.Application ref.no. is 1217534.
                      If i am not able to have credit card according bank's parameter, than bank should return my documents's Xerox.
                      I am afraid that some body can misuse of my documents's xerox.
                      But...Finally i want to say that Axis bank is not good in credit card service.Axis bank is cheating to customers.

After long period of time i got a sms that your Appliaction Ref. 1217534 has been decliened.But its not problem, Because after a long period of processing i have lost trust in Axis Bank's Credit card.
                      When my Application has has declined, Than Axis bank should return my Documents's xerox.I am afraid that somebody can misuse of my Documents.

                      cradit card is not delivared . i contect curier service chandighar they told me, i m coming ur home but they don, t come. this type of warding use three or four times use.i call to ur chandighar office 10to 12 times.after three days they told me ur credit card is retarned. my cradit card no. is AWB#[protected].

                      I have applied for an AXIS Bank Credit card a few weeks back.I did receive timely SMS messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days And one day I received a SMS saying that the card had been returned back giving no reasons.ref no.6392594 I received the PIN no.through post. I don't know what is the use of the PIN when the card itself is not delivered to me. I tried calling the Customer Care but the line never gets connected.

                      credit card 5% cashback misleading

                      HI, While receiving credit card i was told that there will be 5% cashback on petrol and supermarket but it was given to me after some time. On asking i was told that it has upper limit of 1000 which was not conveyed to me earlier.

                        1.They have not sending credit card statement on time and that’s why I make delay in depositing my card payment on time resulting heavy late fees.

                          I have applied for a credit card (application no.1241762) after repeated request from Axis Bank personnel (said so )as they offered free & submitted to Mr. Sujon Samaddar of Axis Sales Ltd(confirmed from photo Identity card).Axis bank confirmed me the same through a SMS ( from [protected])in my mobile.Now no one from Axis Bank (Shyambazar, Kolkata) can tell me the present status of application after two months.They also can't inform me about any local office in kolkata.Helpline[protected] is only for music.Mobile [protected] always engaged.I just don't want to have this credit card and in fear of fraudulence.

                            I am holding Axis Bank Loyalty card [protected] (Magnet) and facing lots of problem from day one - tilll date. In spite of currently not using the card, I have been charged late payment charges, debit interest and service tax (total Rs 140/-) every month. I have cleared my all purchase amount long back. Lots of communication (with several complaint numbers and details with tele banking) been made, but except promises and assurances of result withing 7 working days... nothings has happened. Today my bill is Rs. 1085/- consist of only penalties.
                            No one from Axis bank looks like interested in listening to customers problem. I have made several attempts of reaching to them. Can some one help me to reach my complaints to them and resolve this 6 month old issue?

                              Sub.: Despite of submitted application in kolkata branch, debit card and i-connect PIN are still awaiting to reach me

                              This is refer to our telecon discussion regarding my debit card and iconnect issue, I have already submitted the application to here in kolkata branch to get a immediatel effect, but for last three months I'm not getting any response from you.

                              Since I never be availble at home in on hours, so I have given an application to kolkata branch so that they can arrange to send my debit card as well as my iconnect pin to my office addres at kolkata.

                              Despite of taking so many verbal correspondences with your kolkata branch no one did me the favour, whereas my debit card pin no. has already reached to my office address and today i have just got it in my hand, but without any card it is useless to have.

                              When I have got all my account details in hard copy in the month of Jan'08, then It has been told by your kolkata branch that i supposed to not ticked out at debit card option and for this reason I am needed to submit / apply to have it in a seperate manner, but if my debit card application doesn't reach to you then how could I get the debit card PIN no. at my reqested address (office add.). I'm attahching herewith that application scan copy to rectify the same.

                              Also please note that while handing over my iconnect form to your kolkata branch, It has been assured to let me have the PIN details over noted email ID (as per given in the form), but till date neither I have got it through mail nor by any post. please see your forwarded attached PIN details with relevant envelope.

                              Sir, at present neither I'm getting able to check my account details through iconnect nor able to draw any amount from bank in check otherwise.

                              In light of the above I request you to let me know the status my debit card, whether it is on the way or once again it has been cancelled for delivered back. whatever the situation is, kindly grant my request as of my favour and take the immediate action from your end.

                                    I, Ranjeet Kumar Pathak, having SB A/c (A/c No. [protected]) with Axis Bank, Port Blair since 2005. i also alotted my salary through the said bank.
                                    I am serving in Indian Navy, and got transferred from Port Blair to Tamil Nadu coastal area last year. I used to do transaction through ICICI ATM at pattukottai in Thanjavur district since there is no any Axis bank ATM nearby where i am serving.
                                    I used my card for withdrawal of Rs.4000/- on 01 Feb 08 at around 1100 Hrs through the ICICI ATM, Pattukottai. I did not get money, but an acknowledgement slip showing "TRANSACTION DECLINED". I contacted the ICICI Bank, Pattukottai, they asked me to report complaint to ICICI. I also contacted the Axis Bank, Port Blair to check my balance. They told me that Rs.4000/ had been debited on 01 Feb 08, but i did not get any amount except the slip. The Axis Bank Port Balir then asked me to report complaint.
                                    I sent a letter along with the slip that i got during the transaction to Axis Bank,Port Blair for speedy necessary action. Till now i have received neither any remedy nor any information regarding what action they have taken. I request you hereby for speedy, necessary action.

                                      I want to know through you how i can go ahead and cancel the AXIS Credit card. Can I drop the card braking in the AXIS Bank ATM.

AT THAT THEY ARE SENDING ME THE LEGAL NOTICES.BUT HAD GIVEN THEM IN WRITING THAT YOUR CARD WAS NOT REACHED TO ME, BUT ARE NOT READY TO RECIEVE THAT WRITTEN APPLICATION. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET OUT OF IT.BECOUSE IM A T.Y.B.COM STUDENT & THATS MY LAST YEAR.

                                      I am totally dissatisfied with AXIS Bank with regards to the service and the compliance that bank needs
                                      to follow while imparting information to the customer.

                                      The Gold Plus card of Axis bank([protected]) was offered stating as life time free card

                                      But annual fee of Rs.5000 is billed and statements have been send across for the last four months
                                      with the Service charges billed. There has been no response from the customer care division when
                                      called for the same...or contacting the nearest branch in person for clarification..

                                      So expecting for the reversal of the charges and as well as the annual fee billed with the card
                                      cancelled.

                                      This is not complaint by me i dont know who had complaint on my behalf
                                      I am having axix bank a/c [protected] at Johrat. I made dd amounting to Rs. 4, 14, 991/- at Uthalsar Br. Thane (Mah.), Due to rain, DD got mutilated. On telephinc advice from the said, I wrote back on the back of the said DD that the DD may be cancelled with a request to deposit the proceeds in my a/c. . Now Uthalsar Br. is not cancelling the said and asking for revenue receipt and covering letter, which is not possible as I am transferred to Johrat and I am not able to go Uthsalsar, Thane
                                      I request you kindly to intervene and direct the Uthalsar Br. Thane :
                                      a) to cancel the said DD as per my request to cancell the DD ( the said DD would be presented by son to Uthalsar Br. wherein I had already written to cancell the said DD and deposit the proceed in my bank. account OR
                                      b) issue the fresh Demand Draft.

                                      Sir, I am a senior citizen and having SB Account No. [protected] held Axis Bank, Dwaraka Nagar Branch Visakhapatnam, during the month of Dec 12 my SB Account Debit Card No. [protected] was stolen by unknown person in Kachiguda Railway Station, After 15 minutes the card used by him and spent Rs.1000/- by purchasing the items. Immediately I made online complaint to Customer Care and blocked the card. whereas after next day also two un authorised transations done in Hyderabad even after blocked my card. On next day i.e. 10 Dec 2012 I made written complaint to the Visakhpatnam Branch. The staff of the Bank very relectent and not given any proper reply. Since then I have not used the account. Now I have given my concent to close my SB Account with immediate effect.                                       My Cr. Card No. is [protected]. On 28 March 2013 I had made the cheque payment of Rs.8986.00, Cheque No. 465588 (HDFC Bank) and the due date was 30 March 2013. In the month of April 2013 I get a late payment fee statement with debit interest including service tax of Rs.1036.76 Dr. I had word with your customer service executive that as I had made payment before due date I am not going to make a single money payment either reverse the amount or else disconnect my Cr. Card but nothing had happened and today (11.05.13) again I got a text msg on my Mo. that payment of Rs. 1411.21 Dr. is due.

                                      My question is What is going on? Where is your after sales service? and again I am requesting you to either reverse the amount or cancel my Cr. Card. It is for sure I am not going to pay single late fee as I had made the payment before due date.

                                      AXIS bank card is not more active but still i am receiving the statement and the amount . there is no amount pending from my side, but still it showing that sum amount needs to be paid for the card Number : [protected] .

                                      Please cancel this card as it had been cancelled long back .Please help me on this
