have applied for credit card of axix bank before 2 month ago just because of a employee of that bank who was calling me for making a credit card so I have applied but after the fill up of form that employee has not come here, I have no proper response whenever I call him, then I take mobile no. the boss of that employee but he is not picking up my call. I have got a message of dispatch of credit card from axix bank before 12 days but I have not got any credit card from axix bank still now.

charged i complain very first month it self(complain
no was 83324). and second month also (complain no was
106883) and third month also (complain no was 126270)
finaly c.c.person told me pls ignore the we will give
new credit card then you drop the old card to atm drop
box but you people not done insect u debted on my
saving account (if i cheated you then you can debeted
from my saving account)then also i complain on 28th of
march that no was 215440 c. c. person told me with in
7 days problem will solve but still it was not solved

so please take action immediately and to it neet full

    Dear all,

    Myself Gurugopal Singh, an Axis bank credit card holder would like to bring to your notice and complain as well, about the false commitment of your phone banking officers and very discourteous conduct of your phone banking officer Mr. Puran Singh which has hurt me a lot to a larger extent.



    The story starts like this—

    I took the card in the month of September and could not make the payment as I was out of Mumbai since last 4 months as my uncle had died in an unfortunate accident. And I would also like to inform you that before going out of Mumbai I had made some payment and Rs. 1000 was paid by one of my friends in my absence recently.



    After returning back to Mumbai, when I called your customer care on 24th March’08, I told your executive (don’t know the name) about the entire problem of mine, and I told him that I am going to make the payment of Rs. 10000 but I am not willing to make the payment of late payment charges so kindly waive off the same as I could not make the payment because of my serious problem which I think you can and you should consider. Your executive promised me that he understands my problem and will put the request for the reversal of the all late payment charges till date. But when I asked him for my request no. he asked me to be on hold and after 8 minutes he disconnected the call. I was very much shocked when he dropped the call and could not call back because of the lack of time and decided to make the payment after confirming whether the request has been registered or not later.



    Surprisingly, when I called up your customer care yesterday, I got Mr. Puran Singh on line who informed me that there is no such request registered in my account for the reversal of the late payment charges. He was very much adamant and rude while saying that I had not called up your customer care on 24th march and last call made by me was on 31st Jan’08. I told him that I am giving you the cheque no. which I am going to deposit today, you please reverse the charges as promised to me. Mr. Puran Singh was asking me very rudely again and again that why I haven’t made the payment despite of me explaining the reasons for the same several times. He told me that I will not do anything, and I will make sure that the late payment charges should not be reversed. And he also told me that Sir you have consumed very long time of mine and saying that dared to disconnect the call though I told him that I am recording this conversation.



    I wish to inform you that I have the full recording of the abovementioned conversation on my mobile phone and I can produce the same anytime, anywhere; as and when required.



    Immediately I called up again your customer care and I spoke to the supervisor Mr. Prashant Kapade but unfortunately your supervisor too was of not of any help and was not in a position to do anything or to take any action other than asking me to make the full payment.



    WHY SHOULD I MAKE THE PAYMENT NOW?????????????????????????????????



    Now I would like to ask few Q’s here:



    Should I make the payment for being treated so rudely and in a pathetic manner despite of being patient and polite throughout the episode?
    Is it my fault that on 24th March one of your executive gave me the false commitment and disconnected the call?
    What can I do if your executive did not update the records after disconnecting the call on 24th March?
    Who gave the rights to Mr. Puran Singh to speak so rudely with customers?
    Is it ethical and official to drop the call in your customer care?
    What action you are going to take against Mr. Puran Singh?
    Who’s responsible for the wastage of my precious time and money spent for calling your customer care for so long hours?


    Now I would like to inform you that I will not make the payment until an immediate action (with proof) is taken against Mr. Puran Singh and unless reversal of all the late payment charges which was promised to me is not done.



    I promise if the needful will be done as above, I will make the entire outstanding payment immediately.



    And any kind of delay in action or no action will result into the delay of the payment or no payment for which you will be solely responsible and I will not pay any late fee or interest levied after the due date.

      I have saving account (Account no. [protected], Supela Bhilai, Chhattisgarh)with Axis bank last 9 Months. since six months, it is deducting some amount as a service or Consolidated charge.
      Just think, from 01/10/2007 to 31/03/08, bank deducted Rs. 3900 from account. I think this not fair.
      if I mentioned less amount in my account, then how much money would be deduct. is there any rule, or as bank mood.
      Really, I am very disappointed with this bank. need to close the account.

      Sorry to read what was happened with you. But they did the same with my account too and deducted 1, 350.00 without my consent. There are some more sufferer, if you search by 'Axis Bank Complaints' in this website. So, I think it would be better if we all get together and send a Mass complain to RBI about this. How on earth anybody can take off my money from my account without my consent.

      Please mail me, so we can make a forum to protect our rights.

      Sorry to read what was happened with you. But they did the same with my account too and deducted 1, 350.00 without my consent. There are some more sufferer, if you search by 'Axis Bank Complaints' in this website. So, I think it would be better if we all get together and send a Mass complain to RBI about this. How on earth anybody can take off my money from my account without my consent.

      Please mail me, so we can make a forum to protect our rights.

      i have the same problem with the axis bank..
      i have opened savings acccount 6 months back and iam maintaing average minimum balance in my acount ..yesteday without my permission 3, 150 rupees has been deducted as consoldate charges and 389 has been deducted as service charges ..
      Today i called customer care, they said: it is transaction fees, i have to use 3 times for their banking service, otherwise they will charge Rs 50 for every transaction. This way axis bank cheating me!
      My story is different this uti bank is pakka chor i maintain avg bal then also they deducted rs 842 from my a/c when complained and fought i got my hard core money but after 2 mths and now yesterday again they have deducted in this qtr inspite my bal is there really feeling very frustrated inspite giving all notices to them they have not upgraded my a/c and when complained they just tell us that its in hands on central bank o[censored]ti and we have forwarded your complain and now then wait wait and wait for ans i really dont understand for such a small work why they take such a long time, malad branch axis no 1 chor and all lazy people just because of staff the name of bank is getting ruined i really feel pity on bank

      my wife have running a savings bank a/c for the past 1 1/2 years. she had faced the same problem. she don't know about the such charges. they r deducting 750 for consolidated charges. she was very shocked about that charge. how can they charge with out her consent. v r very much disappointed and we r deciding to close the a/c.
      Why none of you launched a complaint in consumer court?I have won many cases in the consumer court like that.I had one HDFC credit card fraud of Rs.40000 and I had won the case with them and got rs.10000 as compensation.We all should take them to court?

        I had applied for a credit card from Axis Bank. The card was issued to me with the assurance that no joining fee and/or annual charges will be charged from me.
        I made a transaction of approx. Rs. Two thousand and eight hundred thirty Rupees and fifty paise ( Rs. 2830.50/-). I paid Rs 2830.00 balance only 0.50/- But when I recieved my first statement I was surprised to discover that a sum of Rs. Four thousand and thirty rupees (Rs. 4030.50/-) was charged from me as the annual charges and joining fee. In spite of frequent telephonic complaints, the same was not waived off. Instead, late payment charges and interest has been applied. Now, my statement reflects an amount of Rs.two thousand thirteen and thirty nine paise( Rs. 2013.39).
        I request the concerned authorities to kindly take immidiate and proper steps to look into the matter.

        Axis Bank Credit Card — Cheated by Axis bank credit card customer care

        dear sir,

        Dear Sir,

        Unfortunatley i appled for Axis bank Credit card 0768 and i got one. and i made a purchase for 470 rupees. but i never recieved statement from them. and later after 3 months i got a statement for which i had a fine of not paying on time.t the fine amounted for more thatn 300 rupees. so when i enquired about it they said it was becuse they had a problem with courier service they were not able to sent it on time and they had to get a new courier contract. so it was their mistake they never alerted my by mail phone or statement. and now every month i receive a statement with fine which amounts to more than 2000 rupees. i had contacted customer service many times but of no result. I want to cancell my credit card and put an end to this touble. i am useing other credit cards and i never faced a problem like this. hope ull be albe to help me out of this

          respected sir,
          i have deposited a demand draft of axis bank(Bhagalpur branch, bihar) in my SBI burnpur branch(0049) on 20th feb, 08. but tillnow my money is not encashed. when i went to SBI branch they told me that we have reminded axis bank somany times but they are not entertaning our request.therefore its my kind request to you toplease give necessary attention on my problem.
          I HD A TWO ACCOUNT IN YOUR BRANCH HAD NOT LINK WITH EACH OTHER ON MY DEBIT CARD AFTER ORIGINAL FORM FILLUP AND BRANCH ADVICE.VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

            Hi to all,

            I am Abhinav Ajay and work for HCL Technologies. I would like to share my greivences with everyone who is not aware about the excellent level of the customer service which has been provided to me from a pathetic bank which is good for nothing. I would like to give a breif description of my problem with a useless organization i.e. "Axis Bank".

            First of all, I have never applied for any credit-card from Axis bank & suddenly I received an SMS on my mobile number as a confirmation that my credit-catrd application has been approved and I will receive my card within few days. I tried to ring that number immediately but I could not get through.

            After few days, I received a call from a courier company who wanted to confirm my residence address to deliver a packet from axis bank. I confirmed the address and could not ask anything from them regarding the same as I was in my office & was busy in doing some official work.

            I opened that packet in the evening and found two cards from axis bank. One of the cards was under my name and other one was under my younger brother's name. I was little bit surprised to receive these two cards from axis bank as I had never applied for any credit card from them. I contacted them to get the proper confirmation and they told me that they did receive my application form and that's why these cards were sent to me. I also told them that nobody has done any sort of verification before the approval of my card application.

            I took it lightly and thought that there is no harm to have a credit card from axis bank as I was already using so many cards from various banks. However, the first problem got start when I did not receive my card statement for the first three months. I contacted the customer service of axis bank once again to know the total outstanding and the reason for the non-delivery of my card statement.

            I got amazed to know that I have been charged somewhere about Rs.3500 as a joining fee to have this card from axis bank. I explained the whole story to the customer service executive a number of times that I have been mis-led by axis bank as I was never told that there is a joining fee to have a credit-card from axis bank as no other bank charges anything for their credit card.

            I have no problem to make a payment for whatever amount which I spent using this credit-card but I will not make this payment unless I receive an amended copy of my card statement with the correct charges.

            I have raised this complaint so many times and spent a lot of money on the phone calls made to the customer service of axis bank because they have their customer service centre in Mumbai. Everytime, I was given an assurance of an amended card statement but got nowhere. Now, I am receiving threatning letters from an advocate of axis bank to pay the outstanding immediately which is rediculous. I was quite sure that axis bank can do such kind of appouling things since their past have not been too good to have faith on them. But, I just want to warn them that the time has been changed and everyone is aware about the laws & orders. I am going to file a case against them in "Cosumer Forum", if I don't receive any response from them and make sure that I will definitely make them realise about their excellent level of customer service in the court of law.             Dear All,
            I am Laxminarayan working for an MNC as a project lead and i am also in the same situation that Mr Abhinav ajay is facing. My situation is more worse. UTI bank had given me the cedit card for free and all of a sudden i stopped getting the statements.

            I was transferred to Bangalore and I had requested UTI (now AXIS)to send the statements to my permanent address. I was using the card and was paying through ICICI bank visa transfer facility as they don't have a online payment option and they didn't take cash in the bank directly. Since i never received the statements i was never sure what is the current outstanding. but still the payments were high enough to be above minimum amount due.

            Recently i wanted to close all the credit cards i was using and I requested UTI which now turned AXIS bank for the final settlement. I called them at least 5 times to their Mumbai office wasting lot of money for STD calls and finally i got a rounded off bill of just charges of around 30, 000. This was not a statement but just a blank sheet of paper without explaining any transactions. I was shocked to know the charges It was double then what i had spent till now. I have all the receipts of what i had paid to them.

            I am not understanding how to resolve this. I am going to approach their grievances cell (if they have)and if it is not resolved then i will go to Consumer forum.

            I would be glad if could a get a better solution to resolve this. Pleas let me know first how to get the details of the transactions i did form these people. I call them every time and even send mails but every time they start with the rounded off figure of 30, 000. When I ask them how did it come, they just send me some blank bills without any head and tail. My contact number is [protected].

              I hold an credit card with UTI Bank . Since more than 10 Months I've not been receiving any statements either in hardcopy or in email. Inspite of my repeated request to send my statement for verification they have repeatedly failed to do so. I've even mailed Customer service on October 22. After which one person called up and I again requested my statement by verifying my address and email id. No results so far.

              I don't remember using the cardsince last 10 months or more . Suddenly the credit card dept has decided to deduct an amount of more than 20, 000 on 26th March from my salary cum savings account that i hold with Axis Bank. I would thus like to file a case against axis bank credit card dept in the consumer court at the earliest.

                I am facing lots of issues regarding my credit card consistently since last 8-10 months. I must have informed to Axis Bank tele banking officers several times, but very careless attitude from them. Always promise for getting back in 7 working days but now almost 5 months are over. Still waiting for 7 days to get over.

                I have received the Axis bank card (Magnet supermarket) and from day one there are issues with it. First statement was not received by me, so the second one came with penalty (after checking with Axis bank, they confirmed of not even generating the statement)

                Once, they have lost the payment cheque (dropped into the axis back ATM center - drop box) and eventually the ATM center got disappeared (Agar Bazar at Prabhadevi). Meanwhile lots of correspondence made with bank and payment was on hold for couple of months. Finally after a "GO AHEAD" signal from Axis bank, I made a fresh payment and issue got settled. But every time since then, my bill is coming with late payment fees, service taxes, debit interest etc (Rs. 140+) till date.

                Regular follow up with Vishal (18.8.07 comp no 29221), Darshan (8.9.07 comp no 29207), Prashant (19.10.07 comp no NA) Firoz (15.1.08 comp no 123256) again Prashant (31.1.08 and 7.2.08 comp no 168773) Kapil and anish (15.2.08) has resulted into nothing. Lots of promises, but ZERO result.

                I am getting regular messages from Axis (electronic generated message) on receiving the mails and informed with the reply about "your mail is been forwarded to concerned dept" but I wonder if any person is there in concerned dept? Because since last 6 months, I have not received any single reply regarding the status of the complaints. "We will get back to you in 7 working days" is a common answer I get every time I called up your tele banking officers.

                I sincerely want to check with your senior staff (who is responsible for customer complaints and who is intented to resolve this issue), is this issue is going to resolve at any time?

                My bill amount without using the card is sincerely increasing by Rs 140/- every month and now it has reached to Rs . 1085/- All this amount is just in the form of late payment fees, service taxes, debit interest etc. I have cleared my purchase amount long time back and on request of your banking officers, I am waiting for the reversals since last 6 months. Meanwhile my card charges are just inflating every month. Once for all, I want to stop this.

                Can some one from Axis Bank do it?????????????

                Axis Bank credit card - Magnet — Credit card payment response

                I am having Axix Bank credit card ([protected]). I am facing lots of problems regarding billing process since last 6 months. Inspite of regular follow up with Axix, no one is really bothered to get back with solution. I have been charged late payment fees (100/-) Service Tax (12.36/-) Debit Interest (25.18/-) and service tax on D I (3.11/-) regularly every month since last 6-7 months. I have stopped using the card due to mis managed procedure from Axix. They just DO NOT RESPOND. I must have registered 6 complents with them (having all the details of complaints, date and person whom I have discussed) but there is no SINGLE improvement in the attitude. Every month my bill is increased by Rs.140/- I have been told by tele banking officers to wait for SEVEN WORKING DAYS till we resolve the issue and now I am waiting for almost 6 months. Regular follow up looks like is just a formality for them. I don't see and solution till some one from Axix who really intend to resolve this matter, take this as a task.
                The axis bank credit card customer care people are very careless.
                I have requested so many times to change my address and increase my credit card enhancement through courier and email(courier on 25 march and email 5 times).But there is no response till 2 months.

                I am having Magnet Loyalty card ([protected]). I am facing the problem regarding billing process since last 3 months. the bill is not being delivered to me at all and then the reminder call asking to pay the bill how are we supposed to pay the bill when we are not receiving it. when we question them for the the same they say that the bill has been dispatched, so I had requested them to give me the airway bill number and the courier company phone number so that i can find out why they are not delivering the document to me they only gave me the name of the company and asked me to surf the net to find their contact number. In spit of regular follow up with Customer Service, no one is really bothered to get back with solution. I have been charged late payment fees (100/-) + other taxes. I had informed the customer services about the bills not reaching me they assured me that the late fee will not be charged but it was charged in my next bill. I have stopped using the card.

                I would request somebody to look into this as it seem to be a racket where they can charge the customer for late payment by not sending the bill on time.

                  I had Applied for Change in password for Internet banking.
                  I faced this problem because I had not received Internet banking password at the time of account opening.

                  I had given an application for change password on 1st of march 2008 in Axix bank, Senapati bapat road, Pune branch.
                  The Employee told me to collect password in next week ie on 8th march 2008. I went there on 8th march 2008, but bank itself had not received any password for me.So they told me that whenever password comes will be sent to me by mail.

                  On next week ie on 15th March 2008, I went there again but still they have not received password for me. The reason i came to know was my application was not sent to head office. So i spoke to Operation manager of axis bank.
                  They again told me to fill new form for change password which i filled & Operation manger commited me that next week password will be generated for me and will be sent to me at my office by some Axis bank person.

                  Till date i have not received any mail or any kind of reply from Axis bank.

                  This really ridiculous service from Axis bank.

                      Axis bank customer care service is THE WORST, they dont respond to any of the queries and provide invalid information.
                      All the phone numbers provided on their site are invalid and if we visit the branch, staff is too rude and not ready to serve their customers.
                      They dont even post any bank statements reguralry even if we pay for the service.

                      If you want to escape from all such problems i will advise not to choose AXIS Bank for banking.

This account is non operational and I have not made transaction from this account since February 2007.                       Please note that I had done 02 transfers (Power Transfer and Visa Money Transfer) on 04 May 09 from my Axis Bank NRE Account (Mohali Branch) to my ICICI Bank NRE Account (Mohali Branch). I have given certain calls to your bank to know the updated status of the transfer as one of the transfers are still not refelcting in my account.

                      Eveytime I was informed that it would be refelected into the account by the end of the day. But today, I was surprised to know that Axis bank does not take any responsibility for any of the transfers done. It was really disturbing to know that from your NRE Section.                       The WORST and MOST PATHETIC Customer Care and Support for Times of Money which is their remittance. I had the most TERRIBLE experience dealing with these guys. They are DUMB, INEXPERIENCED and Totally Naive who does not know what they are doing and why they are doing. I have a remittance account with them just to activate took 2months for me so tell me when should i send money and how long it will take. When I emailed customer service people they reply as if they don't care about customers and their valuable time. They simply don't seem to understand what customer is facing. When you call their contact number there is no one to tell customer the wait time he has to wait you should just wait for half hour and more than that too WIERD MUSIC will be played which is even more ANNOYING. I waited for 15mins and no response and then i again called after 10mins then there is no response either. DAMN SCREW you GUYS for wasting my time. WAKE UP and learn how to deal with customers instead of simply sending time waste emails.

                      I would never use it and never recommend to anyone. Stupid service. If you really want to save your time just DONOT deal with AXIS. I put most of the words in capitals just to let them know how annoyed I am with their IDIOTIC service.
                      We are one another unhappy customer here. Service is very poor and pathetic, not only in one branch but I guess all have the same working culture as I have visited 4 branches for 6 different service request. You ask one thing to do and then you run after them minimum 2 or 3 times. After all the frustration I decided not to use it all. But then after some time I went to close the account, I was told you can't close as your account is inactive. OK then I gave the application to make it active and was waiting for the sms to confirm. As usual no information came, so again the process of follow up started from my side, and now I am struggling to close my account...Will advice people to please refrain from Axis Bank.
                      I entered my Debit card pin wrong twice while making an online transaction and I left it to try later as third time would have blocked it temporarily.
                      After that axis bank called me just once while I was in a office meeting, I could not receive it due to the ongoing meeting.
                      They simply permanently disabled my card without my consent. They could have done it temporarily until they have a talk with me but no. They simply called me once and then blocked the card permanently.
                      I called them and asked to send another, but they said it will be charged. Why should I pay for their mistake? Plus till now I have not received my debit card. It has been 2 years since.
                      I am transferring the amount every month in another family member's account and using their debit card.
                      This is pathetic.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am using a credit card of axis bank from almost one year and few days back I called- up the credit card department numbers given on the papers recieved but there was no response which is not at all appreciated.
                        If noone is there to pick up the phone..then why you have given those numbers to customers.Hence that was a pathetic customer service in my views.

                        Hi this is Vamshi,

                        When ever i do any Axis Bank Online transaction or purchase any item. Some amount is getting debitted(Cutting) from my account, Something like this "TIPS/SCG/DT.01-JUL-09". For every transaction it is cutting around Rs. 26.7/-. What is the reason? I even contacted Bank Persons in Gachibowli, They asked me to contact Customer care. I tried many times but i didn't get reply. Can any one help me. I have sent mail thru online to RM Alerts(Mail option avialable in Online) they replied me to contact Customer care are nearby Branch. But i didn't get any reply to my query.

                          when I have applied for Axis Bank Credit Card, I have been told that it is free for life at the lime of first Credit Card Statement Rs. 998/- was added in the statement with the head of Joining Fees and Annual Fees and Service Tax, I many time called to Customer Care and informed to Customer Care Executive about the said issue of Joining Fees and Annual Fees and Service Tax. I have requested to Customer Care Executive for Degradation of my Credit Card & reversal of the Joining Fees and he assured me that it will be done in 15 working days and gave me Request Numbers which are 59481, 59482, 39058 & 159618 but yet no action is been taken on the abovementioned issue and further debit interest levied to my account. On calling to Customer Care one of the executive answered that my card cannot be degraded and I have to pay the said amount.

                          Meanwhile I had returned my Credit Card Bearing No. [protected] duly cut in four pieces to the bank and also hereby requestedto reverse the amount which levied to me unnecessarily. I assured that i will make payment on reversal of the said amount of Joining fees, Annual Fees, and other late payment charges and debited interest.

                          No action has been taken yet.

                          UTI Bank credit cards — levy of overdue without sending statement

                          Dear Sir,
                          I was issued a UTI gold card [protected] in June 2007. I made clear my apprehensions in regard to the billing to the banks representative at the time of application as I was being consistently persuaded. Wherein, i was assured of prompt service.
                          After 4 months I dont recieve any statement, physical or email both of which i used to recieve earlier. when the visakhapatnam Axis Bank branch was approached they were of no help. They have provided a phone no at Hyderabad which proved futile as they promised to send the statments by email which never materialised.
                          Now, I recieve sms on my mobile that the card is overdue. There was never an sms that the bill was generated.

                          I fail to understand why I stand to lose for the mistake by the Bank.

                              I have taken a credit card from Axis bank, I and also I have a saving A/C with the same bank, they put lien on my saving a bank A/c for the amount which I have to pay for my credit card any time they want. This put in serious financial problem Lien on my A/c is still there and my Credit card is also not operative. Therefore I am not able to use any of services they offering but still I am being charged for that.
                              I was trying to get resolve thru their customer care no but it was not possible because it was an STD call to me even if it get connected they are putting me on hold for half an hour which was resulting me loss , then I was in touch with local bank people for the same they were tried there level best but they could not resolve , even I got a call from customer care Bombay office Ian I said them to deduct the same from my A/c and put of the lien but that also did not work
                              Now I need your help in this matter to resolve it

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have taken a credit card from Axis bank, I have purchased some item of Rs-10,069, and also I have a saving A/C with the same bank, they put lien on my saving a bank A/c for the amount Rs-13545/ then I gave them chq for Rs-10100 of dated 20.12.07 of same A/c on lien was there to revoke the lien, but they return my said chq and directly deducted the Rs-11352/- from my A/c and also deducted the Annual charge -300 and then service tax 37 and debite interest Rs- 145.57 and service tax Rs- 17.99 and still they are claim that I have to pay them Rs-4674.52. Lien on my A/c is still there and my Credit card is also not operative. Therefore I am not able to use any of services they offering but still I am being charged for that.

                              To know your statement detail you can do the following things:

                              1. Directly talk to costumer care of axis bank mumbai, if you not have there contact number then just see it on the back of your credit card.

                              2. You can also send e-mail to there help desk at customer.[protected]@axisbank.com, they ask for your personal detail so re send them and you will get your statement detail in 2 working days.

                                  This is regarding my credir card (no.[protected]) which i have got 3 months back.

                                  During the application of this Credit card i was told that this card is absolutely free,so i applied for the same. But after getting the card i came to know that there is some joining fees. At that time only i called up yours customer care and requested for the cancellation of the card. After taking the request that customer care executive told me that for this year my joining fees will be reversed. For this year i wont have to pay any joining fees.

                                  But after all these i got the first statement which entirely consists of the joining fees, then service tax over this etc etc and for every subsequent months i have been charging the late payment fees over these charges, which has become currently Rs. 1026.24

                                  In the last 3 months i have sent 4 mails to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com regarding the cancellation of this credit card but nothing has been done.

                                  Please have a look at this issue and help me to cancel this card.

                                    Hi,
                                    I had complaint about axis bank.Over the period of 1 year i sent request for check book in many ways ( ATM request, Internet banking request, Filling up the form in branch also ).
                                    As i told above i sent many request for check book in 1 year. As my account is at Ahmednagar(Maharashtra)branch and i am working at Pune I sent these request many time online(Internet/ATM).
                                    Also once i went to Sahakar nagar branch ( Pune ) and Fill up the check request form and submit it.
                                    But I am not getting check book.Hence i take a one day leave and went to ahmednagar branch for inquiry . When i meet the Asst.Manager there then he told me that " Your account is student account and we are not giving any check book for student" . But the actual situation is the student account scheme is closed more than 2 yrs. back. and that time Bank convert the student accounts in normal saving accounts without personal intimation.That time bank take fine amount from me Rs.500 /- +
                                    for balance is less that 5000/-
                                    Please advice me how will i get help .because bank is granted my account as per there benefits ( Student acc. to give check Or Normal account to take the fine )

                                    i gree with you, ...axis bank did the same with me.

                                    without even informing me they syarted charging me for keeping the balance below Rs.5000/-

                                    however they had not informed my that i had to convert the student's acc in to a saving's acc...so i went to the branch manager and asked him to reverse all the charged that were levied on me, because i was not regularly informed about my account.

                                    thankfully he did...but very rudely he evn added that either u close ur acc or convert it to a normal savings acc.
                                    i hate this attitude of the axis bank.
                                    AXIS BANK should the student's acc operative for those who had opened it initially. they should not force the customer to change it like this.

                                      i has applied credit card for AXIS BANK in the month of JAN,and the verification has done....two days back i got the SMS that my application for
                                      credit card is rejected...that hurted me lot...being a employee in HCL and my salaried account is with AXIS BANK ....why these people are
                                      rejected my application i don't know....this is my first application to credit card.....still now i am not holding any card with me....so...there is no
                                      fault from my side...WHY THESE Axis bank people are not trusting there own customer i dont understand...

                                      Thanks for your above said letter. As per the contents you have declined my application for “No Authenticity Verification”. We do honor your verdict but sorry to say that I am not able to understand your stand because:

                                      • I am having account in your bank since 2000 under A/c # [protected]
                                      • I am Passport holder since 2002 issued by Govt. of India.
                                      • I enjoy credit cards of six institutions.

                                      Sir, out of curiosity I shall like to know that without of any authenticity all these things have happen and moreover your bank too has opened my account in its branch just by chance. Am I correct?
